Clearwater Beach is awesome. Go on a sandcastle contest day. Take in the original Hooters and the Salvador Dali museum in St. Pete.
much better reason
Cuz? Now I know you've been hanging around the Loughridge boys. :)
I need to get back up there, Is it open air like Papa's? Man, I love being on/near the water. Love the Turtle Club upstairs, Breeze, salt air, good whiskey, pretty woman.
Didn't know about it. Probably same folks that have a place on 1960 and one on I-45N. Great taste in waitresses.
And some good bands to keep them dancing. Good times, haven't been up this year, yet.
You dock at Papa's Ice House ?
Where as a golfer is just looking to not screw up as much as he did last time out.
But then my Dad, who was an avid fisherman, had the same attitude about the boating part of it. :)
I like your positive attitude. But then, who would go fishing if they didn't think they would catch something.
Yea, there are worse places to spend a day at work than the golf course. Especially a day like this absolutely gorgeous day. Hope you caught some fish, but I bet the lake was pretty crowded today.
Great start on your board GF. A lot of great reading.
Shittt !!!! Tom Watson age 60 shot a 67, T2
Aaaahh, a fun day, hope you get it fixed for today.
Thanks, I'll take a look at those. Lot's of slots, but I'll probably have power supply problems with 2 cards.
Thanks, you provided the link. I've got a 2 monitor but can't justify the $400+ add to my 2006 pc :)
??? New Egg wants $33 with free shipping, 30 day money back and 3 year warranty. Actually looking for a bargain on one of those high dollar 4 monitor ones.
Thanks anyway, mike
Speaking of multi monitors, do any of you upgraders have an old multi monitor video card you want to sell cheap?
That's a shame - I figured since you missed the time, you might be off on the target. I bailed at 39.95
Owe you a cocktail or a round of golf if you're ever in Houston
Is that the best you can do Dollar Bill. An hour late and a nickel short :) Nice Call
They don't want to run it profitably - it's another corporate subsidy. What shows up in your mailbox? Bills and ads in mine
buyers just poured in on the 1.07
I'll give you a WEEEE - remember all those days they painted the close red in the .33 - .46 range
:) Looking good Billy Ray
Doh, didn't even think of setting a stop on the option.
Thanks
OK, Lee, I have another ? for you. I made the same mistake with X.
Bought 100 shs @ 46.73 and sold 1 Feb 46 for 1.67
stock now at 51 and option @ 5.25, trying to figure out how to max my return.
Thinking of buying back the Feb 46 @ 5.25 for a loss of 3.78 but selling the march 50 for 3.80. So I would break even on the option but raised the strike price $4.00
This make sense or how would you handle it?
Thanks Lee, I thought I remembered you saying that you liked to sell in the money for the premium. But you weren't talking covered calls either. Just bought 100 shares as a learning experience. After watching Yak I figured what the hell, If I can pretty much lock in a .40 gain with a lot of room on the downside before a loss. Not much on 1 contract but not bad on 10. Could have bought it back around .5 and resold it for 1.20
Funny how much more you see is involved after you jump in. Looking forward to learning much more, thanks again.
Florida, California. A huge number of home owners are way underwater, getting ready to walk. Need cc's for apartments, fuel, food.
Toe in water:
I just traded my first option yesterday, a covered call:
I bought 100 shares of BBY at 35.60, then sold 1 contract of
-BYY100220C35 for 1.09
Any suggestions on the best way to manage this until next Fri?
Currently,I'm only approved for covered calls at my broker
Lee, I'm interested. Depends on date and time
just another conspiracy theory
by the way

So that's what they did with the missing "Blanche" hair.
Question: been watching BBY for a week now and the mm LRP has kept a 999 ask $.50 over the last and a 999 bid for $.50 under the last. Why??
Everybody tired of Christmas music yet?
Haven't heard this one in a long time.
Happy Holidays
He must of lost "discussion" about who was going to sleep in the cage. Just kidding Yak - Get Well soon.
