Sorry for your loss, Banks.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on the other side of the pond! And any Americans on this side of the pond offcourse...!
Same here.
Answer from Tracy:
No response yet. So unlike her. Maybe we *must* communicate through Agoracom now... As a matter of fact, I'll ask her that as well when I send the reminder.
You forgot AK, Banks!
So Uranium now, then it's AK's turn again - so we wait till the next presidential elections at least and the subsequent demise of EPA - and then we move back to the REE's at HM.
2032 will be our year Banks, 2032! Mark my words!
Go mr. Briscoe!
Thanks. See, that's what I thought.
So it was most likely just like 'yeah, go ahead with what you had' kind of thing.
Why the focus on uranium?
Our new communication channel Agoracom headlines the entire LBSR section with the text:
Ok. Thanks. Can live with that. Major autocorrect mistake though.
Ok. Let's go with that. Leaves the question: why did they drop it now?
:) Sure thing.
Ok, thanks. I asked T. anyway, just for my peace of mind.
GLTU PR
Just checked the previous NR's, they all refer to
Hmmmm. Totally missed that. Did anyone ask Tracy? Seems like we wouldn't consider that a typo?
Thanks. I'll check it out.
Ok, thanks. I was wondering (as a non-American) what the fuss was about. So they are one of the bigger distribution channels for information like this?
Yeah, but they stopped that recently. For whatever reason they weren't 'pleased to announce' the news in NR 162 and 163, they 'just' announced those. So they now are pleased again. That's good new on it's own is it not?
Go mr. Briscoe!
Thanks. Would it still be compliant if someone with ties (e.g. read: mr. Briscoe) to the claims would update it himself?
Another delay or another step in the plan?
But yes, that was my thinking - maybe it's a requirement to have the update on a NI43-101 compliant report done by an independent geologist.
me·tic·u·lous
Go mr. Briscoe!
Checking whether additional claims had been staked. Access failed yesterday. Apparently it took me a day to figure it out.
That's the one I read. Thanks Banks.
Ok, so I was mistaken, they would only get the datasets after. Which now means now.
Didn't I read somewhere (checked the NR's but can't seem to find the reference anymore - was it Facebook, or a post here?) that the data, as it was collected would also be transferred to LBSR's computer(s) at the same time?
TIA
Go mr. Briscoe!
It's the message that counts! :)
GLTU!
0.0155 first though. 0.0155 first!
And one person gets another chance to make some room on the ignore list.
Go mr. Briscoe!
If he would have been able to provide that information at this stage it would have been, yes.
Contrary to some scenario's entertained on this board over the last weeks looks like we were indeed 'just' looking at a delay.
I thought I missed something:
NR 162:
Exactly. The best I take from it is that he'll have another couple of slides to add to his presentation in China in October.
Nothing but a feeling that enthusiasm is being tempered somewhat...
Are you married? I need to know whether it is worth my while to propose...
Well, would I inconvenience you if I asked you to nibble along a couple of weeks or so...?
Think it's due to me not posting my findings from the BLM database?
Thank you. ;) Enjoy your day over there, sir.
Go Mr. Briscoe!
Well may I add the word good to that? Good news would be preferable.
I was with you, all the way up to 'Next week is late September.' dates and LBSR don't mix I'm afraid.
Edit: I should not have said LBSR as that applies to a lot of ventures of course, especially in the exploration business.
Is this a cease and desist order, or will there be a formal vote on that first?
Yeah, I'm on my fifth tictocer by now. But that's not the one of importance. It's Mr. Briscoe's tictocer that we need to be watching. ;)
Go Mr. Briscoe!
FYI: Just checked. At this moment no obvious additional claims staked in AZ yet according to the BLM database.
