All companys use the AS to pay bills or have you not known that. What do you think they do with it besides acquiring other companys and granting the founders/employees more stock. In MMRF's case Bob Lorsch has paid dearly for his stock...Suggest you do more research on companys AS and what they do with it...
Even facebook paid their bills with stock including the artist who did murals in their lobby...he is now a multi-millionaire as the MMRF lawyers and investers will be in the future..we hope ..LOL
