probably true, but surprisingly she did actually respond to questions and some of them actually had decent responses. Although there were also a lot of questions which most people should know can only be responded to by saying 'nda' or 'ongoing litigation, can't comment' and so forth.
All - What I think may make for healthy conversation, education and enlightenment for all, especially newbies, is to begin compiling a list of questions for the conference call. With 2 months to go I think it would be a good idea to mitigate any easy questions for Neomedia by constructively creating professional, straight to the point questions with little room for BS responses from Neom.
Thoughts?
Did anyone really expect anything from him?
The YA financing states that Neom can pursue other forms of financing...but YA has to sign off on it. That is a conundrum which they put themselves in.
Poor choice of words on my part...I wanted to emphasize Scanbuy got a much better deal than Neomedia did.
I have not, but Motorola, which invested 10 million in them, has...and found enough reason to give them 10 million dollars. Non-toxic financing at that. Our management continues to pursue this type of financing.
The continuous development of their product and landing many fortune 500 companies as clients...not to mention they can hang on to their employees, further warrant Mike as a better leader.
They are private. eom
That's because Mike Wier can run a company...unlike you know who
I think it's at legal counsel advice...they got ripped a new one when IM was hosting them...and there wasn't a CC for sometime after that.
maybe the YA printing press is down and they need the extra time to recoop share printing production.
this gives them 2 solid months to keep pilaging us
at least the chart is giving us baby steps down to the sub-penny level.
hahahaha...you're a funny man
Problem is George O'Leary oversees the auditing :(
I agree, the next question is did Neom realize they missed the boat and if so did they learn from it?
Alot of us thought eBay was that whale...turned out to be a dolphin.
No I didn't sell, my new break-even is .04...I seriously thought those levels were going to hold based on the last couple of 10q's...they screwed me again.
I really hope there is some sort of pop by year end...I'm just saying don't be surprised if there isn't.
wilma, I think you forgot one important thing...'hoping' doesn't equate to guarantees. They have been hoping for many years to become profitable but nothing has ever come to fruition.
Also, many lies have been put into the 10Q's and 8k's over the years. Be very cautious of what they are telling us.
I think within the market we compete and the rise of codes we should be no where near these levels...but, that's what we get for lousy management decisions.
You hit the nail on the head...
Those shares were literally just printed by YA
Pop, what's the benefit in chaning Neomedia Europe to a private entity?

In August 2011, we legally restructured our European subsidiary in Germany to change from an AG legal structure to a GmBH (to become NeoMedia Europe GmbH). This change to legal structure ensures the organization is organized in a manner consistent with the size of company.

Many here refuse to look at the facts and still cling to hope.
NeoMedia Europe GmbH
Anyone have any insight into this?
Noticed it this morning.
http://www.neom.com/corporate/executive_team
The acronym 'GmbH', which is written after the name of the company, designates a company as private in Germany. The letters stand for Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung which, translated literally, means a 'company with limited liability'. GmbH companies are incorporated and, as such, are legal entities unto themselves. These companies must have a minimum of two partners and may be, but do not have to be, owned by a public company.

Guess that means another reverse split is around the corner...but this time it will probably be for the good of the shareholder....'gag'
For all of those who thought the news yesterday was not a paid advertisment perhaps you'll realize it today when we see the PPS drop off. Didn't look like Neom is poised for staggering revenue growth...agree?
Seriously...hype 3 days before the 10q is out...YA dumped millions more shares before the commoners truly got to see what was in the quarterly report. Not bad for them since they had the inside scoop.
After seeing the 10Q, I am changing this prediction to a 70%+ loss

Oh geez:
Mr. George G. O’Leary serves as a member of the Board of Directors and as acting Chief Operating Officer. Mr. O’Leary is also the Chairman of our Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and a member of our Stock Option Committee. In addition to his compensation as a member of our Board, Mr. O’Leary is compensated as our acting Chief Operating Officer under a consulting agreement for which he received $24,750 and $60,750 in compensation from us during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011, respectively.

It should have stated...
NeoMedia Technologies debt holder, YA Global, Poised for Staggering Revenue Growth on 11/14/2011.
Seriously, congrats to everyone that didn't get greedy. This POS is way too predictable. If history truly does repeat itself then this will see 45% loss tomorrow.
Hopefully the newbies don't hold like many of us did.
20% gain and can't even break 1.3 CENTS!!
humor is the only thing we have these days
Can't...YA took the fuse as collateral as well!!!!
She's pounding the teller window at the local bank to get that paycheck in CASH!!!!
all 390 of us
I would think with the PPS level now this number has drastically increased. Why wouldn't it...cheap shares and a pretty decent return if it only goes up 1 penny.
Looks like Neom is becoming more secretive. I'm beginning to think SEAL Team 6 runs this ship.

Probably a smart idea for that publication to not have a comments section. I can only imagine what some people would have rattled off to her.
