Good for you. And don't forget to thank CPI, who gave you a paycheck. And don't worry about me. You just keep working hard for your employer and show your true positive attitude to your fellow SMs.
My story for you - Work hard for CPI and try to get your hours back to 40 hrs./wk. And close your big mouth and show positive attitude to CPI and your fellow SMs. If you are furloughed or laid off, behave yourself, just in case you will be called for a position.
Wish you the best luck on your new business!! And forget CPI except that one point CPI provided you a position for your family support.
Is FedUp still around us??? For what??? I thought FedUp was really FedUp, and he was gone long time ago for his new business. Maybe, neighbor's grass is greener??? Advice: Worry about your new business.
That is exactly my point. We take a choice for our interests, not for others. For instance, you are interested in the granny's story, not mine. But, you know what? there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of the CPI employees, who would be interested in my story, and they may be quietly reading my story now.
As far as the granny's story is concerned, whether you believe it or not, I feel it because I know what it is.
You don't understand me. Let's face it. Do I agree 100% with the management? Answer is clear and loud, NO. In my view, as an example, they should pay for the MLK holiday.
But, we need to try to understand the management's concerns and what they are facing. While we are complaining about working hours cut down to 20 hours or so, CPI is at a critical point where it could be a "DEATH" if the lenders come back any time, and simply say, "close it."
Although we are not happy with the management for many issues, this is not the time for finger pointing each other. We all, as a family, work together and make it through this hardship.
Frankly, no one, including the management, has any choice at this point except employees who pursue their plans for their futures. As long as we stay together, we only have one choice: live or die with CPI.
Again, you are not contributing anything except letting us down. If you need to express your anger, do it yourself; certainly not in a public forum. There is nothing we can do for you.
What is your point??? I just don't understand. Are you suggesting us that we should sit and cry, or keep expressing our anger and frustration for nothing? If you want to share or suggest something in a public forum, provide productive ones; rather than hollow and negative ones.
Your voice is heard, and it is very well said. I know CPI is doing its best to protect employees. But a few in this forum are really misleading and/or distorting the facts.
Thank you, Miss. I am with you.
Perhaps no one deserved to get paid for the MLK HOL. Hope not!!
Hey CPI Moderators,
Why you guys are deleting unreal2’s messages? I believe those deleted messages are much more reasonable and adequate than bunch of nonsense, negative messages you didn't delete? Play a fair game if you want to play!!
You said so many times that the top management, RDs and DMs are lying. Looks to me, you are lying. Watch out what you are saying. I am on your back!!
You said to me, “…Woooohhhooooo!!! RLMAO!!!!...” through SmileMakerPmSM.
Well, Woooohhhooooo for what? Did you get a factory job interview today???
Let’s see, what is the meaning of RLMAO? Hhmmm, from the internet, it stands for Really Laughing My Arse Off. I guess that is not a pretty slang. Since you said so, let me give you an advice: Hold your arse tight. If an interviewer is going to find out your twisted hidden kinky mind set, he/she won’t offer you any job. Good luck for your job hunting!!
You said, “…laugh today so thanks…”
Well, you don’t want to thank to someone who just gave you a silly message in this board. Save the word, “thanks”, and say it so to CPI when it gives you 40 hours/week. That is the time you want to use the word, not in here. Don't try to disappoint me!!
You said to me, “…lonely guy living in your mom's basement... lol …”
Living in a mom's basement??? May be not.
Living in a $1.1 Million 3-story brick single house??? May be.
Working 21 hours/week??? May be not.
Working 40 hours/week??? May be.
The fact of the matter is: it is not important who I am. It is important who you are. So, work hard for CPI, and try to get more hours, like 40 hours/week. If you are furloughed or laid off, forget it, but try to look for another job!!
No, thanks. Nothing is new. You must be FedUp. Plan well for your upcoming new business, but don't use the CPI's hours for it, while you are on the CPI's pay roll. Good day!!
Again, get positive attitude and work hard for CPI. We need you. But, if you are furloughed or laid off, forget it!! Just enjoy your free day yourself. We have so many things to do.
Thank you for the info. Have a great day!! I think we need it.
If there are no supplies, it would be certainly a sign of winding-down. But, some of our colleagues in this board are talking about hiring for Easter as well. Let's wait and see. Things will be clear. Let us know once you got supplies.
I like your energy!!
Angry??? I don't care, either. But, that was a pretty good message, though. By the way, I like your logo picture. Is it taken from CA, OR, CO or somewhere???
Of course, I read all those postings in the ST Louis newspapers, the SEC Filings, etc. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here to communicate with you. And let me make it clear: I believe that those RMs have not lied to you.
I wonder what equipment the Lifetouch is using. Probably, not fancier than ours.
Nah, it is not an assumption, but judgment. By the way, your message #3642 is the best message so far, which meets the purpose of this public forum. All others are, I would say, “outliers” .
You can be emotional, but why don't you think that the management is trying its best to save the company? Or they cannot legally communicate with each employee about the process because it may become an insider story. Heck, the stock holders, the owner of the company in theory, cannot even communicate with the management, what do you expect?
You may be right. However, I am not sure whether the management is lying/dishonest or not. I just cannot assume that.
Yes, indeed. Professional experience of a photographer with lighting at the studio makes huge and major difference.
As your name suggests, repair watches, and make some moneis.
No, I do not have any answer. I am just making my own fair statement. We must remember the purpose of this board. This is the place for public investment forum, not for blaming, angry, negative personal expression and speculation.
I understand. But, this is not a place to ask.
Just wait!!
These guys/gals are speculating. They don't know anything about. Don't pay too much attention to their guess or speculation. Frankly, no one knows except a few top management.
Your information is your own guess or speculation, not a news. We need to make it clear.
At least, you made me to smile and laugh. :) :) :)
I am going out for walk. Good day!!
Wish you a luck!!
You said "Capitalism". I guess that's what it is!!
Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts. Well taken!!
Get a life??? Well, you don't have to be nasty like that. Not like you, I am not judging anybody here. I was merely indicating FedUpSM what he/she was missing because he/she sent us a farewell message. I remembered he/she said with a big smile, “Thank you", when CPI offered him/her a position. I am sure you did, too.
It is my understanding that you lost a job. Hope you found a new, better job this time!!
Maybe testing or trial & error??? If it is working very well at the end, I am sure they will adopt it. Good day!!
