Does anybody realize the negotiations going on right now between Walgreens and Ameridoc are POSITIVE proof of the validity of MMRF'S patents otherwise both these companys would have told MMRF to go fly a kite. This stock is frustrating to day traders I am sure but many of us longs feel the long wait will pay off, and that means REVENUES, finally, this year..JMO..

The MMR-PRO was always touted in the past as the moneymaker for MMRF and at the onset when I got into this stock some years ago I never did believe the MMR-PRO would generate much revenue in the PHR area where you twist patients arms to buy a PHR. I have always believed that a company sponsored PHR (paid for by the company) would be a win win for all partys concerned as employees LOVE freebys and companys would look at the small investment of a PHR in the employees benefits package as a real boon for productivity, absentism, and making employees more caring about their own health. That is why I kept sending Bob Lorsch e-mails and talking to him on the phone in past years about getting into all the unions and having MMRF's PHR incorporated in benefits packages...I am sure glad E-Mail Frequency grabbed hold of this ploy which I and others on this board have advocated. I am sure in future years that besides the Patent revenues and the PHR/retail "J" hook PHR and of course the sale of MMR-Pros, that all will make this company very successful. I hope we all see a glimmer of the tip of the iceburg for revenues in the upcoming current and future quarterlys this year..JMO..Tif

LOL at your statement that BL's primary mission is to sell shares...for what? 2-3 cents?..Your comments make no sense whatsoever and meanwhile BL continues to promote the products and the patent value by flying all over the country putting together agreements and doing his best to raise revenue and of course the PPS will follow. In April, our Chinese Joint Venture partner, Unis-Tongue, began integrating a Chinese language version of our MyMedicalRecords.com PHR in hospitals in Henan Province. Set up and 30,60,90 day payouts from companys put revenues into the 2nd quarter of this year so patience and common sense leads me to suggest you do the same instead of asking for premature revenues although I myself hope to see some indication of revenues on the 1st quarter report..We will see.. The 2 largest contributors to dependable future revenue are the MMRF ongoing patent licensing and E-Mail Frequency's ongoing embedded PHR's in 20 million employees benefit plans. These are recurring revenue streams coming into MMRF's treasury thru the years and which I feel will make MMRF a resounding success and a possible candidate for a generous buyout when revenues start coming in. It's not the PPS but the potential that true visionarys in other companys may see in the yet unrealized value of MMRF. We will see..

What "dumping" is MMRf engaged in? I have not seen nothing yet on that score .. only paying for services rendered with common stock. Crooks is also not the way I look at honest folks trying to make a success out of this company and its products. So until you provide realistic proof then I will continue to believe in this companys products. JMO

On January 21, 2013, we granted three separate warrants to purchase 1,000,000 shares of our common stock to Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Regenstreif & Taylor as part of the package for providing services to the Company on a fully contingent basis. The warrants vest immediately and have an exercise price of $0.04, $0.08 and $0.12 per share respectively, and all expire on January 21, 2014. If it were true that MMRF has no legitimate patents then I would say your statements are true but as the Patent Office thinks they are legitimate and have issued those patents then I believe you are wrong and will be proven so in the future! Patent trolling is good if your patents are legitimate and I believe that the actual lawsuits recently initiated have merit or the participating lawyers would not be working those lawsuits on a contingency!..JMO..Tiffer

The PHR is a much harder sale to the general public then the MMR-PRO which fits into the medical office setting. I believe that the PHR will be the real money maker because of the embedded PHR in employees benefits package. Not only will companys be glad to see they can make a difference in productivity but also the employees will take an interest in their own health, especially when the PHR is at no cost to them...JMO..Tiffer
