Salamon Group Inc. (OTCBB: SLMU) ("Salamon" or the "Company") announced today that on Friday, March 2nd, 2012, Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc., the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, completed the court approved acquisition of the assets of ARISE Technologies Corporation.
Mr. Michael Matvieshen, CEO, stated, "This is another significant step in the development of our company. Arise's solar system business generated over $4 million in revenue last year, and the first quarter revenues are expected to exceed all of last year's total revenues, with expectation of $16 million in revenue for 2012."
According to a draft valuation report performed by one of the top 4 accounting firms in the world dated August 31, 2011, the ARISE Assets acquired by the Company were valued between $16 million and $22 million. According to the report, ARISE's patented technology will have a variable cost to produce silicon of $13.49/KG. Based on this assessment, these manufacturing costs would be 50% below the current cost of manufacturing silicon.
WORLD WIDE!! Australian Company!!!
Eco Energy is a successful Australian-based renewable energy company with revenues of approximately 13 million USD and an EBITA of $0.960 million for year ending 2011 and ECO is on track to exceed those numbers this year. This transaction is immediately accretive to Salamon Group. ECO shareholders have agreed to take secured debt against ECO and its assets until the Authorized capital in Salamon Group, Inc. has been increase to allow for the conversion into equity.

Afternoon all. Some awesome plays being called here. Good to see!!!
If my internet will stay up long enough to DD i might help more...
When i get more i will add to it Thanks for the help on setting up the Doc bud!!!
We will get more DD out on it... Looking for a nice bounce here!!
LOL Still here and still collecting!!! This one is going big from here still
$200,000 per canopy
The stations aren’t cheap, with pre-incentive installation costs for an 20 kW, 12-charging station model running approximately $200,000, says Threlkeld. However, local and federal incentives, along with a variety of financing models help reduce the total cost. And the positive PR the stations generate for dealerships, and, of course, for GM, are priceless
How can you not hire when GM invests 7.5M into your company!!!
Hey guys. internet is back up missed most of the day but better then nothing.
Projects
Sunlogics combined management expertise represents a stellar scope of experience. The company today represents a significant leadership trust for creating, engineering, building and operating some of the largest solar projects around the world. Here are some selected projects:
Global Corporate Clients
Sunlogics has proven corporate clients that embrace our solar expertise for world class project management.
As an example, Sunlogics management and General Motors have developed a dealer solar solution for the world introduction of the Chevrolet Volt – The Green Zone.
The Green Zone will not only serve as source of energy for the dealer power needed to charge the Volts, but also as world statement that the Chevrolet Volt is an electric automobile solution.

Sunlogics Photovoltaic Technologies. Sunlogics technology strategy incorporates standard thin film PV materials and architecture with novel intellectual property, custom processes and equipment, and highly automated assembly methods into a vertically integrated product that we deploy directly into solar PV farms. Sunlogics uses this film deposition technology in our manufacturing process. This technology is extensively used in semiconductor, architectural glass, and flat-panel display (FPD) manufacturing processes and is gaining acceptance in the solar PV market. It provides two cost advantages over competing (wafer-based) solar PV technologies:
* It requires only a small fraction of semiconductor materials required in wafer-based PV and uses only 1/8 the energy to manufacture resulting in significant reduction of pollutants.
* It enables the manufacturing of monolithic solar modules.
The most critical parts of a solar cell are the semiconducting films where sunlight is converted into electric current. Sunlogics currently uses amorphous silicon (a-Si) as its absorber. a-Si is a commonly used and well characterized photovoltaic material with two limitations: it provides relatively low conversion efficiency compared to competing thin film solar PV materials (such as CIGS and Cd-Te), and it suffers a predictable drop in efficiency after the first 200 hours of exposure to sunlight. Sunlogics mitigates these shortcomings by advancing to more complex multi-junction cell designs.
Sunlogics is developing its core PV farm panel technology using the same form factor PV module it will build in high volume manufacturing. There is also a focus on developing highly automated assembly processes for both our module manufacturing and our panel assembly lines. These are prudent technology strategies that will reduce the risk Sunlogics will face during the early ramp phase of its first high volume manufacturing lines.
The Corporation has developed novel technology to package and install its PV modules. Sunlogics use a lightweight solar module packaging design in addition to a customized frame structure to deploy our panels in the field. These approaches, in conjunction with the Sunlogics’s vertically integrated business model, result in significantly lower costs for PV farm projects.
