quiet evening for sure
Hello board
Good volume today
I bet anyone of those Exec's
Would have loved to be on Behl's team. But you know what..... Fisher probably said to himself there is only one man over there that can get the job done. Fish will not hire someone to come over and suck the money out of this company just because he or she has multiple degrees, awards and letters before or after their names. He has already cleaned house a couple of times getting rid of the dead weight. You can bet if someone is on Behl's payroll they are producing front and center.
The guy who LEAD the team to fly the first commercial flight with his algae fuel creation. Goodall's input will fine tune our PBR/Algae strains to precision engineered results. So that every gallon of end product will burn baby burn !!!!!! (This is only the fuel side of the equation)
BigBake1 I am glad your on this board
A man who truely understands the complexity behind the financials.
Great points beastie
I think Fisher has his eye on every single penny spent and where it goes.
He wants to pay off all bills and be cash positive ASAP !!
Saphire's Line Up Mr. Gator
Obviously, they have an all star cast but in my opinion they also have alot of chiefs and not enough indians. They have millions upon millions in investments over there. Therefore, those executives who already have enough money in the bank to retire 10 times over are probably seeing the push toward algae and want to be right in the middle of the algae explosion and reap some of that banked cash for themselves. Those top three executives will commend quite a large salary. They are not going to work for free !!!! Believe me. I cannot believe how much I know about algae but it is almost comical to think that Saphire would even mention OPEN pond. That would be like me trying to get my kids to use a cassette player versus an I-POD.
Now, I may be off base a little but this is my opinion. I would rather invest my money with Dennis Fisher because this is his "personal baby" and he has a heck of alot more drive about Behl-- kind of like Bill Gates in his start up days and Steve Jobs of Apple (These guys were so far above the rest and could see the future potential of their products which know one else could comprehend). Fisher KNOWS what Behl has and I believe he knows that know one in our industry has all the puzzle pieces lined up like we do. I do not think for a minute that those executives over at Saphire will be working til 10:00 pm/ 11:00 pm at night or pulling all nighters. I also bet that they will not be working Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, Monique Berry is darn near as passionate as Fisher. The people we have added fill needed voids...Sanchez, Gass, Goodall, Maddox. Fisher is not going to hire ANYONE unless they add immediate value to get this machine running.
I will take Fisher's blue collar Ass Kicken pit bull type personality over any PhD. Fisher has immense wisdom, drive, passion and hands on, street smart business sense. He may not have an MBA or PhD but he has to have something special or the world class talent that joined Behl in the past month would have never come on board.
Behl Gates believes in his DD and has utmost trust in Fisher's motives. I wonder how many of those other exec's would care enough about their shareholders to make personal calls, e-mails, allow onsite visits. Fisher has nothing to hide. He made mistakes like all humans do but over and over the mistakes are fixed and we continue to make HUGE progress in the right direction month after month. Behl executives will be rewarded properly right along with the shareholders by executing the business plan growing profitable sales which will result in Share Price Appreciation the "Litmus Test" by which will be graded upon.
Behl Gates IMHO....Good luck to all the believers who have done their homework and endured many challenging times.
Yeah I agree.
It is so easy to get caught up in the day to day details but for once in my life I keep telling myself 2 years for Behl...just 2 years.
I have only held a couple of stocks for over a year and one was Gulf resources GFRE bought in at .33 they reversed split ( 1 share for every 4) while I was holding kind of scared me because I thought it would kill the stock price but they went on to Nasdaq. It then climbed all the way to $ 14.00 I almost sold everything prior to reverse split at about $ 1.00 a share to triple my investment but for once held because I knew the company was solid, growing sales and profits and was a leader at what they did and had a sound niche in their industry.
Here I am in Behl same story down to a penny yet they are lining up investors. Have a $ 6 million order in place and their leadership rivals many small to mid cap companies. They have IMO the best proprietary algae growing/extracting process on the market. We get all that for a penny per share. They just need to show that they can take in more cash than they spend.
My bad Greasy
I put that in the disclaimer.......I knew I would have left a few key longs off the list
Here u go Mr. Millions:
To the best of my knowledge: This was from a prior post I submitted last month I am probably within +/- 5% margin of error
Share structure Explained:
I went back to my notes and here was my calculations for Behl on July 9th 2009.
Authorized Shares..........750,000,000...(Total Shares-- The buck stops here)
Outstanding Shares.......691,755,000...(Sum of Float + Restricted)
Banked...........................58,245,000....(Board keeps in Treasury)
So when you add Outstanding + Banked you get the Total amount authorized of 750,000,000
Now on to Outstanding Share breakdown
Outstanding Shares.....691,755,000
Restricted Shares........370,755,000....(Shares owned by insiders)
Float............................321,000,000....(Shares owned by Shareholders and traded in the market)
So when you add Restricted + Float you get the Total amount of
Oustanding shares. The restricted were not tradable for one year and I believe the most an insider could trade after a year was 10 % of their holdings per year. I think but do not hold me to that. I had a one on one conversation with the IR at that time. Dale Baeten
Current Structure to the best of my knowledge
Authorized Shares......1,000,000,000 (Increased by 250 million)
Outstanding...................941,755,000
Banked............................58,245,000
Outstanding Shares... 941,755,000
Restricted .................. 620,755,000 (250 million must be held a year)
Float ................... ......... 321,000,000
Yes, unfortunately for now it is mostly
Psychological. But for the true longs once the cash begins to flow psychology will take the back seat and financial results will dominate.
Dr. Goodall is to Behl as Chuck Yeager was to flight speed as he became the first pilot to break the sound barrier.
Dr. Goodall did not invent the PBR but I believe he will be the first man to lead a company to profitable commercialization of algae based products and services
Post of the day vinchy
Good little piece you put together there
Well my friends it is good to see
Alot of the serious investors on board here this morning. It is not often we have a mid week in depth conversation especially in the a.m.
Im off to take a bike ride with the kids and wife on this 80 degree beautiful sunny day here in Ohio.
I will be back on later this afternoon to read all the wonderful posts
We might have to grab an algae burger for lunch anyone know where I can get one LOL
BG
My guess is this:
The algae industry is recognizing that Behl is a force in the making and if you can affiliate yourself with Behl then perhaps you can get some "pin action" a quote that Jim Cramer always uses
Sort of like saying. XYZ company is selling airplanes hand over fist. Therefore, ABC company that supplies their seats must be booming as well.
Your right vinchy
I do not think we will see anymore grammatical or spelling errors with Dr. Goodall as CEO.
Unfortunately, those small things alone deter many investors. If you cannot spell correctly or use proper grammar than one may conclude that you cannot run a business properly either.
Fine details and fundamentals need to be perfect when making public statements. Dr. Goodall probably has alot of eyes on this company now and the smallest mistakes have huge implications.
Raymond it has been a Joy
Amazing how a bunch of typed messages can really bond a group together. I believe we had hundreds and hundreds of I-Hubbers that have come and gone. However, 2 - 3 dozen of us stuck around because deep down inside we sensed something real here. Positive and negative posts that are constructive have brought unprecedented value to this investment.
I know we are sitting on a PPS of a penny but I feel like we have achieved at least one victory and that is the executive team that has been formed in the last month.
BigBake1 -- Tremendous reporting from the Shareholders meeting along with sound investment knowledge
Raymond --- Outstanding leadership as the Moderator
Gofertrder- First hand witnessing and testamonial at the Behl HQ Gofer has been a lottery ticket to this board
Rafa------- Also provided outstanding reporting
Gummy------ Keeping us in check
Greedy----- Greedy made us go back and follow up on things. Greedy is very smart whether you agree or not and I think some good came out of his challenging posts

Forgive me if I miss spelled anyones Handle or left anyone out but this group IMO has come together and had the greatest investment research, opinions, disagreements at times, support, DD, and most of all the sharing of information with each other. Very unselfish
I can personally say that I have based alot of my investment decisions from the information that I have gotten on this board in the last 2 months because of the trust I have in that above list of people.
A personal thank you
Sincerely, Behl Gates
Been following Behl for over a year now.
How much DD have you put in ? I know I have hundreds of hours in. Once in a while a little Pep talk is warranted. We have had enough pessimism and challenges to sink a ship over the past 6 months.
You join us in December and post a half a dozen times and tell me to keep my feet on the ground. Yeah right.
Do you know what this company is even about ? Or the potential that lies ahead ?
I think most shareholders here are extremely intelligent. I value all their input but I doubt my posts would ultimately persuade them to buy or sell. You obviously do not know a whole lot about this group.
Behl: Declaration of Commercialization
I declare Tuesday April 6th, 2010 as the day that Behl officially makes it's entrance as the DOMINANT PLAYER in algae commercialization.
This morning's press release solidifies and confirms that Behl has the technology, resources and investment interest to spearhead this emerging industry.
It is a privilege and honor to be a shareholder in this outstanding company along with the greatest I-HUB group of investors in the Pink Land.
Greedy Malone was right in saying that less than 1 % of Pinks go on to fully uplist on to a big board. Well friends our research and DD is going to payoff because IMHO we are invested in a company that falls in that 1 % category.
Good Luck to All
Behl Gates
Nasdaq here we come !! This is a Fortune 500 Press Release
Two months ago I thought a Nasdaq Listing was a mere pipe dream but now I give us an 85 percent chance of uplisting within 2 years.
What we currently have:
1. Commercialized PBR (100 % fine tuned and producing)
2. Commercialized systems (ex. pump flow, siemens controls, extraction methods, the patented pig, turns and 7 layer UV resistant tubing, computerized monitoring)
3. Commercialized selling because Behl has contacts and ties to BIG INVESTORS now thanks to Dr. Goodall, the NAA, Dennis Fishers associations, RWE
4. 150 plus acre farm in Southern California with investors lined up !!
What we are going to have:
1. Release of new website in April
2. Additional 150 acre farm sites throughout the world
3. Omega3 production
4. Nutraceuticals
5. Chemicals
6. Fuel
Quote of the Year "We look forward to developing key alliances and partnerships in the coming months."
That is MONTHS my friends not YEARS
Do you realize the heavy hitters that Dr. Goodall will ally us with.
This Rocket was just fueled up and boarded.

Behl Gates fasten your seatbelts
That is the Fact Jack !!!
Algae Burgers sir !!
Thanks Jerkyman
It is nice to have eyes on the ground. Are there still aftershocks out there anyone ?
I hope were done paying
for exposure. Does anyone know if any Penny company's were paid to promote Behl.
We do not need a single dime spent on those false hopes.
Our PBR process under Dr. Goodall's leadership will speak for itself. Everytime Behl contacts someone, does business with someone or buys supplies you can bet those affiliations will be investing in Behl as well.
Thus the word spreads like wildfire.
I second that thought guys.
First of all, there are some obvious signs that are right in front of us that no one has pointed out.
Rick Armstrong (CEO of RWE) has multiple billion dollar ties where he has lead and consulted on green projects for several years now. I have read report after report that he is called upon many times for his expertise.
He alone is the main reason why they attracted 60 million dollars in investments in their plant in South Carolina.
Dr. Brian Goodall oversaw the very first bio-fuel commercial airline flight. It was his expertise that attracted 100 million dollars plus in investment over at Saphire.
Yet, with all their achievements both of these guys saw something that Behl had to offer that they obviously did not have and now they are on our team directly and indirectly. So if the best of the best is coming on board then what does that say about Dennis Fisher ? Therefore, you could conclude that there must be some confidential, synergistic technology taking place right now. These conglomerates IMO have perfected a system that will create a whole new industry and change another (Oil and Oil Services Industry) . Dennis Fisher does not know everything but he knew what he lacked and fortunately through the Bio Summits and the NAA meetings he has been able to network and fill in the gaps.
Think about it this way. Is there anything you are really talented at and you have the utmost confidence that you can beat anyone when your in stride. You know that feeling, every once in a while, down deep inside you know you cannot be beat whether it is a sporting event a task at work. I think Fisher is in that mode right now. Through trial and error he has finally solved the riddle of commercializing algae. I have three reasons for believing this:
1.) He has been able to sell the success of his PBR's to multiple key players in the industry. I guess seeing is believing. I will take gofertrder's first hand knowledge of the system as evidence.
2.) He is working day and night (Why because the confidence and excitement is there !! Everyone on that team sees it now) Dennis has had 2-3 years of trial and error getting here. Now that it's proven they cannot wait to get it going full steam. When I talked to him in mid March you could sense in his tone that he had finally figured it out. He was relaxed and in a subtle way came accross as don't worry we know what we have and it's going to be huge.
3.) Does anyone know of a leader/CEO of a public company that is putting in the time and effort that Dennis Fisher is--and has in the past year ? This is unprecedented commitment and determination. Fisher does not need motivation from anyone else. He is very very self motivated. I do not think there is a bio company executive that can keep up with his drive. That is why Behl will come out on top. I also commend him for not working for a big oil company. He has decided to go it alone on his terms so that he does not have to put up with the corporate red tape to get things done. I also strongly believe that Dr. Goodall probably came to Behl partly for the freedom to go all out on this venture without having to answer to the government or individual donors who may divert the progress of the company. Hard work and dedication will usually end up with a great outcome. I put Fisher's work ethic up there with Michael Jordan and Jerry Rice two athletes that were the first to show up to practice, the last to leave and worked harder off season than most did during the season. You see how their careers ended up.
Keep holding my friends IMO
I wish I had that many but it is nice to know that there are probably a
half dozen of you in that range.
I bet ACE, BigBake1, Raymond, Kensah, gofertrder, pilot heating and you (I cannot remember how to spell some of these names)
are in the 5 million plus club. Actually, I know Ace is
Outstanding Calculations avaritia1949
These are sound numbers. There may be a + / - 10% margin of error but the bottom line is SOLID PROFITS.
Does anyone have over Fifteen Million shares?
Does anyone have over Ten Million Shares
Does anyone have over Five Million Shares ?
I was being as conservative as possible
The grand total of shares no matter how you slice it is 1,000,000,000
and when evaluating a pink sheet most would count everything.
Of course we could debate all day long about the value of the patents and leadership.
Evaluating Behl's Worth
This is my opinion:
I will use the $ 6 million order only.
$ 6,000,000 / 2 = $ 3,000,000
$ 3,000,000 * .35 (conservative profit) = $ 1,050,000
$ 1,050,000 - 200,000 (misc expenses; labor etc.) $ 850,000
$ 850,000 x 15 P/E multiple = $ 12,750,000 (As long as Behl can prove that future revenue streams are in the pipeline)
Ok let's throw in some more fuel for the fire.
Market value to this point = $ 12,750,000
Add in Patents value======== $ 5,000,000
Value of the expertise:
Dr. Goodall
Mr. Gass
Mr. Sanchez
D. Fisher
M. Berry==================== $ 10,000,000
Timeliness of this industry
could increase the P/E
multiple from 20 - 40
lets just use 25 X
$850,000 x 25 =
$21,250,000-12,750,000 ===== $ 8,500,000 more
you could also argue about the
total industry potential (Fuel, Food, Cosmetic, Co2)
200 Billion Plus
12,750,000+5,000,000+10,000,000+8,500,000 = $ 36,250,000 current market cap. Outstanding shares = 1,000,000,000 * .036 PPS
Therefore PPS should easily be between 3.5 cents to 4.5 cents just based on the profits from 1/2 of the 6 million dollar order
IMHO
BG
8nt2brite is right -- POSITIVE CASH FLOW
This will take us to the promised land and it won't be 40 years either.
The fastest way to get a much higher market cap or a flood of investors such as fund managers or institutional is to report steadily increasing cash flows quarter after quarter.
Organic growth (Internal-Inhouse generated sales) coupled with positive net cash flow will attract investment like flies on CHIT.
jufel, I do not know where to begin
on revenue streams. You and I had ran some numbers several months back but honestly I am totally clueless at this point on current revenue and profit streams.
Does anyone know where we stand on.
1.) The California Utility Co.
2.) Extreme Bio's production
3.) Exact number of lighting retro's completed, Work in Process, and future contracts
4.) Magnegas
5.) Sells of the Bio-fuel machines via Alibaba and other venues
6.) Plus word on the Truck RT was driving utilizing Bio-Fuel=== Any idea if that is still being utilized
Someone help me understand "accumulation"
Big, this is what you stated:
We have been watching accumulation that last few days here, and it is painfully obviuos someone is trying to load up here
How does one conclude that accumulation is taking place. I mean if someone buys someone must sell. So couldnt you also say alot of selling is going on.
It's like partly cloudy day, Or partly sunny day. What is the difference you have both sun and clouds. You have both buying and selling. So why then would someone state that alot of accumulating is taking place ?
Are there key indicators that I can look for. Is it a black and white issue or a guess ?
Thanks for any replies. Behl Gates always trying to learn something new.
This is all I ask for:
Just a little honest update each month from RT. I want his efforts focusing on making the business as profitable as possible.
However, it does not take more than 5 minutes to put out a little information on what is going on behind the scenes.
I feel my request is justified especially with the tax credit issue and the whole PSC fiasco.
These critical issues warrant a reasonable explanation or update
IMO.
Thanks DMC and TiKa for your DD
BG
It's all good.
We have a great group of investors here. My hope is that everyone in at these levels reap some type of reward in the future.
Great teamwork
I hope not
Im invested over there as well. Not as much as here. Big brings sound reasoning to both boards
I see many posters over there that are from here.
Outstanding DMcD5
Thank you so much for doing the dirty work !
I really hope we see some positive response from RT
BigBake1 your a tremendous ASSET to this Board
and ENTK. I dont care what they say over on ENTK you bring great investment knowledge and I love what I see here and unfortunately am somewhat skeptical of ENTK.
Thanks for all your thoughts
