You don't understand me. Let's face it. Do I agree 100% with the management? Answer is clear and loud, NO. In my view, as an example, they should pay for the MLK holiday.
But, we need to try to understand the management's concerns and what they are facing. While we are complaining about working hours cut down to 20 hours or so, CPI is at a critical point where it could be a "DEATH" if the lenders come back any time, and simply say, "close it."
Although we are not happy with the management for many issues, this is not the time for finger pointing each other. We all, as a family, work together and make it through this hardship.
Frankly, no one, including the management, has any choice at this point except employees who pursue their plans for their futures. As long as we stay together, we only have one choice: live or die with CPI.
