no kidding.....
I know, to the moon, tommorrow. 1.00 by Friday,....... guaranteed.
no I'm saying AMNE doesn't own a corporate mall. Even an idiot should know that since AMNE doesn't own the corporate mall, they wouldn't be the ones hanging a For Rent sign in a window.
THIS "FOR RENT" SIGN JUNK
a) AMNE doesn't own the complex.
b) AMNE wouldn't be leasing an office in a building they didn't own.
c) In this coporate park, I'm sure you can use "Google Earth" to have a look. Your saying the only "For Lease: sign is on the door to the A104 office, which isn't even in the front of the complex. All the other empty units use the For Lease sign located at the entry way to the corporate park.- but for some reason A-104 has it's own?
d) I took a picture hours after that post went up. I didn't post it to the next day, because I was out. I'm not a corporate insider and I didn't break in just to take a sign down.
so enough of that.
from the Eco-Safe Website:
"Ecosafe Premium Foam® Insulation is UL Listed, ASTM Certified and a Certified Energy Star Insulation"
Again, though instead of going to an office that they haven't even officially said was open yet...
why don't you contact Eco-Safe and simply ask them how soon they expect to be operational in Florida?
888-487-9292
978-758-6360
Uhhh.... how about because the OFFICE ISN'T OPEN YET. They never said it was.
They aren't doing business in Singapore either.
The "For Rent" sign was fabricated for alterior reasons obviously. How many of these lies do I have to keep debunking?
So the President of Pinnacle Energy, doing traffic ticket defense in Fort Lauderdale- is just a minor footnote, he's really working round the clock on bio-fuels in between speeding tickets?
Mark Solomon is the President of Pinnacle Energy-
When your company President has a job doing traffic ticket defense
http://www.marksolomonlaw.com/
how does that make me believe he is working 18 hours a day on SYNJ?
google the address, or use these links:
It is listed under-
www.marksolomonlaw.com
www.weisberglawyers.com
It's a small office building of law offices. I recognized the address, because there is a county trustee their. So I drove down to look for the "Pinnacle Energy" Office.
The address I saw in Boca is a bunch of law offices too. These guys are a couple lawyers, who saw an opportunity, and work on it when they have time, IMO.
They are not working 18 hours a day on SYNJ.
A few other things I would expect you to know more than me-
a) Isn't the occupational license issued by the township (Tamarac), not the county?
b) Foam Insulation is already an approved product in Broward County. I don't know the compostion of Infinite-R. But Eco-safe has been doing regular foam insulations before.
c) If this is going to be a sales center, perhaps they will rely on already licensed contractors to do installations-
Then why did you mention a "for rent" sign on the door, which I couldn't find anywhere and took a picture to prove- and said you couldn't see anything inside, when you can clearly see a copy machine/fax thing and some furniture when you look through A104 door?
Also, knowing Eco-safe has done installations in Hernando County- knowing Orlando, not Fort Lauderdale was mentioned as the PR rollout this month- and knowing, there hasn't been any official mention of this office in FTL, by AMNE or Eco-Safe - are you focusing on what you can find in Broward County as the basis of your evaluation?
Bullcrap. I did my DD. I drove up to the Pinnacle Energy office at
901 S. FEDERAL HIGHWAY
SUITE 300
FORT LAUDERDALE FL 33316 US
- which by the way doesn't say Pinnacle Energy anywhere.
and to whatever other address I saw floating around, that was on US1 in Boca Raton.
I suggest instead of playing up some guy you've probably never even met. You look into it.
I do regret I didn't do it sooner thought, I wouldn't have held on to this thing so far down.
I haven't seen a real good chart in over a week. I only use technical indicators though, and the 3 day+ all went south a week ago.
I'm not a fan of "it's a double top, oh, now it's a triple top", now it's a "hammer" whatever.... thats like looking at the stars and seeing a deer and claiming it will be a good hunting season.
Penny Stocks are barely, if at all, influenced by the market. Thats one of the reasons I trade them.
So thats the big thing? They started the lease on Nov.1, and they don't have their occupational license on the wall yet?
If it's as quick and easy as you say, I wouldn't think it's such a serious issue.
Because Sorrentino works out of Boca Raton, FL in an office that has nothing at all to do with SYNJ, or any type of Bio-Energy. Just like Solomon, he's at a law office in Ft.Lauderdale.
SYNJ is a hobby for them, at best... assuming they still remember it exists.
and I expect facts for you. You posted about an empty office and a "For Rent Sign". I was there the week before you and the night you posted. I even took a picture to show there was no "For Rent" sign on that office. Where did that come from?
Why don't you contact Eco-Safe directly? and ask them if they can do any installs in Florida yet? If you look at the last press release, it appear Orlando will be marketed this month, Orange County not Broward. I don't know for sure- but I would use local contractors, already licensed, and just market the product.
anyone able to get filled at .0007, out of curiosity?
Or because, I'm averaged in at over 18, I'd have to sell around 16, to buy around 14 just to keep the same number of shares.
It's a crappy spot to work with. I'm afraid once we break through .17,.18 we might not come back down.- hate to risk and get burned.
I slept in Monday, LOL.... or I probably would have felt more confident then in flipping for more, now- not so much.
I'm not sure, they just happened to plop this office literally less than a mile from my house. My brother did have a good conversation with one of the gentleman over there, and that is where I got my unofficial information.
He didn't talk to Terry or anything, but the person who gave him the tour was very optomistic about the future... just a little perplexed at how quickly people expect things to move.
This office is directly across the street from where my sons wrestling club is, so trust me at least once a week I'll be peeking over there.
Picture- the Eco-Safe office that is preparing to open in Fort Lauderdale. You can almost make out it says "A Subsidiary of Trans Global Group" below the name.
There has been no official PR, but I have been there, and they expect to be operational before the end of November. Despite the fact, a certain poster has been claiming that it doesn't exist.
OFFICE PICTURE-
As you can see there is no "For Rent" sign anywhere to be seen. This wasn't up last week, so things are going on.-

where did you see all the buying? I thought we were pretty even.
A lot of buy at .0007 sell at .0008. - 12% per day everyday isn't bad. Maybe I'll try that tomorrow with a couple thousand shares.
thats Conneticut, not Florida though.
Indeed, The Crew has guided me straight on many occasions.
Nothing can be charted with 100% certainty, and pennies are more volatile than others.
But it bothers me when people say pennies can't be charted. Indicators are still indicators, and they will give you a window. For every about every 50 Iook at, I can usually find one thats ripe to climb with about 70% certainty based off technical analysis in the next day or two.
As long as I follow my own rules, I usually do pretty well.
Have you ever tried to start a company and open right on the NASDAQ, for example?
After that comment, I highly doubt it.
C'mon... quick to obtain. I do a lot of work with Permits.. even a fence takes 60 days at Fort Lauderdale Building Dept. I never found anything with Dade or Broward's building departments easy- especially if it was something different than they were used to seeing.
Was there a PR about a historical building on the East Coast. I might be wrong, but I don't remember seeing it.
All I'm saying is we are pushing their timeline, more so then they are. We all expect this Eco-Safe office to be open by the end of November. They have never officially said it will be. I'm not even sure if they have even acknowledged what the exact plan is over here.
now, now..... I've had to use them once or twice early in my life. 10% interest isn't that bad.
anyway, whatever I'll just consider IOVE as a Venture Capitalist corp.
Oh Goodness,- So IOVE is a holder of Lehman Brothers debt, Nicaraguan Lumber, a Costa Rican Clothing Shop and Payday Loans, and own a bunch of potential Costa Rican internet porn domains.
alright....... now thats diversification!
Is there a home run venture in there somewhere by chance?
Maybe but how many went from .0018 to .0009 like the day Scottrade put them on there? and haven't stopped falling since.
Scottrade has a lot of stocks they charge extra fees for, but this was the first one they wouldn't let me buy. I changed accounts, but many people will just buy something else.
I think your kidding yourself if you believe they haven't hurt this stock.
LOL, yeah right-
Mark Solomon's office is just S. of Fort Lauderdale on US1. There is actually a county trustee I use in the office beside his. Sorrentino's office is also on US1, but up in Boca Raton.
I recommend you check yourself... maybe GoogleMaps can even do it for you. This company was a hobby for those 2 two at best.
AMNE has never said they have an operating office in Broward County. AMNE has never said they are doing installations on the East Coast. AMNE has never said they have all the approvals and permits on the East Coast.
We know they are "opening" an office, because we have gone there and spoken to them. They just took over the lease 4 days ago. All of that is "off the record"
This "timeline" has been created by I-hub posters. Word of mouth said they should have the office running in November. That wasn't even official information, it wasn't a PR.
FOR ALL AMNE HAS STATED THE OFFICE IN SINGAPORE ISN'T OPEN YET EITHER, THAT DOESN'T MAKE IT A SCAM.
no like that candidate from the other side who went to 2 junior colleges, 2 community colleges and one state school to get just one communications degree.
Sure, the SEC will move fast when there is an upstart company making too much headway...., but they don't do crap when there is real money involved.
the A/S... I asked about Outstanding Shares... you do know the difference right?
1st off, you can't see through the windows at that place because they are tinted., especially on the A-building.
2nd I was in A-104, there are 3 rooms in the office including a lobby. I know 2 of them were set up with computers, desks, etc
3rd- The lease didn't officially begin until Sunday. So I wouldn't be surprised if they are fully operational.
Who did you talk to at C-101?, and did you tell them you were a shareholder?
It was my understanding, A-104 was where the main installation office would be working out of, but C-101 was still an AMNE office.
yeah, we should all ride stocks down 800% or so before we jump ship.
You can't fault anybody for bailing in the past 6 months. This was terrible, you can talk about Mac all you want, but Brian and Mark are traffic ticket lawyers or something, this company was a hobby like golf or fishing. I've driven by the office in Boca and the one on Fort Lauderdale- they have nothing to do with energy.
I hope you all get a bounce play, I'm not a jerk who wants other to do poorly, there is plenty of money in the world.
But I lost a ton here, and have no regrets about moving on.
Good luck.
