Do we even still own the Durant plant? Considering the timeliness and absense of Company disclosures, I wonder. IMO
(Just a thought)
Long, but getting plently disgusted with the communication.
Precisely.
As to any fuel location that EVFL considers (or selects), it would be important to try to evaluate why the location was vacated by a previous tenent. The reason/s for vacating may be evident; maybe not. I am not intending to be evaluative by bringing up the matter, but wanting to draw EVFL's attention to something I believe is vitally important for our success. imho
Correction offered: Your post refers to the FIRST FUEL STATION, also cited as the first "marquee" location. Today's PR specifically refers to A SECOND MARQUEE LOCATION. imho
Consequently, it is not exactly old news. imho
M17x: Would you please elaborate. (Wondering what boards you are referring to.)
Thanks.
Very good post Take em.
Yes, 5 shares would become 1 share.
Please explain, " ... reverse split this would dry up a lot of stock out there." Personally, I have difficuly seeing any value to your statement, since any R/S would result in our proportional interests remaining the same. (Sorry, but your statement sounded like obligatory mumbo jumbo.)
I want to quiet much of the recently-discussed OS nonsense. Before the EVFL stock dividend, the OS was 384.9 million shares. After the stock dividend, the OS immediately doubled to the 769.9 million shares some have have chosen to cite. The OS then went to 21.165 billion shares (as evidenced in the 6/30/2009 financials). The 384.9 and 769.9 numbers are very old. (PLEASE cease referring to those numbers.)
See 37438.
It was 0.00 x 0.00. It has returned to 0.0001 x 0.0002.
TDA is showing 0.00 Bid and 0.00 Ask. Maybe more news will be released momentarily.
I saved that picture as a Bookmark, to serve as a personal reminder of what a typical EVFL shareholder will look like in the year-2010 ........ (and by substitution, PERSPECTIVE!)
Thank-you 20plus.
I just took another look at the artistic rendering of the Evolution Fuels station which appears on iHub. I am particularly impressed with the "e" logo design, and the (all lower-case) lettering of "evolution fuels." CONGRATULATIONS TO THOSE WHO PRODUCED AND ACCEPTED THIS MASTERPIECE!
Pjtrader: I agree with your thoughts relative to the Durant plant.
Weak666666: None
NEW news: THIS NEWS IS BIG!
My suggestion is that you change brokers. Why fight with the city hall? Why impede your financial progress with their sillyness? Dump them, BUT NOT YOUR SHARES.
The number is correct.
You might not have time to cancel your order.
$0.0002 Bid is next. Then an upward-sloping sawtooth pattern.
2.5 Billion served at 1:40 pm.
Guys: PUT IN YOUR GTC SELL ORDERS SO THE MM'S CAN'T USE YOUR SHARES!
I have 56 separate sell orders entered to sell my 96.08 million shares (total). The 56th order is to sell 1.2M shares at $0.0182. When they fill, I be VERY HAPPY!
Guys: Got my 56 (yes 56) sell orders in. They run to $0.0182. (The orders start at 1.77M, peak at 2.1M, and the last order is for 1.2M). A word to the wise: Plan ahead, IMHO.
TY for the advisory.
903 Million volume, and its only 12:48 pm.
"Nite nite" shorts!
Oil futures are now at $80.07, up $0.97
New news is out. Notice that the last basic paragraph says there will disclosure of additional developments on this mattter in 5 days.
Bigcharts.com has their chart correct.
To all newbies: Add EVFL as an iHub favorite.
Those shares, while "owned" by SWRS shareholders, apparently represented debt owed to EVFL. (In an abstract sense, were they really "owned"?) IMHO
Look for $80.00 to $82.00 oil futures next week. Bloomberg.com is a good source to follow oil futures.
At the current EVFL price of $0.0001, the qualifying 50,000 shares is only a $5.00 position in our beloved EVFL stock.
On a tentative basis, I view the restricted 150M-share SKRS dividend as follows: 150M SKRS dividend shares divided by roughly 21.165B EVFL outstanding shares (last-reported share number found in the 6/30/2009 financials), equals approximately one SKRS share for every EVFL 141.1 shares, as of the specified record date of November 30, 2009. (All can agree that the 21.165B O/S number can be expected to more than, equal to, or less than the 21.165B figure.)
Unrestricted, of course!
It was not a stock split. It was a 1-for-1 stock dividend (shares on restricted status for one year, AND UNTIL the company subsequently removes the restricted status). IMHO
Bloomberg.com shows oil futures at $75.47, up $0.29. The upward movement in oil may cause added market interest in biofuel companies.
As some of you know, my retina in my left eye became detached on 9/21. Had re-attachment surgery on 9/28. Hope to regain my left-eye vision after a blood clot shrinks and disappears, a gas bubble in the eye dissipates. To those who knew of my situation, and prayed on my behalf, thank-you!
I presently have 91.1M shares. Plan on adding 4.98M shares on Monday, if the price is still at $0.0001.
