"Bravo" Well played sir.
Is this info the Hedges would have?

Let's not forget Susmans plan
1. Lets's dismantle this POR first.
2. Appeal the GSA.
3. Sue the hedgies for disgorgement.
4. Sue JPMC & FDIC.
I think the first thing we will see is an order signed allowing EC to proceed with litigation on the HF.
This will change if the POR is modified to vacate releases of JPMC/FDIC or the GSA is scuddled. Then it would go to DC court and would envolve litigation SG vs JPMC/FDIC and the fact that who is most likely truthful will be displayed. I would love to see the HF put on the same show in DC or JPMC to do the same.
My q is how many savvy investor/lawyer and how long did it take to anticipate all the pitfalls in Project West to get where they were in Dec 10 and almost pulled it off. Is there that kind of individuals so smart to figure this out in advance? I heard what K and the HF said “ I can’t recall” etc. Now what will be fun is going to DC and hear JPM ‘s answer SG q’s.

Bear Stearns Loan Suit Most Popular Docket on Bloomberg
A lawsuit by Syncora Guarantee Inc. alleging that J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, formerly Bear, Stearns & Co., made false and misleading statements about loans pooled into a 2007 mortgage-backed securities transaction was the most-read litigation docket on the Bloomberg Law system last week.
The transaction, known as GreenPoint Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-HE1 and insured by Syncora, resulted in more than $168.6 million in unreimbursed insurance claims after about two years, according to the complaint, filed June 6 in New York state Supreme Court in Manhattan.
The case is Syncora Guarantee Inc. v. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, 651566/2011, New York state Supreme Court (Manhattan).

Let’s throw this out and see if it sticks. The current ratio of U’s to K’s is 1/10 if for example you had 1 K it has a max face of $25.00 and gone. If your 1 K was converted to 10 Newco shares, you will be face at Newco $2.50 but not cashed out. This is a hedge that could pay more than face value. IMHO
Then with a favorable ratio they would be better in conversion to commons in Newco IMHO.
If preferds were paid in cash at face they would go away, now if commons receive newco shares there is no limit to pps. My question is if preferds are converted would they retain a paid in full value and go away or be as common, unlimited?

From the twilight zone, but I'm with SF.
A while back fsshon posted a small picture in his post. I am not one that focuses on a picture, I just glance at it and go on.
When I looked at this small picture the only thing I saw was what I have boxed in my pic, a $ sign, call it what you want, but I will bet no one can see this without expanding the pic and then look hard. "Look to the east I will give you a sign."
Has anyone figured out how Sheila got to direct FDIC?
Only because AG could be conflicted out for Arulius depo's.
NO not AON
Changed bid to .056 no fill and not showing up. Could trading be halted?
Edit it did fill at .055.
I just put in a bid for 10000 at .03 to see what happens It is not showing. Anybody got Level II?
A 2000 share sell is what dropped it to 3 cents. Somebody did it with $60.00 LOL
If serious negotiations are going on only the insiders would have that info, with all eyes on insider trading no insiders are going to touch this until some public info comes out. That leaves only retail to move the volume.
I believe Client/Attorney privilage could be used at depo and then be waived at confirmation so it could be entered into court records.
Does this apply to Rosen?
Albert Einstein once said "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".
On a scale of 1/10 I say 9.75. For kicks last Friday I put in a small order @ .02 just to mess with the M&Ms just after the first .02 went thru. It was never filled tho many .02 trades went thru. I agree as some one said it looked like mirror trades but if you looked IH trades both sides were shown as sells. To me this makes me feel more optimistic.
Hey Mikie are you still in your quite time, has your percentage of success changed?
Don't know if the Fed got that done yet. But if they do the whistleblower reward should be more tempting.
That's why the banks are paying the big bonus to their executives the more you know the bigger the bonus to hold down whistlebowers.
Neither does real player
I'm ready, Lets get the horses running.
Anyone have a WAG on some kind of timeline.
Yes I did, but she could splice the real thing into it. I thought the Perry Mason was good.
