Innocent people want their cases heard as quickly as possible. They want to prevail and win . Losers keep adjourning their depositions.
Losers keep changing attorneys because they are being told they cannot win. At some point in time the judge will say enough is enough and decide the case against him and awards Ifus whatever they are asking for
Martin....we may be getting way ahead of ourselves, but Ifus certainly has enough land on their property to expand and financing will not be a problem once demand exceeds capabilities
Malc.....do not have private message. The answer was Glco
What I said in the past was absolutely what I believed. When I bought at .19 the stock was moving up, the monthly numbers were excellent and we had just hired PR firm. Why would anyone that owned the stock at. That time not think the stock would move higher. Did anyone know CVS was going to cut Scrc off? I find. It hard to believe company was given 2 weeks notice of that. I would like to know when they knew and when they released it.
I am not going to trade jabs with you CHP because like trump said you take on word or sentence and parlay it into something out of context. Whatever I have said I meant at the time I said it.
By the way Ed was spot on with the company he named. Dig deeper for more common involvement imo.
It is very simple. I personally believe JZ was honest and still has good intentions with respect to Scrc now and in the past. I cast no blame on him . I think if not for him the company would not have survived. However, was Scrc completely honest with JZ and that is a question you cannot answer CHP
I Wish I could say that I did. I still own .55 stock and .19 stock. I bought and sold so many times I am down money on the stock. I was lured into this stock by the prospect of rapi meds and it has been over 2 years since they announced the Hong Kong order and it has not been delivered. Now there are certain people in high positions in this company that will not turn it around imo.
There financials were imminent last month and now who knows when they will be out. This is not a complex company to calculate financials. My guess is that they cannot get an accounting firm to sign off. I was a long time supporter but I see my money evaporating slowly. I have been more than patient. One is entitled to change their view and opinion . You have waffled and criticized as well. Who knows maybe I will change my mind.
Alleyba says"...".....
....it is just a matter of time before distribution. Once the feedlots get on board this stock will explode imo
Malc I agree with you.you saved by butt on areal pump and dump which involved someone who works for Scrc. You saved me by pointing out someone bought the stocks unrestricted paper. He was pumping it and selling the paper. It was a great catch by you. Thank you
Alleyba says".....................
..........that he is in agreement with CHP.
...........that he wonders why in 2 years the rapi meds has never shipped
......"....that he says everyone. Do their due dilligence. How is it that Brosius assumed position he now has?
...........that people should do their due dilligence on current CEO Ettinger. Hint....he was tied to stock that went from teens to .60 and is now .0001 and has not traded since February. Is Scrc headed in same. Direction ?
Alleyba in his opinion believes financials have not been filed because no one will sign off
Alleyba says..............
............as he understands it the machine is operating and the bagging is taking place. My obvious question is if there was such a strong case against IFUS why do they keep canceling the dates and switching lawyers? That tells me that they have no valid claims against IFUS and IFUS will prevail
Alley a says......
Martin33 is positively correct??! We will need to get double shifts going and get that second machine running. I can foresee the building of another warehouse filled with these machines. And that is probably with less than 10 cattle ranches. This is not even taking. Into consideration multiple states and environmental use of bagasse for oil spills.
Alley a says....l
WHEN we get a cattle feed ranch how do we meet the demand when we are producing 15,000 bags a day?
Is there room for expansion and more machines because I see this company selling thousands of bags in the very near future
Alleyba says......................
............that if you google LSU bagasse oil absorption.........you will find a 24 page study done by LSU on the absorption of oil by bagasse. The article goes on to say that oil spills can be absorbed by the bagasse........so an entire business can be spun off by MW and IFUS. Once the machine is working the things we can do with this product are mind boggling. This can be turned into a multi-million dollar business. The study is there in black and white. If anyone needs the link I can provide it later on, but one should find it by googling "LSU study bagasse absorption of oil". It is a 24 page study. If they can somehow parlay environmental cleanup with the feeding of livestock MARTIN 33 numbers and calculations got through the roof because MARTIN only calculates on a small very conservative amount of cattle and notice how much $$$ he comes up with.

ST. GABRIEL, La. – LSU AgCenter researchers at the Audubon Sugar Institute are studying methods to make syrup from energycane and sweet sorghum bagasse to be used as feedstock for the generation of green biofuels and chemicals.
Bagasse, fibrous material left after the juice has been pressed from energy cane and sweet sorghum plants, contains cellulose and hemicellulose -- two components of plant matter or biomass composed of sugar polymers. Lignin, a “glue-like” substance, is a third component of biomass that holds cellulose and hemicellulose together and makes it difficult for enzymes to access these sugars. A pretreatment process developed in Dr. Giovanna Aita’s research laboratory removes lignin from the biomass material and exposes these sugars.
“Our process helps soften the bagasse or biomass material and makes these sugar polymers more reachable by enzymes,” said Aita, an LSU AgCenter associate professor leading this study. “Enzymes break down the sugar polymers found in bagasse into individual sugars to yield liquors from which syrups can be made.”
Simple sugars are building blocks to many chemicals.
“The challenge, however, is to separate nonsugar components (generated during pretreatment and enzyme hydrolysis) from simple sugars to create syrups of specific quality and purity,” Aita said.
Nonsugar components the researchers want to extract include organic acids, furaldehydes and phenolic acids, which have added value elsewhere. nonsugar components such as phenolic acids can be used in textiles and polymer industries, while the organic acids can be used in the food industry, and furaldehydes can be used in the fuel industry.
The researchers have characterized most of the nonsugar components and are evaluating various technologies for removing them from the liquor.
“We are trying to find a balance point,” said Patrisha Pham-Bugayong, a post-doctoral researcher in Aita’s Renewable Fuels and Chemicals Laboratory. “We want to determine which method to use so that we minimize the sugars lost in the process an,; thus, have high sugar content in the syrup.”
This study is part of an overall project called the Sustainable Bioproducts Initiative (SUBI), which involves a team of university and industry partners who are studying the production of biomass for economically viable conversion to biofuels and bioenergy. The initiative is made possible by a $17.2 million grant from the United States Department of Agriculture through its National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA).

......just to clarify my post. This was done at LSU
Alleyba says.........................
............that let us not forget the other uses bagasse has for environment.
Alleyba says..............................
..................it is just a matter of time until the machine is up and running. Once that happens the stock will be poised to run
Alley a says.....................
…..quite the contrary panther he knows the shareholders own land, plant and equipment imo
Alleyba says.........................
............he agrees with Martin........the focus here is to get the machine up and running. We have ALL the parts so let us get them installed already. That will be the game changer. The product will sell itself. Once the bagaase is bagged and sold to the ranchers the stock will move much higher, particularly when these ranchers learn about the current price, in my opinion
Alleyba says….................
........,;........that the filings will be done and that this stock remains a hidden
Gem. I think it will be profitable, particularly when business starts with China. Give bob time to implement his plan.everyone just sit back and relax:
Alleyba says......................
................he is curious to know why the bagasse machine is not up and running yet. The machine has been sitting there for months waiting for parts. How expensive are these parts and what is the timetable? The machine has nothing to do with the lawsuit so I think it is time those questions are answered
Alleyba says....................................
..................that he believes the numbers for SCRC for the month of March will be good overall numbers. Alleyba would like to see the acquisitions come to fruition and Alleyba believes that if SCRC can generate an interest at the investor forum we will get some new blood in the stock and hence see an increase in shareholder value
Alleyba says...............................
.................that he believes there is light at the end of the tunnel. Between the compounding and PIMD Alleyba believes the end of month numbers will be respectable. If the acquisitions take place the compounding is back on track. There are a number of reasons why CVS could have terminated the contract. It is possible that the prior contract that Main Avenue had expired or they may have felt they were over paying in which case Alleyba would suspect price is something that could be negotiated. Alleyba believes that this stock will soon turn around shortly and get back to where it was. No one I know that has the stock is selling
Alleyba says.........................
.....................nothing is hidden. Read the 10-K. Oh yeah in case there is any question since that occurred in 2013 it is not reportable until 2014 when taxes are filed and it depends how the compensation is calculated
Alleyba says........................
................that all members of this board should keep in mind what an excellent job the much maligned JZ has done in the last 2 years as a consultant for SCRC. I would like to see over the next 4 months if FCA can duplicate the accomplishments of JZ. It is an undisputed fact that if not for the tireless efforts by JZ, particularly when the company changed gears to compounding and other revenue streams, in raising money for he company and otherwise finding investors who is to say that this company would now be profitable.
JZ has a lot to do with this companies rise in value. Let us see what FCA can do in moving this stock upwards as has JZ
Alleyba says.......................................
....................that he is of the opinion compounding numbers will come in at $3m this month because of snow delays and we had a holiday this month. Alleyba had a vision that starting in March we will be over $4m plus again. Alleyba's vision was blurred at end but he saw record setting numbers for PIMD because of the diabetic business and other business company has
alleyba says.........................
..........although I was not able to get hold of him I agree with all that you are saying; however, I imo opinion Rapi Meds is not dead but still alive and I think you forgot to factor in the diabetic supplies which will add more to bottom line because if they are targeting that market we should see expodential growth and revenues there.
Alleyba says........................
............FCA very positive. As Martin said all abroad train pulling out...better get SCRC under .19 now or it shall be lost forever. A nice follow through by PIMD will be nice and with Bob continually developing new revenue streams I see this stock, months away, being bought out at multiple dollars, imo
Alleyba says..............
..........so explain how you compound from your home and meet FDA guidelines. If Alleyba has a business like that the financial documents and records stay in the office. Alleyba thinks the explanation given by SCRC for the numbers made sense, more particularly because people have to meet their deductibles and choose sometimes less expensive alternatives.
Alleyba believes brain trust at SCRC working on developing more revenue streams and the next stop is .25 as Martin contends. The fact of the matter is the first 3 months of 2015 blows away the first 3 months of 2014 and then Alleyba says we build from there. Alleyba says that now is the time to add to position because this will probably be last chance to get SCRC in high teens, imo
Alleyba says.........................
............that he agrees with Martin. It is a non event based on the explanation in the SCRC news release. Perhaps 1 more month of numbers less than the ones we saw in the last 4 months of the year, but in March Alleyba believes we will be back on track.....and that is not to say that in the interim Bob comes up with additional revenue streams. There are those that know Alleyba used borrowed money to increase his position in stock yesterday at .21. Again Alleyba in accord with Martin--NON EVENT
Alleyba says.....................
............it does not take a genius to calculate the expected number when 5 days are lost from work due to holidays and snow coupled with the fact that when I went to pick up my medications Alleyba asked why price was higher and the pharmacist said it was due to deductibles having to be covered the 1st couple of months of the year. Bob has already provided guidance for month of February so Alleyba expects February to be lower than last 4 months of the year as well. Alleyba also believes that Bob is doing whatever he can brainstorm to come up with other revenue streams to enhance shareholder value. I added more to my position yesterday and paid 21 which I thought was a steal.
Alleyba says..........
.........that given fact that5 or 6 daysof business was lost due to January holidays and snow days Alleyba would not be surprised if the monthly number for compounding comes in at $3,500,000-$3,800,000.
Alleyba says................
............. that Martin is using common sense approach. One cannot work if the work place is closed. In reference to shorts which were alluded to on he board......let them short......Alleyba believes they will soon be forced to cover in his opinion. The volume and price of the stock speaks for itself coupled with all the good news that has come out and in Alleyba's opinion will continue to come out in a positive mode
Alleyba says.........................
............that contrary to what you may think there is very little paper left to be disposed of. SCRC appears to be on a tear of late going from .08 to 52 week high of .22 and Alleyba sees a steady rise in the stock in his crystal ball.
Although with January having the 2 holidays and the snow in NJ Alleyba believes 5 days of work was lost by Main Avenue. How that will affect the numbers Alleyba does not know......he is only looking forward to the strides SCRC has made going from negative earnings to positive earnings. If SCRC can earn .01-.02 a quarter the stock is undervalued at .22 or .20. At .04 for the year and give it a 15x multiple which is not outrageous you are at .60 and at .08 you are at the $1.20 set by see thru equity. Alleyba is virtually certain they did their due diligence before issuing report. Do not believe they were paid by company to do so
Alleyba says.............................
...................that he believes SCRC will ultimately be doing business in China. It is beginning to sound more and more to me that you have been speaking gibberish as this stock continues to run form .085 to .21 on good news. Do you mean to say this company is not turning a profit? Are you saying the run rate on the compounding will not be $60 million this year?
Quite honestly Alleyba says that you continually post the same thing over and over again. Libelous and scandalous statements against Joe Zampetti who cannot defend himself and the .055 stock and again Alleyba says the .055 stock was a gamble by the shareholders that put up THEIR MONEY AND TOOK A RISK. What if the stock dropped to .02 then what would you be saying? I think everyone knows about the nickel stock and enough is enough
Alleyba says...............
,,,,,,,,,,that in his opoinion JOE ZAMPETTI has made this a Merry Christmas for all SCRC by his tireless work ethic and input he has given CEO of comppany throughout the year. JOE ZAMPETTI deserves credit for this stock closing at.1575.Thingshave never looked better for this company since he has gotten involved.
Merry /christmas to all
Alleyba says...............
............if your analysis is correct and for some reason IFUS could not survive because of the boot brothers would they not be facing legal claims from shareholders?
Alleyba says...................
...........coolerheads you are assuming those who invested in company got .05 stock. In my opnion they may have invested and convert at higher levels in which case it would not make sense for them to sell here. Your assumption is that EVERYONE that invested got .05 shares and in my opinion you are incorrect.
Now once that paper is gone and asumming no more paper is issued would you agree that based on projections that this company will be earning money by the end of the year. How many pink sheet bulletin board stocks can say that? I think yoour posts are for the most part highly informative with good analysis but you are making assumptions based on all paper being .05. Also I beleive once we get through the red tape Rapimeds will be delivered at 50% profit and PIMD will spring into action. This stock will be cash postive imo
Alleyba says..................
...............that he agrees with pipe dream. Too many good things happening and about to happen if all have been reading the numerous press releases
Alleyba says.........................
....................that he already has explained his postion on .05 stock. If someone had the guts to risk their money on backing this company that person deserves opportunity to make money on their investment in the company............but nothing is guaranteed. When I sell any of my shares that I purchased I will let you know. Besides when I see the potential this company has why should I sell. I am not in this for pennies like you are I am looking to make some good money. When are you selling YOUR .05 shares
Alleyba says............
..........Martin maybe you will get a whistle blower fee from IRS
