I wonder where Niger was able to get financing for these trucks that they keep getting from China National Heavy Duty Truck?
You guys are funny! I don't do strippers but will be supporting all of you with a nice cigar. Trust me when I tell you that it makes me very happy when good fortune comes to anyone.
You're a bright fella James! Yes, that same Fed Reserve that is not audited or accountable to anyone. The trillions that are "lost" or unaccounted for while we have people in America on food stamps, etc... If they were audited in years past, I don't believe Americans would have agreed to the monies that went out in the name of "economic conditions." The Free Masons just keep getting richer and richer.
Anyway, I still trade but no longer go long on OTC's. Just a scalper these days. I don't know that you can believe anyone in OTC land when it's just too easy for them to print shares to line their pockets.
Cheers!
Hi James,
Good post. For me, weighing all the "evidence" brings me to the conclusion I have. The fact that these contracts are strictly here say (not verifiable) and the company isn't fully reporting allows for the possibility of corruption and foul play. Similar to the Federal Reserve Bank if you've done any research on it. Unfortunately in my opinion people that can get away with things usually do and they are guilty until proven innocent.

Thanks Mr. Mutt! It doesn't matter how I'm viewed on here. To me, the traitor is the company that will not provide any kind of evidence of a huge major contract after having many failed contracts that cannot be proven either. They just hired a new COO and yet they still cannot afford to become fully reporting? Last I heard, Lee, Kevin, and Marty were receiving shares in lieu of, so does that mean the new COO's salary will be paid in shares as well? Here we are starting a new year and the contract still isn't signed? It really is just an order for trucks that Niger already purchases from Chinese manufacturers yet it keeps getting put off? Question to the board - if the Niger funding is "pulled" - who will go to the company and ask for proof that the contract existed in the first place? Why no mention of the big solar panel deal or the military contract? Why does Lee keep telling everyone that really they should focus on the core business? Why doesn't VNDM leave the ask? Where did "Richard H" go?
If Niger banks have money, why the need for the Chinese EXIM bank? Why the need for Aid and IFM debt relief? How would Lee Hamre have better access to Niger banks than the Niger government?
What is interesting to me in all of this is: 1) another delay, and 2) it is a known fact that the Chinese EXIM bank provides loans to Niger (1 Billion last year) yet the Niger government calls Lee Hamre @ AmeraMex to find banks that will fund this truck purchase. Why doesn't the Niger government just stay with the same financer that they have been using for the trucks that they have already been buying from the Chinese manufacturers?
China lends money to Niger so they can get to their oil. Why would any other bank lend money to a country that is currently receiving aid and IMF debt relief?
VNDM is the holder. NITE's the front.
My pick is RSII @ .0017
Great post Moras! I agree that the SP should be considerably higher than current.
You can have all mine deleted. Go to the bottom and hit report TOS violation and choose off-topic. Ihub admin will then delete it. Nobody was saying anything else so I didn't think anyone would care. But, yeah, feel free to delete anything I say off topic.
Yeah, I think we are discussing the differences between trading and investing in a company. Anyway, just thought I'd throw in my two cents. Hope all is well with you too Moras.
Sorry about the Lions.
Sorry, I was making an annual comparison not really looking at the details of the quarters or specifics. Was just trying to show what a SP looks like when a company does no advertising or PRing. You're right.
Moras, they are better than some as far as PR's go. Look at ITKH. Better revs, better share structure, no PR's, and look where they are trading at. My personal opinion is that companies need to be fully reporting to be taken seriously in the investment community. You can advertise all you want but if you don't fully report to the SEC, doubts will always arise and the share price will reflect that.
My pick is UAPC @ .0013.
Whenever I see 911 trades go through it's usually followed by big fake walls and the MM's take down the SP as they are doing now. I always take it as a sign that they're out of shares and need help getting some more.
Where is the promo coming from?
I like the way you think RichDude!
Hey Bull,
I never questioned AMMX when I first bought in. I took everything the company said as fact. I started asking questions, the questions became concerns and then I felt the need to notify shareholders/future investors that there are questions that need to be addressed. The reason I did that was because I knew certain people were using money that they needed and also because I brought some investors into AMMX and I wanted them to start considering that maybe this isn't a slam dunk and possibly get out before the share price tanked if it was going to. I've now said my peace and am just watching how the story unfolds.
Thanks aeroman! Just managed to get out of FLPC in time. All this stuff is so crazy in this world. Especially the MM's. The things they do in the name of maintaining a market are ridiculous! I guess the craziness of this market makes me hypersensitive to everything. When I first started trading I trusted so much and now I've become overly untrusting to everything that I read. I guess you just never know who is going to be the one outstanding individual with integrity, truth, and a genuine concern for the shareholders.
Likewise I wish you all the best in your investments.
They won't believe you Moras and soon you'll be joining me and Decker. You're probably off only saying the positives. The debates you'll face will not be reasonable.
In the beginning I started out with questions, not sure if you remember that. It was you and certain other posters that came down on me for asking them and that's when this became a battle. So I think your statement that you're ok with people asking questions is untrue.
You're wrong Mike! I listened to the CC after sending Marty my questions. She said they would address them, and they touched on a couple only. I didn't feel that it was my place as a non-shareholder to chime in with my questions and determined to let you guys have your board back.
Now I feel the need to defend myself. Honestly, you guys are going to say whatever you want to make yourselves feel good. You believe the company and I don't. I still think shareholders should be very cautious here. The float has doubled over the last year and a half, IR has a suspended business license, and they still are a non-SEC reporting company.
My pick is RSII @ .0026
He'll take out that 300K @ .014 if nobody hits him @ .0155.
Moras, the numbers in the Ihub box are from an email I got from Danielle at PST a couple of weeks ago. J Doggs updated the box when I forwarded the email to him. I think I may have even posted it on here.
Good news!
Marty said "The script is almost done and includes most of these questions." (I sent her my list)
Sounds like the company will address all concerns during the CC and then I get to move on. Thank goodness, this was tiring!
Well, I put in questions 4 and 5 to justify having question 1. They have made claims in the past that were matter of fact and they did not materialize. Now they are making a similar claim with the Niger deal and I feel it is necessary that the company demonstrate legitimacy (no, not the contract) of the Niger deal. Question 3 is there because it seems like those funds should've gone toward the SEC audit that they have been talking about since 2010.
Mike, here are my questions to send with yours:
1. Based on the history of the company and the fact that you are a non-SEC reporting company, is there anything that you can provide (other than the contract of course) to shareholders to demonstrate that, in fact, this Niger deal is legitimate?
2. Why is the business license for McCloud Communications suspended?
3. The O/S has increased approximately 300 million shares over the last year and a half yet you are reporting profitable quarters – where did the money go from those shares?
4. In a PR on 12/17/12 you stated “Preconstruction work will begin March 2013” referring to repairing a North African country’s railway system. How can you make that statement of fact and then it never happens?
5. In a PR on 4/3/12 you stated “The two-year audit is expected to be finalized shortly” – how can you make that statement to shareholders only to later say that it is no longer in progress and we don’t have the funds to allocate to it?
6. In a PR on 12/17/12 you stated “AmeraMex and its partners are in final negotiations with an Italian construction company to complete the construction of five five-star hotels in North Africa”. Without any prior international hotel construction experience, why would AmeraMex get a contract like this? What happened in the final negotiations for the contract to not go through?
7. It is well known that there are already Chinese semi truck companies supplying trucks to Niger. Why would the Niger government pay you for semi truck modifications when they are already receiving trucks from Chinese manufacturers? Does AmeraMex have any experience modifying or servicing semi trucks on a large scale level?
8. Why did close to 16 million shares become unrestricted recently? The company is profitable and a very large Niger deal is very close to being finalized – why would there be a need for that?
I kinda feel the same about all your posts. You state things as fact and there's nothing really to back up anything you say. Seems like a pathetic attempt to pump when you're a shareholder losing money.
So where did the money from the 300 million shares go?
So if its true that Lee made a loan to the company and received shares in return, wouldn't it be in his best interest to sell those shares when the economy upturned and AMMX became profitable? AMMX was sitting sub-penny mid-2013 to the end of 2013. Do you think Lee wanted to get sub-penny value for his shares when he could easily get much more than that if he market thought a huge catalyst was going to bring in great returns? How do you think Marty felt when her 20 million shares were sitting sub-penny? The Niger deal mainly popped onto the scene when the company disclosed that the Ghana deal was not going to go through. The share price was taking a big hit and the notification of the Niger deal essentially saved it and took it to .04. Now the company is saying that it will probably be finalized toward the end of the year. Of course if the Niger deal falls through, we always have the 80 million dollar solar project and the 15 million dollar used equipment order to fall back on. I'm sure they will be completed soon after.
Richard,
Here are statements from AMMX and you can tell me if they are false or not:
5/19/09 "The company announced that is signed a $28 million contract to ship heavy equipment to Nigeria"
11/20/09 "The first project, a five-star hotel with a convention center to be built in Algiers, is expected to break ground in the spring of 2010"
3/14/11 "The audit of financial records for 2009 and 2010 is expected to begin mid-April and to be completed in the August/September 2011 timeframe." "Our next milestone is to apply for listing on the OTCBB or OTCQB trading platform."
6/10/11 "With the progress being made, the auditors now believe the audit could be completed later this month for submission to the SEC in July"
4/3/12 "The two-year audit is expected to finalize shortly"
12/17/12 "AmeraMex and its partners are in final negotiations with an Italian construction company to complete the construction of five five-star hotels in North Africa and are bidding on additional construction projects throughout Northern Africa"
I honestly believed the company and did not do the proper DD before writing the SA article. My questions to the company were not answered to my satisfaction and then I started doing the DD that I should've done in the first place. It was foolish of me to not review the past company PR's and Ihub posts prior to telling everyone about the company.
I've already accused her and the company of being fraudulent and she would not confirm or deny it. She only said "why would I lie?" I expect the same response when I send these questions. I'll do it over the weekend.
