lawsuit is pending for certain investors - My question is pending what.
What I don't see is the wording A lawsuit has been filed in a court.
Saw it Mr D - a 100K right at closing. There's a reason for sure.
You're on it Mr D, you don't put together a dynamite new website, reloadable card and products related to it and then don't have some kind of media event, that's what I think is a comin..
Big difference here, SRNE is working on a cure if you have it and will also keep you from getting it vs a vaccine that will only keep you from getting it, Big difference here folks!
The 1099 Payout card looks interesting for My wife and I to use for disbursement of funds, going to check it out.
Just a WAG here but it (SRNE) may still be the real deal as far as a treatment and preventive for COVID, it's ready now. Moderna still has a ways to go as an approved vaccine.
Chil. at some point we will get some traction on this.
Interesting thing about Plasma Centers PAYS services, about 180 or so I've heard - If Sorrento does indeed have the antibody cure of some sort for Covid 19 then there will be a HUGE demand for convalescent Plasma but you see there already is a huge demand because that Plasma itself seems to work effectively also. 2 run homer for Paysign I would venture.
There's a shortage of Plasma all over now, if the Sorrento (SRNE) COVID cure using plasma antibodies works out there will be even more demand. More testing is needed though.

"Doctors are taking blood plasma from patients who have recovered from COVID-19 and infusing it into those who are critically ill. The plasma is laden with antibodies, and the approach shows some promise," former Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Scott Gottlieb wrote in a recent Wall Street Journal op-ed. "The constraint: There isn’t enough plasma from recovered patients to go around."
Later Friday, Sorrento Therapeutics will announce their discovery of the STI-1499 antibody, which the San Diego company said can provide "100% inhibition" of COVID-19, adding that a treatment could be available months before a vaccine hits the market.
"We want to emphasize there is a cure. There is a solution that works 100 percent," Dr. Henry Ji, founder and CEO of Sorrento Therapeutics, told Fox News. "If we have the neutralizing antibody in your body, you don't need the social distancing. You can open up a society without fear."
Interesting, watch the video in this article: They are testing convalescent plasma on high risk care givers, about 2/3 through it they mention it.

Yeah, I'm a little over the top on this but I think it will move the needle on PAYS
WSJ article...A study of thousands of Covid-19 patients who received blood plasma transfusions from recovered patients indicates the experimental therapy appears to be safe, paving the way for futurenational-study-finds-convalescent-plasma-to-treat-covid-19-is-safe-11589453869 studies and clinical trials, so say.

One would think (expect) a rather prominent member of the PAYS board might be able to help arrange for a similar type of interview with some large media group or such like Bloomberg, CNBC, Fox Business, Yahoo Finance etc....just sayin.
Listen to Dan Henry interview about Green Dot's reloadable cards, serving the underserved clients, sounds EXACTLY like Paysign Premier card. Watch the Related Video.

Convalescent Plasma Antibodies WORK! - Will be a biggie for PAYS Plasma centers

No surprise to me either, the short interest yesterday was almost 30 percent of the trading volume. This too shall pass as analysts come back into the fold.

Yes Mr. D I got the same impression about deals being worked now, also he said they were putting in "infrastructure" to support the future and that they were going to do it right to begin with. So there's no doubt somethings gonna pop.
I agree Chil, at least one of the short legs was kicked out with this excellent qtr. Another yet to happen short hope is the ambulance chasers getting traction, don't think there is anything there either but will take time to play out. Their other hope would be for the markets that Paysign serves were to suddenly dry up, we know that's not gonna happen either. It'll take a buyout or teaming arrangement with a really big partner to flush the shorties back into their hole, could happen still!
With people getting out more I firmly believe their Plasma center income will be better than expected starting this week.

I hope to hear on the CC tomorrow the phrase" Paysign has the right solution for the cashless new normal" or something similar.
BINGO Mr D, all Paysign has to do is get the word out to the world of their cashless cards and the world will beat a path to their/our door, especially the part of the world that doesn't want the notoriety of a full bank style card, if you know what I mean.
I really think our short is in control and is being assisted by MM. I do believe it's going to take some really good news to blast him back home to his out house hole in the ground. I think he/they have shares/options all the way to 17 or so but that's a WAG on my part.
Tell him to turn on Jim Cramer on CNBC, also, some of his early books are quite informative, love him or hate him his books are good.
Been seeing some Green Dot TV adds for their card. Very similar characteristics to Paysign Premier card. Some kind of marketing effort for the Premier card will do wonders which I'm sure is coming.
LOL, I watched it too, seemed to never end and now I guess it will continue, the last episode couldn't be it, at least I hope not. The pregnant detective gotta be about 11 or 12 months pregnant.
Very nice look and easily informative. Paysign has come a long way in the past year.
Looks like our short or (options games) is up a bit as of Friday...

Paysign, Inc. to Host 1st Quarter Earnings Call
HENDERSON, Nev. – Paysign, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYS), a vertically integrated provider of innovative prepaid card programs, digital banking and processing services for corporate, consumer and government applications, will discuss 2020 1st Quarter earnings at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, May 7, 2020.

Ironic, the shister short attorney's (probably 1 or 2 guys with 3 or 4 names of law firms) now are on the verge of losing big bucks with their short going bad, the folks (probably not many) who joined the law suits are now on the verge of making money, just ironic!
So now we see who PAYS is marketing the Premier card to, mainly the under banked consumer. I'm wondering who the referral partners might be, banks, companies like pawn shops, casinos, I guess it could be any or all types of entities. I'm thinking the referral option will be a filter of sorts to get good clients for the Premier card. Should be a new era for PAYS!
LOL, gotta know which red flags to react to, haven't seen a real one yet!
BINGO Ebrie - PAYS is moving up to the next tier!
With food shortages being predicted I would suggest ELSE get the product to market sooner than later come COVID or high water!
I think D's talking about the yehoo board, I try to keep the unwashed over there scrubbed up a bit, also on stacktwits a bit...
Chilar, Sometimes the government sets things up to make sure small businesses get a piece of the action though in this case it's all being rushed through and most likely you're right.
