Yeah, I thought it was great and really enjoyed talking to him. He said they haven't hit the Alabama Lowes stores yet because the ETC rollout had really just started, but to let him know when I was ready to start the reno and I would be able to get the product I want. I will be putting ETC in my bathrooms and later on when I redo the kitchen it will be in there too.
You're right, that's the way they are constructed. I called the number on the site and got Tammy, who passed my number to JD and he called me back. I was asking if the cabinets were compatible with the existing sink I have and when I described it to him, he said no, but the standard size drop-in one piece sink units will fit it. We talked for a few minutes about the pps and about his Dad's convalescence (his Dad is home convalescing after a rather complicated and difficult heart surgery) and he also made the comment that his life savings is invested in this company. That tells me his level of commitment, and I plan on trying to make the open house in November so I can meet him and his people and hear what all is in the pipeline. He knows how volatile Pink stocks are and told me so, also that he doesn't control that up-and-down movement. It would be nice if others understood that and dropped the hatefest when it dips. This company is growing and my opinion is that a little patience (and maturity?) is needed by some. It's amazing how many of you are more qualified to run this company than he is.
Good stuff. Thanks JD.
This post from a well-respected poster who not only keeps in contact with the companies he is invested in but puts significant information out there for others. If there is negative stuff going on with a company he will not put his money in it and he will be honest about why. If there is positive stuff going on he will put his money in it and he will be honest about why. I respect his opinion.

The DIY industry in America today is $304.9 billion, according to NRHA, and is projected to grow at a 4.5% rate, somewhat less than in previous years.HomeDepot and Lowes, the world's two largest home centers, account for $125.6 billion in sales, while smaller chains and independents account for the balance.
I think getting into Lowes and Home Depot is a really smart move.
If this thing does what folks think and r/m next year into Thriller Media~ WATCH OUT!!!!!
I would say it is bigger than the PR made it look. The etc cabinet that you can switch out easily for another color or style will appeal to homeowners as well as hospital/retirement home/institutional and rental buyers. Especially if it was cost effective.
The price ended UP 81% on 100 volume. How in the h*** is that possible??????
Here is an actual LOWES example. It is a shower wall surround. Only the surround has this number. The tub has a different number, the shower head has a different number. The faucet has a different number. Ok? The number does not apply to any other part but the shower surround.

Each piece of counter/cabinetry has a different SKU. You have cabinet doors( right or left), different sizes and colors of drawers, cabinets, racks, pantry doors, shelves, etc....easy to have need for 120+ SKU's. Get it?
I predict if JDBrown puts out Q2 and Q3 financials and they show growth is happening with this company we will see some heavy buying. LOL Anyone else have a predictability theory?
The company is now behind AGAIN on filing the June Quarterly report. This gives them the opportunity to put out some "positive" news that they will be "catching up" their filings ~ again.
In my opinion, they brought the yearly and quarterlys up to date in September as well as releasing a couple of positive PRs so they could dump shares into the volume. Take a look at the charts Ihub provides and you will see MAJOR green (dilution)after those PRs came out. That done, we will not hear from them again until they need more money. That doesn't mean YOU will make any, but THEY will. Not bashing, just a bit po'd and telling it like I see it. And yes I have contacted the SEC about it. I believe anyone using investors as their personal ATM machine deserves to get caught.
Good post, Thanks. I've only been in this stock a couple of months but I like what I've seen from the company so far and will continue to add while the price is at these levels. I am not seeing dilution like I've seen elsewhere, and if a company is really growing AND doesn't play games with the shares, if a CEO does what he says he'll do and isn't saying one thing while doing another, it looks like this is one of the rare ones worth sticking around for awhile.
Won't have any more funds to add till latter part of next week, so these levels are ok by me for another week to ten.
I had my smart money on the pps moving this week~ looks like my money wasn't so smart, LOL. My second guess was week of 19th...we shall see.
I have also looked at some technical sites that indicate the consolidation period could be a bit longer than some would like, as in EOY, though I don't have a huge amount of faith in those sites. I say alot depends on JD and his tendency (or lack thereof)to announce good news at the right time.
Going public as a company is all about raising capital anyway, we know that. As the company gets stronger, adds more accounts, brings in more revenue, issues more good news PRs, the pps will continue upward and share buybacks will "stick" if you see what I mean. In this economy paying suppliers, employees and the light bill "might" take a bit of dollar juggling and maybe even a little cert juggling. A smart CEO can keep this ship afloat until the economy rights itself and grow it in the process. I think JDB is a smart CEO. Just my opinion.
Who would know the answer to THAT one. It appears that JD is reducing the float. That is a good thing.
The conspiracy theories going around about MM games and manipulation are, IMO, just that. Theories. I think it is just the way MM's do business and reap profit ~ often at the expense of traders/investors. If only we could second-guess their moves and move more quickly. Well maybe some can or would have us believe they can anyway.
This stock looks to me to be still in the consolidation phase, and all it needs is a GOOD PR, like financials that show company strength or growth, to kick new blood and a new uptrend into it. Information has been promised, and is forthcoming. Just sit tight.
Chart indicators show anticipation- all JDB needs is to load and pull the trigger, the gun is primed, oiled and ready.
Good news on both fronts. Thank you. I had confidence but still good of you to confirm and bolster for those that waver
I've sent him a couple of emails on that subject but no reply, maybe no big improvement yet. At his age (which I do not know)recovery is most likely going to be a slow process. Sent Best Wishes for a speedy recovery.
Taki, you are usually very positive on your picks. You posted once "if you go into a trade thinking you will lose, you have lost already". Remember that? Come on, Buddy, get your mojo back. I prefer the chest-pounding, roaring lion to this....you are a winner!
Took a peek at the webcam a few times when JD was out tending to family issues in Georgia. It was a very busy shop, I think you must be mistaken.
Can't get JD to commit to a date. "Soon" is all I've heard.
Yes, I think once JD gets back to work fulltime things will happen quickly.
For those that don't know, his Dad is back in hospital with heart issues. Be patient and show some humanity~ give the guy time to take care of the truly important matters (family), then when he can concentrate on business again we can move forward.
My expectations are from .025 to .035 on news pulling back to .013 to .015 afterward based on what I have seen this stock do in past runs. Stock has memory and tends to repeat but there is so much news expected (see the 16 reasons) that I believe the next 6 to 8 weeks it will get pushed beyond recent highs and actually reach a new high of the year before year end. I don't know what that high will be. Remember this is just an opinion.
Nice chart! Look at what happened the LAST TIME those bollies pinched and this pinch is even tighter IMO!!!!!
COME ON BABIEEEEEEEE!!!!!
Millionaire, when did JD make the comment about changes with the Kronotex contract? We have folks here very interested in that information, they want to know more.
I believe it was stated by this poster but I did not see/hear it elsewhere....

16 REASONS TO BUY EXPH !! I have added #16.
EXPH – PENDING NEWS IN 2009 THAT IMPACT IN PPS :
1. Q2 FINANCIAL INFORMATION
2. Q3 FINANCIAL INFORMATION
3. Q4 FINANCIAL INFORMATION
4. NAME RETAILER 10,000 FIXTURES
5. MEETING INVESTORS 4Q2009
6. NEW FORECAST 2010 SALES PERFOMANCE
7. FORTUNE500 RETAILER INTERESTED IN ETC (NEW RETAILER)
8. PENDING SECOND SALES ORDER FOR LOWE’S
9. FINISH NDA
10. POSSIBLE DIVIDEND IN EXPH
11. BUY A PROFITABLE CO BY EXPH
12. MOMO IS AGAIN IN EXPH
13. POSSIBLE ACQUISITION OF CABINET MANUFACTURER TO ADD 5M IN GROSS REVENUE. (I'd rather JD wait til PPS stabilizes at .10 before he goes on an acquisition spree)
14. KRONOTEX, US CONTRACT UPDATE. (JD's reply: Kronotex is changing, we just received word of significant increases, and I have not disclosed the amount or quantity yet.)
15. MM NEED TO COVER MORE THAN 100M SHARES FROM NSS
16. Possible millions of $$$$ in settlement of lawsuit against competitor.
It looks to me like about a week before 9/11. Maybe a week more with small upticks and minor highs as the pps creeps slowly upward and then when news hits- BOOM!
At least that is what I expect will happen, I could be all wet.
Back up to hod .0103. Wonder where we'll close. Up I bet.
Please excuse the OT but my stepDad passed this past April. 80 years old and I was still not ready for him to go. JD is doing the right thing in the eyes of God putting family first, especially in their time of crisis when they need a son's supportive presence. If he is giving himself to his family when they need him I know he is the kind of man whose heart is in the right place and that's the kind I want running a company I'm invested in. Not to mention he's already stated he's the kind who will kick a** and take names. I love this guy!
I would be interested if it meant I could recoup some of my losses...thanks to Jared
Yeah baby, that's what I like to see....that bollinger pinch was just a little ol' heads up, LOL, we are getting ready to RIIIIIDE!!!
Is there a class action suit against the company?
I am buckling my seatbelt.
This CEO has got it together IMO.
Darn, I was about to do the Snoopy dance.
No kidding?
Can anyone see level II setup for the open yet? Assuming the market is open today.
I had the same problem with that video, james, very frustrating. I am not a lip reader. Is there any way that could be fixed?
Thanks, I think it will be too. It sure makes Mondays worth getting up for!
Thanks for the PM, Moola. I agree about EXPH and I have made a note to check into AWSL as well. There ARE great up-and-coming companies in the Pink Sheets and good plays too, thank you for the info, it is greatly appreciated. Mary
