Did you try calling after acquisition? Because DTL and Buzzie are spreading their opinions of news coming soon in 10 days. Well I rather hear if any news regarding this recent acquisition from the CEO. I am disappointed that qedn has vague description of their pr's last week before acquisition they call it a merger next week they changed it to acquisition, what's the deal? I look at skgo and they are skyrocketing with another recent merger of a $25 million company, and another one people are predicting worth $50 million because it is a steel company. On top of their pr's and mergers they file to pinksheets a lot. They even filed promising no r/s (why hasn't this company done so as well). Qedn hasn't filed since the 23rd. So they have transparency problems of their actions in my opinion. I bought at .0005 and it has gone down since they said aqcuired with no furthur information regarding share structure in the same day. I think the bashers have some rights for what they are saying considering the disappinting news. If it said merger the outcome would of been different.

Personally, ihub should have a separate part for the message board where people can post links to extra DD stuff on the internet, and sticky them so they don't get hidden in the massive chats. It would help a lot in making this website a little more useful in informative capabilities as well in sharing opinions.

Hey Joe I think you have some validity in what you are saying. I checked it's past reverse merger with guwo holdings it completed a reverse stock split a couple months later though, and CEO now was still in control of the company before the R/M. Most likely he will be in control after this reverse merger. Now can r/m have a r/s the same time it takes place? And does the confirmation of merger means it already happened and will it go through the process of name change? I ask you this because if news came out I can sell my shares before it happens at a higher price to someone who thinks he can profit from this at a higher price from the hype. I think you would understand that from my position already. Who knows as well maybe they have something here for a business, and he did the r/s to get income for the business. So there is a possibility we could be wrong here. I think proremotesolutions could be legit before I pointed out it had an address on allpages.com and I don't know how it works, but that means they must be registered to the state so it isn't a complete scam. I think the boardmembers here should contact them more to confirm this deal as well. I did this time it went through email haven't had a response yet though. I sounded negative I admit, but I was just pointing out the facts about this stock that I have recently learned. I was also asking questions about reverse mergers because I remember some stocks go to a certain price in one day. Does a stock really need people to pump it up or does the market determine the price. I am hoping this does go up, but I also want to question what I invested in with some of the practices.

I have a little over 1.5 million shares at the .0005 purchase price it is really what I can only invest in this. So if the great reach of .85 was met that would make me a million dollars if I can almost sell it all. My past posts were stocks I invested in VRGN(vrni), SNRR, and IJJP. Vrgn and snrr were proven bad stocks, and IJJP was not doing so well but turned out okay. I got angry with these stocks because I lost and also was losing money in them. I do hope it turns out okay considering it is a reverse merger.

.85 would be nice, but a stretch that's over 100,000% in gains instant millionaire possibility if someone is willing to buy the shares at that price. I mean I would surely love that if it wasn't a reverse split. With billions of shares outstanding I don't see it in my view. Plus I am already questioning the CEO's bad history.

Well the market price is now 0.0025 and the bid is 0.0032 the lowest usually would be 0.0001 Not too bad to get in I bought in at 0.0038. Any PR with how volatile the stock can be when someone buys it could skyrocket it. Especially with this somewhat new Pr that came out a couple days ago

Yeah I got in because some guy a couple of days ago told in a chatroom i was in that VRGN is going to be relasing a pr that day of course it wasn't true and I though he was a pumper, but Some PR seems to be going on so far with this recent activity.

This was released on their website on the 26th.

No one is buying yet except massive selling. Could be good with this much selling could go up, but seems like people don't like this stock, hope it doesn't turn out another SNRR. I will probably stay since i already lost almost 50%. Lame I tell you. Without that pumper that jacked it up to .14 and then sold it after a couple of cents, I would of been glad if it opened at 11 cents.

Based on what? Hope it does. The stock has been going down after you said that. People will most likely wait 2 months for the annual report to arrive I will take my chances of investing in another stock and try to recover 1/3 of my loss into another stock at the end of the day.

easy...imo it had news of distributing games at stores, and it only rose up what 2 cents then people sold it off to either get what they bought back or just to make a quick 2 cents. I waited in hoping it would go up later, but it dramatically went down. Now I feel like selling my shares in this now worthless stock back at 12 cents. I am not going to wait a whole month or 2 weeks so another pr comes out and POSSIBLY get a 100% extra what I originally invested which was at 13.5 cents. It is ticking me off. I could of invested in 30 other well known penny stocks and be well off than this one, now i am trying to break even so I can get on to another stock that can most likely rise 500% the day it has PR than waiting for a schedule to some iffy CNBC SHOW to actually be reported which sounds like they will aired during Christmas!!! Woopdy do!!! I could invest in a stock in one day and sell it off the same day with some other company instead of waiting for a MONTH for some probable increase! This is ridiculous!

Now for the positive note it is at its lowest for awhile, which means people will buy it and it will gradually increase. Probably will breakout with the buying. That is a big IF though because some people probably shorted this stock and supports the bashing of this stock noting some truth behind what they say. Now pondering investors are looking for another stock that is more secure and less controversial to go too as a result. I only hope for a breakout with no news or a good PR a substantial one would be best, so I can break even or possibly get paid off for my patience!
