What does the grey bar mean on the trade charts? The green probably means a buy and the red probably means a sell but the I'm not sure what the grey/black bars mean.
Any stock splits in the near future?
Voting for a new CEO sounds like a positive move. I've stopped reading the posts for about a month due to lack of interest and pursing other investments but I am still interested in seeing AMNE through. I have missed some of the conversation lately. I have 20,000,000 shares to vote towards new management. When whoever is heading this up is ready, let me know what to do. Will the vote be legal and how is that accomplished - though mail or email? Any timeframe? I would think there has to be some legal steps required.
Is there a date for another FDA review/approval
Just got off the phone with Gary. This was my first time to try and call him and he answered right away. He said that he will gladly talk to anyone, and if some people haven't got through, perhaps he was on the phone and their number was blocked. The up date was Ireland is basically a done deal, just a contract signing that should be finalized by the end of May. TGGI backed out of Ecosafe and he is now thinking that AMNE may look to add some staff to market Ecosafe along with Infinite R. Infinite R is a name given by AMNE to a phase change product patent held by Robert Alderman and is manufactured by a contract packaging company in Texas. The cost of the machine is $300K, and AMNE is considering getting a machine themselves and duplicate the manufacturing process. For details on Infinite R, go to phasechangetechnologies.com for info. He could not predict when the stock will take off, but he is heavilly invested (including compensation) so he probably has more to gain than anyone. He knows the dissatisfaction a lot of longs have and he too shares the frustration, but we are where we are and sees better progress ahead.
PEACHMAN Thanks for the info. Will try to make contact.
Ditto for me too. I bought in because of Ecosafe and then they dished it. I thought they should have kept Ecosafe AND developed IR. Now that I'm in, I hope IR will produce some profit. Will stay the course - why drop out now? Still lots of questions about the product but will continue to support AMNE.
PEACHMAN - I think your posts are the most informative of anyones. I have been a shareholder since October, 2009, so I'm not a real veteran. I bought in because from my research AMNE seemed to have a good product. Then they sold off the soy insulation (which is why I got in) and now seems to have a potentially good product with IR. I have asked the forum how I can understand more about IR (see my post 70951 - I have a contractor friend who is very interested in how it workd and how it is installed). Midnightsal said to contact Gary (his post 70958). Your latest post said that you have a sample. How can I get a sample? Calling Gary may be difficult to do, but if he is accessible, what is the best way to contact him?
Installation question. I have a friend (who has also invested in AMNE) who is a contractor. He has asked me how IR is installed. I told him I would post to see if anyone knows any details. I understand it is a change of state material (liquid to solid and back). Is it for new construction or retrofit? Is it installed stand alone or with some other insulation? How is the liquid part contained? My contractor buddy would like to see it, touch it and try it. Anybody have any ideas how to read or view anything about IR?
Why did you use AMGG instead of AMNE in your comments? I'm fairly new with AMNE but I know it used to be AMGG (American Green). The stock that I own is AMNE (American Green). Is there a link between the two. Does AMGG still exist?
The Trades say that everything today (as well as the past few weeks)are buying at 2 and selling at 1. What did you mean that you got some 1's? I had a buy for 5M in at 1, but finally caved and reset to 2 and I had a buy. A 2 is still a good buy today as I believe by the end of the year the stock will be much higher. Can't say how much - only a guess, but I would think between 5 and 10, so a 2 buy will at least double/triple or more IMHO.
Thanks. Makes sense. I can see where tax moves at this time make good business sense. They are keeping over 90% of their shares so it doesn't appear that they are jumping ship.
Thanks. Just wondering if there was some connection.
What does the Form 4's mean. I see where all 4 guys sold about 7% but still own about 93% of their original shares. Ranging from 1M to 4M. Is this a good sign or a bad sign? Bad that they sold some off, or good that they kept between 1M and 4M.
PEACHMAN I sent a message to you via public post asking if you are from Georgia (peachman). It seems to have been deleted as I can't find it on the posts. I don't know what the post number is. Did you receive it. How did it get deleted? I just bought another 5M today so I am on board for the long haul. Just wondering how well you know the management people since you have talked with them.
Peachman makes reasonable comments. I agree with long term - let's see where the stock is at he end of the year. I'll bet it will be many times greater than now. Then see what 2011 brings. I'll bet another several fold increase. The stock is down now, I agree, but invest for the long term - don't drop out at the low point.
I tried to buy 10M at 1 for two weeks. Finally caved and bought at 2. Not sure if that's good or bad, but I'm in for the long haul, so small potatoes don't mean a lot when the upside is still potentially good. Let's see when the stock is at the end of the year.
When and where in Ft Lauderdale is the Florida building code meeting? Can anybody attend or is there a fee? I'm in Florida during March and may venture a visit. I did visit a homebuilders convention in Orlando three years ago.
I've held ELTP for about 6 months and am wondering why there aren't many posts. Seems that something should be going on to move the stock, but its been fairly flat. Anybody have any comments about the future? The last post was sometime in February.
Where can you see how much got placed for what amount? I still have a 10M, and two 5M on order for .0001 but nothing in 10 days.
Any suggestions about how I can buy at .0001? Here is what I have ordered for about 10 days without any action. 10M @ .0001, 5M @ .0001 and 5M @ .0001. I keep waiting for my "turn" to buy when about 2 hours a day it goes to .0001, but nothing so far. Are there that many people ahead of me? Should I unbundle the orders into smaller pieces or will I loose whatever line I'm currently in? I do not have an AON but do have a GTC. I've done GTC's before and they have been bought in pieces.
I have had 20 M on order at .0001 for over a week with a GTC. Not sure what AON is. If it is extended/after hours, TD says I can't place an after hours GTC with a non-marginable stock like AMNE. Would love to buy the 20 M at .0001. Will wait to see what next week brings before (if I even do) place an order at .0002.
I also didn't receive any posts from 1:15 pm yesterday until about 8:00 last night. Missing are post numbers 69685 thru 69689. I sent a service order to IH but haven't heard back. I suspect it is a glitch - but who knows. Anybody else not receive these posts?
I've got an order for 20M at .0001 since last Friday just waiting. I'd like to ride the .0001 before I'd buy at .0002. It only hit .0001 three times for about an hour today so there is a queue before mine get bought. Yours will get bought by Friday if the stock stays at .0002.
I haven't seen any posts since about 1:15. Is everything still working?
Is Novartis still a player to buy out CTIC if Pixantrone is approved? I thought Novartis could buy it for approx $120M. If so, what happens to CTIC and any stock increase?
