If management can get enough Mtrac locations and customers using it, some larger company like PayPal or Visa will buy them at a pps premium. Faster than creating their own system.
There isn't one scheduled. All this chatter about one is just speculation.
Another Friday night and BTC going up. Could this be a real bull rally?
You're right. That post was meant for a different ticker. Weird.
A PR update with the current number of ambassadors selling product would help the pps
It's not going to take very many ambassadors (couple thousand?) to generate a lot of revenue. And it's hard to ignore exponentially increasing revenue.
I noticed this little nugget in the financial results PR. My question is what portion of the $250 million in revenue goes to TRTC?
"Completed a $5 million investment in Hydrofarm Holdings Group, Inc. ("Hydrofarm"), one of the leading independent providers of hydroponics products in North America. Hydrofarm is based in Petaluma, California with ~300 employees globally. It recorded over $250 million in revenues in 2017."
You do know that's been completely resolved and no longer an issue right?
Unless it generates product sales. Ads, special offers.....
An update with the current number of ambassadors would be great!
Seems like it could be a big deal
LAS VEGAS, NV, Mar 13, 2019 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- 86,000 square foot planned cultivation facility expected to produce 28000 pounds of flower annually
CLS Holdings USA, Inc. (otcqb:CLSH) "CLS," a diversified cannabis company operating as Cannabis Life Sciences and an integrated cannabis producer and retailer in Nevada through its Oasis Cannabis subsidiaries, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an 80% ownership interest in CannAssist, LLC. This agreement, along with the previously announced option agreement to acquire In Good Health, marks a continuation towards CLS's goal to become a significant entity in the rapidly growing Massachusetts market.
CannAssist has entered into a contract with the City of Leicester and has applied for a state cultivation grow license. The planned Leicester 86,000 square foot facility is expected to produce its first harvest in Q1 of 2020. This facility is expected to produce 28000 pounds of flower along with 240,000 grams of extract. Once fully operational, total revenues from the facility are anticipated to exceed $100 million. CLS anticipates generating substantial positive cash flow from the grow facility.
Massachusetts has a population of 6.9 million people as compared to 5.6 million people in Colorado. Massachusetts is also centrally located to the dense population of New England with a less than 100-mile drive from Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire and Vermont. The city of Denver currently has approximately 364 dispensaries compared with the entire State of Massachusetts, which currently has less than 50.
Jeff Binder, Chief Executive Officer of CLS Holdings USA, commented, "We are extremely excited to enter into this agreement. The market dynamics in Massachusetts are compelling for large scale cultivation. The current cultivation in Mass is approximately 800k square feet, while demand is expected to exceed 8,000,000 square feet. This opportunity fits into our stated objective of entering markets that are on the cusp of implementing a robust adult use market".
Maybe xreg is an energy company in the same way UBQU is a software company
They may not have access to traditional sources of financing but they can still be audited and submit filings.
MJNA has huge revenues (supposedly) with increasing sales. Some validation of that would send this skyward
It's not the debt, it's the total lack of financial reporting that's the problem. An official audit and getting current with all filings and we go way up.
FOMO should kick in any day now and drive BTC up
You should definitely do that so we all lose all our money
Anyone else see this?
Kind of a huge deal. It means Billions of dollars from institutional investors can now purchase BTC.
Should create a spike in demand plus a decreasing supply in the number of coins available to trade, as institutions tend to buy and hold.

BTC is heading up and no INTV trades this morning. What gives?
“HOW MANY BIG COMPANIES CONSIDERING_BUYING_MJNA_TO_GET_IN_GLOBAL_CBD/MJ_BUSINESS?”
Um.....None
Yes, I know what margin is and I do pay interest on my OTC purchases. ETrade lends me money based on the value of my portfolio, and I pay them back.
I’ve had my E*TRADE account for so long, the margin distinction isn’t something I’ve thought about in years.
And I trade OTC stocks seamlessly all the time. For all practical purposes, my personal account let’s me trade OTC on margin. But, technically, yes it’s not the OTC that’s the margin creation. But, I don’t see any diff trading so forgot (or never truly needed to know) the distinction.
Not everyone knows everything. Take it easy
I’m in the same situation and, As has been explained to me, we’re really using the non-OTC equities (Big Board stocks) as the leverage to buy OTC stocks.
It’s a nuance that makes it appear like we’re buying OTC on margin but really it’s the non-OTC stocks creating the marginable situation.
Ah....there it is.
Thank you for the explanation. It’s a margin account with both Big Board and OTC. I own both. I’m able to borrow money from ETrade against the non-OTC equities I own. Got it.
No.....if you read the links you posted, you’ll find that brokerages have their own lists and their own rules regarding trading on margin.
It’s not accurate to say that ALL OTC stocks can not be traded on margin.
I use my margin to by OTC all the time. Fact.
Agreed
$200-$250 million in revs for 2019 seems a good estimate.
Now if they could just get their financial reporting in order....
I’m buying OTC on margin
ETrade
My ETrade margin account lets me buy/sell whatever I want.
ETrade lets me

Decimals are important
If BTC Goes this way for the rest of the weekend, Monday will be FUN!
There are not “gobs” of millionaire college drop outs, there are a few famous faces we all know that don’t have a college degree and became a millionaire but that’s not the norm by any means.
If they can onboard new ambassadors at a good clip, revenues should grow exponentially.
The website
Almost $200 per share
I also left a note saying it was just a test, but Ray Maderas from Freedom Leaf just left me a voice message replying to my (non) inquiry.
Just saying it worked on my first try.
Maybe the phone number format is finicky. Like no dashes vs with dashes. No idea.
Worked on the first try for me. Check that you’ve got all the required info entered
Sure, but it’s not just about the sales revenue from that event. It’s the repeat client that they’re really after.
That $200,000 from last weekend might represent $1million or more per yr from those exact same customers.
