This is all I ask for:

Just a little honest update each month from RT. I want his efforts focusing on making the business as profitable as possible.

However, it does not take more than 5 minutes to put out a little information on what is going on behind the scenes.

I feel my request is justified especially with the tax credit issue and the whole PSC fiasco.

These critical issues warrant a reasonable explanation or update
IMO.
