Talk about thin trading...I am wondering if we will even see 100k shares trade today. Can only interpret this as folks holding tight and waiting for earnings. I am wondering if we will see a jump between now and the close on Tuesday, or if it will just sit flat.

Was able to put 20k shares out there at 5.00.

I would put another 20k out there at 6.66 right now and join you guys but ScottTrade is telling me the put is too far from the current price?! I would love to see that over a million. You guys are totally making my day.

Love the 64k shares nearly four hours into the day. Talk about holding eh?

Remember that they didn't actually hire 20 of their own sales people. They partnered with Alamo Pharma Services (a child company of Mission Parmacal) and Alamo is supplying the sales team. So don't look for a liability of 3x payroll on their earnings.

I have to agree Ak. Earnings are going to be interesting. Dara partnered with a Alamo for that sales staff, and those guys have been out in the field nationally positioning Solomax and a few other products. We may see some significant signs of what those sales members were able to contribute. With Alamo having access to Missions sales pipeline, I can't help but wonder if we won't see some really tangible traction. If that takes place, this stock will immediately be perceived as stable with the future pipeline of KRN5500 coming. With the Alamo partnership, KRN5500 will have an immediate distribution mechanism as well. The 1.30's will be a joke, this thing will be over four bucks on solid earnings and nearing ten dollars once the new drug is released.

Mr. Clement's base salary will be increased from $275,000 to $325,000 per year and his target bonus will increase from 75% to 100% of base salary.

These guys think things are going up.

I think its important to watch the volume of trading on this one when considering the share price. When we saw the jump, it came with several days of heavy volume (10 million one day, 5 mil the next day, etc.)

This week we are seeing 300-500k per day on the slide. Consistent with folks slapping the share price around, particularly if some considerable short is trying to exit.

My hunch is that someone knows something. Could be a leak, could be a partner, etc. My position is similar to Akamaii in terms of shares and av price.

Next week, we may see alot of things. Some are forecasting a run up before earnings, but if that happens I would say it towards the second half of next week. What this stock needs more then anything right now is any kind of news at all. Earnings are a guaranteed flag in the ground that I think will be a big day, and if Dara is making progress on sales with the increase in their sales force then it will signal longevity (which is all this stock needs to find 3-5 per share.)

We may see some slapping early next week as shorties will be looking to temporarily exit before earnings. But it does appear we have some support around 1.28-1.30.

For most, best move at this point may be to not watch the next week and just focus on earnings.

I hope there is still an EC plan...the way that press release is written is makes it sounds like "After years of waiting, and with an assigned EC...nothing was accomplished."

What exactly is Judge Gropper ruling on today? Is it the ECs disclosure statement for their plan? If so, if he approves it we just get to vote on it in mid Nov right?

I must admit that Im surprised we didn't see a much larger sell off between Monday and Wednesday. Mostly just shares traded around to sink value...almost like they were trying to bait people into dumping there shares at the last minute.

That it maintained and hovered in the mid .20s surprises me. I was ready for it tank in to single digits off of fabricated panic.

I guess so...it got really quiet in here all of the sudden.

I know we all are looking towards the 23rd of this month for the court decision on the EC plan, but then we also talk about it needing to be voted on.

What exactly are we looking to accomplish Thursday? Just that the Judge approves that we can all vote on a plan, or is he actually choosing one?

I have no idea what to make of this roller coaster, other than to say...its Tronox, and it ain't the 23rd yet.

But I admit that an EC Backstopper selling out has me intrigued. Conflict of interest? They almost have to be hedging their bets at this point...in case its the Ad Hoc Plan, lets get out now...kinda deal.

I agree, but remember what we've always seen...volume fixes everything. And we're starting to see volume pick up for the first time in months.

Only on tronox can we see a 50% run up, followed by a 30% decline...all in the same hour, all on no news lol.

The folks shorting are about to get run over by a bus. They better have their bets covered by the end of this week. I think we see this thing start to run next week.

I purchased B Shares this morning. Interesting the way its being shorted but what else is new.

I look forward to this actually making some progress in the next couple weeks. I think those of us that have been at this one for a while might actually get to the payoff.

Im thinking about doing the same. If we believe (for round numbers sake) that the floor is 5 million (3-6 million somewhere) then the floor should be about .12 cents I believe. So we're real close right now. In addition, we know that there are going to be negotiations regarding the Warrants. If all we get is say 20m in the end, that would be .50 cents per share.

In reality, I think we will see something much stronger in the end. But just playing the worst case scenario, Im intrigued that in December our floor was ZERO. We were being left out. Now, we are already offered Warrants and the PPS is lower then it was when we were all getting screwed.

Not a bad time to buy IMO.

It's wild to see it trading where it is, but I believe this is a last ditch chance to get cheap fills before Mondays fireworks show. I bet we trade 1.50-2.00 range on Tuesday morning.

It's always amazed me how news and market activity has absolutely no impact on this stock.

This stock is definitely an all or nothing. We are going to see it shoot up multiple dollars after a court hearing, or it's going to be a toy for MM's to have there way with.

I'm still sticking it out until the bitter end no matter what. I'm either cashing in or going down with the ship!
