no actually we would get a hell of lot more information from shareholders going there then a piece of paper saying there going to be do something this way we can have some videos of there operation and get some real info from the company behl just did it why cant we and this trip would bring 1000% more confidence then a piece of paper shit we might even find out the O/S and about the buy back and stop talking about dilution do you have proof or are they funding there company with shares like any other company which is normal you want them to grow right.
evfl updated there pictures on there website and they ether show a car or gas pumps which I think evfl will manage all of the gas stations and evln website is the same it shows all production plants evln will produce the fuels I expect evln to buy the rest of evfl plants like durant and the louisiana plant and also dont think they will merge becuase I believe evln is already a subsidarie of evfl hopefully we find out soon.

I heard on here before that dennis had a brother with connection I just couldnt find anything tell I looked up Dr. Richard Phillips and the first thing poped up was dennis brothers name I think dennis has alot of stuff going on we dont know about.
bbng didnt have a business only an address they where just a shell company where some one else was probably running a business basically a scam but they did have a stock on the OTC.
bbng was a shell company before evln bought them only because they had a stock already trading on the OTC so they bought the stock not an actual business because bbng didnt have one evln is based out of mississippi now there current address is:
43 Yazoo Avenue, Clarksdale, Mississippi 38614
phone # 662-624-2591
Dr. Richard Phillips has genetically modified trees that grow faster and have more cellulose and are made just for producing ethanol cheaply.

It looks like dennis has a brother at North Carolina State University Dr. Richard A. McLaughlin, NCSU Associate Professor of Soil Science, thats how he found out about Dr. Richard Phillips.

On August 10, 2009, Evolution Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Membership Agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) with North Carolina University at Raleigh, NC (the “University”). As part of the Membership Agreement, the Company agreed to pay the University membership dues of $25,000 for membership during the period of June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010 and additional membership dues of $25,000 for membership during the period of June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011. In consideration for the payment of the membership dues, the Company will participate as a member of the Wood to Ethanol Research Consortium (“WERC”). The Company will receive prompt notice of all inventions made as a result of the research of the University and other members directly relating to the WERC. At such point, the Company will be entitled to negotiate a license for such inventions based on its level of participation with respect to filing for patent protection for the specified invention.
Led by Dr. Richard Phillips, the WERC has recently made significant progress in identifying specific engineering modifications to existing pulp mill facilities in order to efficiently and economically produce a cellulose pulp that can ultimately be fermented to fuel ethanol. As a new member of the WERC, the Company plans to leverage the consortium’s technological advances and apply them to a commercial-scale “re-purposed” pulp mill ethanol production project, which the Company is currently evaluating.
Dr. Phillips is Executive in Residence at the College of Natural Resources, North Carolina State University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in capital investment strategy and is an active member of the Bioenergy Research group. Phillips joined NC State following retirement from International Paper in December 2005, where he worked 34 years in a variety of manufacturing and technical assignments. As Senior Vice President of Technology, Phillips had responsibility for Manufacturing and Engineering Services, Research and Development, Safety and Environment. In addition, Phillips was Project Director for International Paper’s Pulp and Paper mill and eucalyptus plantation project in Brazil.
billr your talking about a different subsidiarie Earth Ethanol of Washington, LLC is the one that evln bought from evfl and im talking about Earth Ethanol, Inc which evfl still owns.
Earth Ethanol was on evfl MAR 31st financials as a 100% owned subsidiaire.
http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=22259
if im reading this right APOLLO RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL INC aquired earth bio fuels which was a Mississippi based company and keeped them as a subsidiarie in February 25, 2005, then in November 10, 2005 they aquired Meadows Springs and it was later re-domiciled to Delaware under the name Earth Biofuels, so basically what im getting at is earth bio fuel became APOLLO RESOURCES and Meadows Springs became Earth Biofuels so thats how there related so that means that APOLLO RESOURCES subsidiarie Earth Biofuels bought bbng which became evln it sounds far fetched but you never know.
http://sec.edgar-online.com/apollo-resources-international-inc/10ksb-annual-report-small-business-issuers/2006/04/18/Section3.aspx
did any one know that we own 50% percent interest in South Louisiana Ethanol, L L C it was acquired by Earth Ethanol in 2006 and Earth Ethanol is a subsidiarie of evolution fuels and it suppost to be a state-of-the-art facility.

now when people say the CEO said there will be R/S with the buy back does he mean rescind / shares or retire / shares because he already press released we wont have a reverse split because there never in the best interest of the share holders and the price will only go lower with one.

PYCO Industries has received a $7 million offer for its cottonseed oil processing facilities, according to a tax expert representing the company at a hearing Monday.
Patrick Price of DMA Inc., an Atlanta tax consulting firm, told the Leflore County Board of Supervisors that Evolution Resources had made the offer and PYCO is willing to accept it, although the property has not been sold yet.
Price said the deal would be for all three of PYCO’s facilities, which are in Greenwood, Minter City and Helena, Ark.
PYCO filed notice in January that its Greenwood operation would close in March, but it remained open past then after laying off 30 workers.
In March, John Stewart, PYCO’s Mid-South manager, said the Greenwood plant hoped to remain open by processing another product, which he declined to name.
Evolution Resources is a biofuel company from Clarksdale.
On Monday, Price was trying to convince the Board of Supervisors to lower the valuation for property tax purposes from a proposed $9 million to $7 million.
He argued that property is supposed to be appraised at its true, fair market value and that the offer clearly demonstrated that. Price also said a previous deal was on the table to sell the facility for $7.2 million to Delta Oil Mill, but it fell through because the buyer couldn’t get financing.
“There’s no question what the property is worth. The market has already proved what the property is worth, and therefore we would like the assessment to be no more than that amount,” Price said.
Tax Assessor Leroy Ware asked for documentation of how the $7 million figure was reached.
“At this point, I’m not convinced that this is an actual market value sale,” Ware said.
Ware said he already reduced the valuation 25 percent after meeting with local company representatives, who said they hadn’t decided yet whether seeds would be stored at the plant this year.
Ware said the book value of the property is $15 million and was $21 million when the property was purchased in 1999.
“I just sort of need to know how they arrived at that figure of the $7.2 million besides two guys sitting down over a cup of coffee saying, ‘OK, what do you think?’ Some guy says, ‘OK, I’ll give you $7 million for it,’ and the other guy says, ‘Well, I’ll take it,’ because that’s what it sounds like happened,” Ware said.
“I assure you that’s not how people spend $7 million,” Price replied.
“Right. That’s how come I know there has to be something somewhere that says how they arrived at the $7 million,” Ware said.
Supervisors delayed action on the matter and advised Price to continue negotiations with Ware.
Also Monday, the board reached an agreement on spending remaining funds from a $4 million bond issue on roads. Districts 1 through 4 will each receive $375,000 to fix streets. Supervisors will work with the county engineering firm to determine what roads will be completed.
District 5 has already been approved for about $500,000 in repairs and about $400,000 has already been spent.
The board also approved donating $2,500 to Schlater and $1,250 to Sidon for their annual community days.
Supervisors gave a property tax exemption to the Greenwood Mentoring Group, a nonprofit with a building undergoing renovations on Avenue G, at the request of the group’s founder, Bill Clay.
