That's the correct control number
I posted the control number earlier today!
If you received the first email you have his email address!
Did you email Peter Lundberg? He's very responsive and I know he has been slammed, if you haven't contacted emailed him yet I suggest you do so to check on your status.
2 things:
1. My shares have been transferred from TDA to VStock, so yay for that
2. I spoke to VStock this morning, there is 1 guy processing all of these as they come in. My documents were received Monday and he got to them today and I'm done, just waiting for my money now.
Mine arrived Monday and I received this email from VStock today
Please be advised the DWAC reflected in our system this morning has been matched and completed
When did they receive your package?
Hopefully Koos has something concrete and positive to say soon
Same here, hopefully the guy did everything correctly

So what did you have to give to your broker?
Ok great thanks
Ok thanks, other than the control number is there anything else we need from VStock to give to TDA?
Which email address did you use for VStock?
Yes, that's correct, it's in the agreement.
The DocuSign issue is being resolved by Lans today, they exceeded the limit based upon the big response they received. Once you complete everything funds will be sent to your bank account via ACH or wire.
VStock will get my package on Monday, no idea how long it will take after that
Email lahostockbuyback@gmail.com
Are you clicking the link in the original email or the one they resent with the revised agreement that had the .002/share and updated escrow wiring form.
lol a R/S is the new RGBP variant
No need to split, the stock will be in the dollars next year without one, the patents are worth billions and Koos knows it.
lol I can't believe you're complaining about a small fee for the transfer agent to do what they do when you own probably more shares than anyone and are getting back a huge sum of money that you thought was gone forever; they're not a broker that uses an automated system to buy/sell your shares.
When I went back to login to test this since I’m already done it tells me they have sent a new link to my email address which I did receive just now and was able to login just fine.
You need to email Peter Lundberg
The 8K is good news, they've engaged a VERY reputable and respected auditor - LJ Soldinger; and no adverse events which was confirmed by the former CPA.
What have you got to lose, worthless shares from a defunct company? They wouldn't go through all this trouble if they weren't planning to follow through. And the fact that VStock Transfer provided the DWAC Withdrawal and Cancellation Form tells me they validated that everything was legit.
No, we're only getting .002 and everyone should be happy with that. I'm pretty sure they're covering the costs for doing this with the extra funds and that's fine with me.
I sent my broker statement, the stamped VStock form, and a copy of the agreement; from the instructions I think they only need the VStock form but just in case I sent copies of the other documents.
I gave them my bank account info, it's ridiculous to think they're going to steal your money.
The value of the shares is on the last page of the revised agreement, that's what my bank used. They can also use your cost basis on your broker statement. You need a new bank, try Bank of America they shouldn't have a problem with it or you can try esignatureguarantee.com but it'll cost you $149 and I would call them first to explain the situation and verify they'll do it.
I spoke to TDA today, they can't do anything until they hear from VStock Transfer. Fill out the documents in DocuSign, print out and complete the DWAC Withdrawal and Cancellation Form, get it signed with the medallion signature guarantee stamp from your bank, and send that form to VStock Transfer. That's the process, and VStock will coordinate with TDA once they receive and verify everything.
Got my stamp!
Yes, the VStock form with the medallion stamp
I received the email and instructions from Lans. VStock Transfer only needs the DWAC Withdrawal and Shares Cancellation Form. That's the whole point of using DocuSign for the other forms.
Please print the following page, fill out, and affix a Medallion Guarantee Stamp. Mail completed form and any certificates via certified mail or currier to:
Did you send the TA all the documents or just the transfer document? My understanding is the document with the stamp is all they need.
Did you use Bank of America for the medallion stamp?
Did anyone use Bank of America?
Did you get the stamp?
Yes, I'm just waiting for clarification on the Escrow Wire Form since there is no spot for bank account, and if it's a domestic wire we would use an ABA/Routing # here in the states not an IBAN or SWIFT code.
Ok thanks, I have an appointment with my bank tomorrow morning.
How do we get the certificates or is the broker going to send them to VStock Transfer with the stamped DWAC Withdrawal form?
