Not understanding here. Can someone summarize? There's the release about buy back/retiring shares to increase share value... and then... strong/consistent language against shorters... and now?
I don't have L3, but likely someone was lined up with a bid at .54... $100 worth.
A MODEST PROPOSAL TO PK TRADERS... Truth is, those of us who dare to invest in terms of the company's value, product, market (what a novel idea!)... where the real and potential value has been evidenced (short of release of fins- duly noted), are fighting an entrenched culture of greed in a market that operates in shadows... where the predominant players are folks who see a company as something incidental to a game of immediate and quick financial gain... at the expense of anyone and everyone. Let's face it, we all buy the proposition that stocks offer the potential of financial gain (pun intended), but let's acknowledge there's something kind of ugly in a humanity that is exclusively in it to scavange, without regard to the values that underly a company... where individual gain is at the expense of the corporate. This is a culture of systemic destruction; applied on a grander scale, this would deprive even the individual investor of means for gain... as very few companies could survive without a shift in thinking up the line.
So there are a number of us who dare to invest in a company based upon the purposes of the system-- a shared understanding that good ideas ought to be rewarded, invested in, given an opportunity to thrive... resulting in jobs, broad-based economic prosperity, etc.
So we have two ethics, two visions, two types of people... in whom a different (dare I say greater) type of value or worth is revealed. And I ask the question: In the grand scheme of things, where our decisions disclose us as one type or the other - who are the real winners, and who are the real losers?
So the rest of you understand, some of us would rather be revealed as fools in one way so not to be regarded as such in the more ultimate way. It leaves us open to being "taken" for sure, but it's a small price to pay for us doing the same to you.
Invest together. Consider the possibilities.

One has to wonder: When do people stop selling for a loss? Most selling below .04 are selling at a loss, or at least not for a notable gain. It's an issue of the kind of investor at the "helm"- those who are moving this up or down are a relatively small percentage of float holders... clearly not company-value focused, but playing short-term movements and charts... takes so little to move it up or down.
Since the pump, this has moved like organized pattern trading... top/resistance selling... and bottom/support buying... now that has gone from the first range of .05- .058, now I wonder if it's doing the same between .04+ and .03+....
Let's face it... unless we're hoping BIG news blows this whole little scheme up... you really have to be a solid LONG (not care about these daily dives in anticipation of the big news)... or "go with the flow"... see the patterns and trade them....
There is a connection between LYJN and BGEM. And if BGEM is any precedent/indicator, it doesn't bode well for a SUPER SOLID COMPANY with MAJOR PROFIT to do well with share price... they have their Total sports drink in Walgreens... expanded from one big city to another, then announced selling in Walgreens throughout Florida... barely caused a hiccup in share price.... What's going on with all that? Anyone?
I'm in connection... will contact you guys soon and privately for obvious reasons.
Did they deliver? By that language, looks like it might have corresponded to that release....

RMDM... this may be the big moment... I've never seen this kind of volume accumulation so quickly... big release yesterday... share buy-back coming... .0008's about to drop....
RMDM... this may be the big moment... I've never seen this kind of volume accumulation so quickly... big release yesterday... share buy-back coming... .0008's about to drop....
No one wants this ratty-old stock. Would someone please hit that .0009? :)
We can also make the assumption that this substantial work (filing, etc.), investment (buying the shell), and per his history is profit motivated... they don't profit unless they have an attractive product to draw investors. Clearly, there's great support at this higher level. Just no buying interest. Everyone is awaiting what lurks behind the door... and has reason to believe we'll know soon. Bottom line, those invested now are way ahead of the game in terms of a business being unveiled and market-connected... from management standpoint, right now they could care less about the share price... they're focused/taking the steps to get things in place to unveil, and make this profitable... It will come soon IMO.
Double-bounce off of .038. Hopefully good support. Major short covering. Flying up to resistence in mid .05's. With news, more credibility to company per recent releases... "on the move"... this will break past .06's. In absence, .038 will be tested. Next set of releases very important... both in terms of time and nature... will bring greater support... or not. I think they know this... I do NOT think LYJN will be silent for long. JMHO
Looking sweet! Here's hoping it's not just a bandwagon based upon the up-tick and volume, but awareness of fundamentals... and then jacked by forthcoming real news!
Slojab is absolutely right... let me sum: if you want to win in a den of thieves, you have to be a thief yourself; however, I choose not to be a "thief," and have basis for hope that LYJN (and i-hub!) is more than a den of thieves. The arbitrating question is-- which is it? I've seen photos of big stars wearing Lyric products. I've read releases that point to involvement from big-industry players. The products are in trend-setting stores. The company has promised to reveal financials. Many here have pointed to the prominant presence of Lyric products globally. These are the factual basis for a positive appraisal right now... worthy of investment... as much as ANY company seeking investors based upon the value of a product!
LYJN... eyes on the bottom, and the bounce...
I didn't bash, nor pump... but suggested FACTUAL basis that we have all witnessed, observed (etc.) revealing the product, the market, the plan... and I am suggesting it is foolish to expend words questioning the EXISTENCE of THOSE! Now folks may not think THOSE are valuable, but THOSE exist! THAT's my point!
Of course, no story... no volume. Right now this is pure risk, pure speculation... good at that, but until we hear from the horses mouth, we're going to be in the stable.
Morning. Now we just need Wayne... or whatever his name is, to get that going... thought someone made that connection and he was attending to it...?
It's hillarious that this board has allowed bashers to reduce it to a quest for evidence that LYJN is an ACTUAL PRODUCT that can be ACTUALLY PURCHASED! COME ON PEOPLE! There's too much other solid, AWESOME news that is self-evident in the product itself, in those who wear the products, in the evidence of the BIG places where it's being sold, in the releases by the company which reveal an indisputable intention of "going for the wall"....
We still haven't ridded ourselves of the myopic-minded momo-riders... Whose mere interest and vision is in the volitility of LYJN, not it's core value. WHY DO YOU THINK THEY'RE WANTING TO GET EVERYONE HERE DISTRACTED? Trading will not correspond to the REAL BIGNESS of this company until WE recognize this as REAL and CORE... and the conversation corresponds to it....
While I don't have a full picture/understanding of RMDM's business plan, profile, market, profit-potentiality (anyone?)... got on board because of the unveiling potentiality and speculative (sound) information about the company. The earlier release demonstrated interest in building investor confidence... buying back shares (etc.). Price is extremely low per unveiling companies = very high reward/risk ratio. Solid DD has been going on... I haven't been so tuned in, but it suggested some solid connections.
So I was gone yesterday... and was surprised, perhaps a bit shocked, that the release didn't have a corresponding uptick... to the contrary! While scant on details, it is a very strong release... subsidiary demonstrates potentiality of playing in a huge, emerging industry. Clearly, if Ford had given that same release, "F" would have flown.
Clearly, investors in the PK/OTC arena are skeptical... if not cynical... and it takes more than simply positive news-- but news that has the notable words "contract" and/or "$$" in it.
Bottom line, I think what we're seeing is day-trader-esque movement relative to unfulfilled, short-term expectations. It puts focus back on the COMPANY and capacity to deliver BIG over a longer haul (weeks and/or months, not days). Let's face it, that language has been in the releases... at least interest in cultivating longer-term investors. Expectation was high for an immediate KABOOM-news, and that release was a let-down for those folks.
Needless to say... profit is king. What's needed is something less speculative... more concrete... what does this company do... what product do they deliver... where are they at in the process... what contracts are likely....??
I'm gone for the day... they get decent news... and I see sells at .0006? What the heck? Anyone?
Time for this thing to rise from the dead... Happy Eastern all!
Admiral... ditto on the PM... thanks!
[RE: What am I talking about] No sooner did I say "no one is selling at 15% up on the day" as a great sign... and folks began selling, so I'm testing the liklihood that the market is precisely tuned into my posts, by inverse.... So let's try it again... NO ONE IS BUYING! THIS THING IS NOT SKYING! THIS THING WILL NEVER REACH $1!
Happy Triduum/Easter, Passover or whatever anyone else does here!
God bless!
FOS
Spoke too soon... I mean, EVERYONE IS SELLING...! Let's see what that does...
No one's selling now at 15% up...
The key to that was the question mark at the end....
Getting ready for BOOM! BOOM! NEWS!?
Gotta wonder... what do people know we don't know... or is it being promo'd... or another board... investment club.... Either way, nice to see upward-moving green!
Great post. Agree 100%.
Excellent! That's all I was looking for, or rather, hope a newbie sees along with big-predictions... vs. out-of-the-blue wishful thinking. Regarding People Marks, in general while they may reveal nothing... you don't accumulate them unless you're doing something well. Bottom line, I'm always looking for well articulated/reasoned speculation or real news ... looking for sobriety/integrity in posts... temptation to optimistic pumping is always the given....
Doing a Google Earth Search ... you get "Lyric Jeans, Inc." associated with that address... looks like a fairly large house/building... Looks like some dudes jamming out in the front lawn (just kidding... but that would have been cool...)
edurk... I'm in CCTC, and likewise hope for big things, but have to say the first thing I do when someone makes a big prediction like that is: 1) See if there's any basis in their note (you provided none), and 2) See how many people marks they have (no offense, but you have 0). Thus... optimism is great, but better when based upon real/good news, and sound-based speculation.
Would be nice nonetheless....
GREAT!
Do we know anything about the nature of the business/intended market? Etc.? Fears of r/s or other restructuring? This is a lame question... but keeping it straight, what are we excited/hopeful about?
