Perhaps this is a ploy to get the public involved in telling the IPPs to back off!
What is good for Berlin is good for the entire region!
That answers my question. Might I ask 2 questions?
How long have you been invested with LLEG?
What is prompting you to sell into an increasingly illiquid market?
I wonder if there are more buys or sells that don't have matching trades and are waiting to be filled.
Here's why, a "joint initiative":
The Microcap Fraud Working Group is a joint initiative of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. The Working Group is pursuing a strategic approach to combating microcap fraud by focusing on recidivists and insiders, and on the attorneys, auditors, broker-dealers, transfer agents and other gatekeepers that facilitate a large volume of the fraud in this sector. The Working Group is comprised of staff from the SEC’s headquarters in Washington D.C., each of its 11 regional offices, and from the Office of Market Intelligence, Division of Corporation Finance, Division of Risk, Strategy, and Financial Innovation, Office of General Counsel, Division of Trading and Markets, and the Division of Investment Management.
Just a way to keep these people employed,IMO.

Yea, that's the current situation. This new "task force" that the SEC has to investigate Over-the-counter trading stocks is a bit ridiculous.
Maybe I should have used a more appropriate term. By grouping these together alphabetically, it conjures up images of a team selecting the letter of the day and then proceeding to suspend ones that seem "questionable" based on their immediate observations. They're suspending half the fleet!
I like how most of the stocks suspended yesterday began with "I". Seems like the SEC is picking these at random.
I've said it before, I'll say it again. I would LOVE to load up with some low trips. If people honestly believe that their shares are worth only .000x, please sell to me!
Oooo spooky!
LLEG is as strong as ever. Once the SEC investigation is said and done, we will come out of this a stronger, better company.
I was hoping to pick up some cheaper than that so I didn't pull the trigger. Oh well, I'm still going to add some this Summer.
I believe you would be correct, C.
So much for me thinking I was going to pick up some trips this week...
Nice job BBDA
That is excellent news for LLEG and excellent news for Berlin!
Did New Bedford involve preferred shares? I don't believe that it did.
Getting closer! (cue JAWS music)
We all know that LLEG sold their 37.5% equity share of the project. One payment has been received, the other will be received upon closing of the requisite finances.
What are you trying to bring up? This has been beat to death.
I also think LLEG will break precedent and be off the grey sheets in shorter order than others are predicting.
This could be a prime time for management to increase their holdings in common stock, don't you think?
Same here Red, once this SEC investigation is complete, LLEG will be a stronger, better company.
Absolutely. However, I still hope to pick up shares cheaper than this. If people want to panic and sell themselves for less, I will be there to pick them up!
The dollar volume has actually been pretty weak. We are trading at 80% the value we were before, yet only about 300% average volume. ~$50k dollar volume
Agree. Hindsight is 20/20. Here's to the FUTURE of LLEG!
LLEG's new auditing firm is nationally recognized. Awesome!
Apparently their other auditing firm wasn't working as well as LLEG thought.
This is a good thing, sunsport
After the SEC investigation is over, if LLEG is found to be free and clear, the gains from these .001 shares could very well be lifechangers.
Nice article. Confirms what many of us thought: that the SEC suspension was a result of outdated information on LLEG's website and blog that didn't match up with what the financials stated.
In this business, you need to keep your knees bent and your chest out. Confident and flexible.
That's certainly the hunch that many of us had. Nice DD lilpuppy.
On the pink sheets there is no way LLEG would drop 80% on $90k in volume. These prices are gifts to longs.
Float = O/S - # shares owned by investors
If investors are simply trading shares back and forth (at lower prices due to perceived lack of demand), then the float never changes. Understood?
Why are these people selling for huge losses in the first place?
Or to buy/sell shares from investors... If investors own more and more shares, the market price increases due to decreased supply.
I know they don't create shares. When did I ever say they did? They are vendors which buy/sell shares from individuals.
That's not entirely true. Before, the MM's were able to buy and sell shares thus increasing or decreasing supply.
Is this unique to the grey market?
Maybe so. What I meant to say was the number of shares in the float will not increase or decrease. They will simply exchange hands.
Someone has to buy those shares which were sold, this is what you do not understand.
Those 100's of millions of shares are sold to whom? Other investors since there is no market!
