Nite @ .002, then Auto @ .0026 and Etmm .0028 so far on L2
I agree there is more than 11 mil out there - I think between 3 of us we hold more than 7 Mill just by some of the posts I've read
New transfer agent:

Just got this from Pacific Stock Transfer:
Good Morning,
We are no longer the acting transfer agent for Diamond Information Institute Inc.
Their current agent is Action Stock Transfer (801-274-1011)
Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Glad you got what you planned to get TFL - have a great day!
Agree with you, but I really don't think we'll be red for long with this one.
And I just keep buying, lol
Joey3-
I'm sorry today is as stressful for you as it obviously is per your posts.
DIII is holding up reasonably well given the ugliness of the markets today. It is obviously an ugly day.
You need to follow the plan you had when you put your money into this stock. If you didn't have a plan, you need to get one.
More than anything you need to determine your acceptable risk level. ( I think this has already been posted on this board. )

If you think you will make money with DIII, then you maybe need to walk away from the computer and quit watching the crappy day.
I don't have any better advice for you than what has already been posted on the board - Enter with a plan ALWAYS.
Good Luck to you with whatever you decide to do
Wayno2- I know I have 2 Mil shares, but I think the gang on the 10 Baggas board also have lots of shares too, Saw TPL's posts and he looks to have a bunch. His posted trades below:
But DIII has hit so many boards now, that there has to be more than one or two of us holding a substantial position here by now.

Thank you! Military salaries gave no help in paying for college, but the GI Bill sure did.
If your daughter is thinking of going in but not sure, she could check into the reserves. I think they get the GI Bill also. Never checked into that though, so don't quote me, lol.
Time to get the weekend started, have a great weekend, and hope we'll all be safely back on Monday for good things next week!
FYI - Sent an email to the TA for updated share structure, will let the board know if I get a response next week.
We were all over the place when little, but mom decided to come back to MI before we started school. Dad did 20 and out, so was done not too long after. He went in @ 16 right after high school, so was a young guy when done. I did very similar and am retired navy now.
Multiple generations of military behind me also - family tradition for all members not just the boys, lol.
Sitting on a my 2 milly freebies after selling some high .002's also. Looking forward to next week!
Have a great weekend all!
I prefer to do my own, as you are well aware by now, and I know my own mind when it comes to this stock, after doing the research I have. But thank you so much for the courtesy of that last post, friend
Any plans to announce that publicly here in the states?
Nice of him to include the float in the numbers he gave you, wasn't it?
You are entirely correct to want the whole story, and there is an additional point to consider:
As the CEO issuing the restricted shares, Ottens could have addressed that fact at any point in time through the multiple emails he has sent out, or in his "recent events" PR where he did address 144 shares and dilution.
Obviously not as several people here have shown
had no problems getting info yesterday, as I said - have not heard that the TA is gagged, nor have I encountered it through my last call which was yesterday
Transfer Agent was NOT gagged as of yesterday.

I called today and the A/S is 7.5, O/S 4.45 and Foat 4.1. I'll be intereted to know what the Short count is after today.

Supposing you are correct and the float is still 2.8B shares, can you please show me the last time we traded all of the float or multiple times the float during very active trading days as per your last post?
Your supposition is entirely incorrect. The actual float is exactly as I and others have given from the TA calls that we made.
Your assertion yesterday that the TA is gagged, was a total lie, verified in posts made later in the day by others who called.
Not sure whether you have a problem dialing the phone, calling the correct TA, or that you never bothered to call at all, but the TA was not gagged as of yesterday.
In the absence of news or activity with the stock, this board always seems to attack itself.
Here's your reminder for today:
Follow the TOU's:
Attack the message all you want, but there is no attacking the poster.
If there is a poster getting under your skin, use the ignore button if you cannot refrain from attacking the individual.
There is to be no discussion of a person's motives, job, or anything else personal to the poster.
Stay focused and make your points only about the stock, the company or the messages you see.
absolutely!
oh yes - did that
You are the ONLY person I have ever found that questions info gained from a Transfer Agent.
The transfer agent is available to any who want to call for themselves, and my info has been verified by other posters.
You either need to learn how to get information for yourself or find someone to do it for you, but either way all you have done here is attack me over easily verifiable information. You have now earned the IGGY button.
Another poster is having trouble getting the info for him/her self. Don't know if they actually called or not, or whether the TA will remain ungagged.
Although I have a nice voice, another poster called today and both the post and the link follow. Really don't know why you have so much trouble doing this for yourself.

Nice to know things haven't changed since yesterday and that the TA remains ungagged, isn't it?
Of course I did - just as I told you not to take anyone's word for it, I don't either.
Since TerriF posted what the TA told her, I reposted that she had called, so others could find the post for themselves.
CALL THE Transfer Agent for yourself - I have no need to spread disinformation, pal, nor do I need to lie.
Not to myself or anyone else. What you do with your money is up to you, but most people prefer to make informed decisions.
Call the TA - never take anyone's word for it. Call for yourself!!
I stand corrected on another point folks - NO the float hasn't DOUBLED. YET. Although it has increased by approximately 1.3 BILLION shares since 12/31/10.
LOL - you are completely correct - I did say that backward - excuse my dyslexia on that!
Not a lie at all -
Numbers per T/A yesterday:
APCX AS 7.5B
OS = 4.455B
Float = 4.1B
Numbers as of 12/31/10 (and on website):
7,500,000,000 shares authorized.
4,872,183,519 common shares issued and outstanding.
2,818,000,701 freely tradable shares.
Check for yourself friend
TerriF called the TA yesterday and yes the float doubled, the A/S decreased slightly, and the O/S remains 7.5B
And the float has DOUBLED since 12/31/10 because.........WHY?
He feels bad, yet no questions have been answered? Nothing said about the massive amounts of shares hitting the market, nothing said about the float doubling in size.
Sorry Ottens, you have to do better to keep your shareholders now.
Anyone call the TA today to find out if there are any changes?
No - it isn't de ja vu until the OS starts to change.
Thus far the OS is unchanged, the A/S Decreased, and the float Doubled. As of yesterdays numbers from the TA.
However, if you want the SEC involved, there is no one and nothing stopping you from filing a complaint.
Awwww -the PR said NO Dilution!
Just because hundreds of millions of shares have been dumped in these last 3 days bringing the price down dramatically, what makes you say dilution?
