Based on 2 millions, it means $1000 per person to finance it by 2000 shareholders,
or $2000 per person to finance it by 1000 shareholders,
or $4000 per person to finance it by 500 shareholders,
and so on...
The dollar amount derived from each shareholder could be much less if there are some shareholders ready to finance a lot more. It would be interesting to have some sort of survey to find out.
Agree. And for at least 2 months 3 years ago, it was hovering around a nickel and traded with huge volumes. Everything is relative...
Not unrealistic at all... that's the KEY! The sooner we find this kind of financing, the sooner we'll celebrate! Anyone here with a deeper pocket? Please take advantage of this ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME opportunity to be HUGE with Xechem!
Monty,
Thanks very much for keeping us in your heart!!!
Larry
Well spoken, DD...you have my support all the way!
Warmest regards,
Larry
It's heart-warming to know someone who had such a long history of friendship with Monty and the "grandfathered" group! Thanks for sharing.
Good for you...it's a good start!
We have email contacts but have not met quite yet. mlooking forward to meeting him to celebrate our VICTORY PARTY!!!
Well asked!
I echo Dave's thoughts. Monty is a man of vision and high integrity. I admire his stamina that he can keep his cool and be level-headed enough to methodically prioritize all those things that need to be done, meanwhile staying focused and not be distracted by negative forces working against him. I believe that he is a highly organized, disciplined, and diplomatic kind of person. We are very fortunate to have someone like Monty to dedicate himself on behalf of the shareholders. He will definitely make an excellent CEO for Xechem!!! Bless his heart!
So, go right ahead and buy your shares and contribute to the hat for a good course. They do go hand-in-hand together. Every dollar counts. Together, we shareholders can stay as a formidable force to turn the tide. An investment opportunity like this rarely occurs in one's lifetime. All the ingredients are there already. Xechem can become a very successful global company!
Ripple effect, eh? Sounds good!
Someone with deep pockets will join us or acquire us, eh? Sounds even better!
Thanks, Monty, for sharing your vision!
It's already sent. Come on, let's all pitch in and help!!!
GO MONTY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's interesting to note that just about 2 years ago just before Dr. Pandey was removed, XKEM was traded at about 2 cents. Shortly afterwards, Swift took over and from then on the rest was history --- the stock lost 20000% of its value to 0.0001
A quick calculation works out to 7000% return for your investment in 2 years. If we have the same percentage increase with XKEM, it will amount to 3.5 cents per share...interesting mathematics!
Thanks for sharing your story!
I agree this works really well for you. That indeed is the very positive aspect of your health plan, especially when you are younger and have a job with a good plan. On the other hand, there are lots of retired or elderly people without a quality health plan, who simply cannot afford to continue to pay for the insurance premium due to medical history of having a debilitating disease. Just wondering though if SCD would be considered one of them.
Anyway, I'd like to apologize to the Board for being side-tracked somewhat by bring up this controversial subject. My comment stops here and this is it.
GO XKEM GO!!! GO MONTY GO!!!
"Nothing venture nothing gain!" That's why there are venture capitals out there set up solely for (risky but high potential) investment of this kind. Having said that, most venture capitals go to companies with existing high growth but low in funding. Whoever comes on board with us now with the leap of faith will be copiously rewarded. Looking ahead, once we get our high growth back, IMO, there will be plenty of venture capitals available for us to choose from. BELIEVE!
I would look at it this way: At the rate that it was produced and sold at the peak of its production, one could extrapolate that it shouldn't have taken too long to sell 30 millions worth of Nicosan to become debt free. Unfortunately, you-know-who totally messed it up...
Alright!
Let's get cooking!!!
Monty,
WE-KNOW-YOU-CAN...WE-KNOW-YOU-CAN...WE-KNOW-YOU-CAN...
Raven,
Thanks for your post! It makes me feel how fortunate and blessed I am to have my (relatively) good health free from these dreadful sufferings. We must persevere ...
True...
It would be a battle between the health insurance companies (that are equally as profit-oriented) and the hospital-pharmas. IMO Phase III approval of Nicosan would likely catapult it to become the #1 drug of choice. With so much publicity gathering steam on keeping the cost of health care down, this Infant Drug should accomplish its full potential in due time. Once the milestone is crossed, the world-wide use of Nicosan will become a standard protocol of treatment for SCD.
By the way, the dot-triple-zero XeChem would be remembered fondly as a very very inexpensive stock!
Makes you wonder how much savings it would amount to if Nicosan is used instead of using the current treatments. Once the figures are crunched out, you would think that the insurance companies would be more than happy to embrace Nicosan as the #1 drug of choice in treatment and in prevention.
Yes!
PERSPICASITY is the perfect word!
You just hit the nail on the head! Your hypothesis could well be one of the several motives from day one. All the motives would have to have two common factors: GREED & MORAL CORRUPTION! Just think of the answers to these questions:
1). Why would a CEO want to kill a company with huge potential of sales of a proven pharmaceutical product with good drug efficacy?
2) Why would he purposely refuse to file any quarterly or annual reports, in spite of quantum leaps in production and sales (at one time)?
3) Why would he want to discredit the very chief scientist responsible for the R&D and financial health of this company?
4) Why all the secrecy to all these clandestine dealings? Are they too dirty to be disclosed in the shareholder's meetings?
5) With so many bankruptcies going on for so many junior firms, would he anticipate that it would be just another slam-dunk easily orchestrated to accomplish his self-serving goals?
6) Killing the old goose and creating the new golden goose to lay eggs for his collaborators would make him a hero to the new company, let alone the glory he will receive from the press release. Just imagine the headline news: Dr. Hero turns around the production of Nicosan from zero to mega-production status to save millions of SCD sufferers after exhausting all his efforts to save the tired and malfunctioned XeChem. Of course, he would have to assume that there would be some little voices crying foul here and there and eventually they would die down and fade away. But would they???
Thank God there is an old saying: "You can fool someone sometimes but you cannot fool everyone all the times."
Happy are all those creditors who can see the light of truth!
Happy are they who will vote for the restructure under the leadership of Monty so that they will get a lot more than what they have loaned out.
Happy are those SCD sufferers who will someday be able to receive their first Nicosan on a therapeutic basis!
Happy are those XeChem supporters for all these years who can finally be compensated for their investments with their hard-earned money.
Happy are the shareholders who have the good fortune of having someone like Monty to turn around this misguided ship.
May the Good Lord be the witness to see to it that it shall happen, sooner or later.
Let the righteousness prevail!
Amen!
Monty,
Thank you for your interesting stories told “as is”. Again, I am profoundly amazed by how your interpersonal skill can pleasantly turn into diplomatic triumph. You have demonstrated there is no boundary to good will, to reach out to another human race and to make the world a better place. You make us proud to let the world know where we stand. I applaud your relentless effort radiating from within your weary heart. Are your feet getting heavy from these globe trotting? Are your jet-lag interrupting your sleep pattern? This kind of energy level can only be sustained by your firm belief --- you have been working for a very good cause. God Speed!
Monty,
Many thanks again for your relentless effort to stay focus. I'm with you 100% --- Prioritizing our goals is the KEY to our success.
John,
Our utmost sympathy to your sorrow. Please accept our deepest condolences.
Larry & Josephine
Happy July 4th weekend!
Kind regards,
Larry
How about Alaska cruise? Cool gracier water will help to calm down our overheated brains from all the excitement...
Monty,
Thanks for your explanation! Knowing that you can only give us limited disclosure at this stage, I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I believe...
that you will pull it off really soon!
Go Monty Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent work, DD! Many thanks!!!
Nice work, Monty! It's thru "walking the path" that you really get the feel of things. It beats any second-hand info passed on from someone else.
I appears that the mass communication in Nigeria is not of the same level as here. IMO, folks there need to be aware of the importance of having high quality control (QC) to produce the genuine pharmaceutical grade Nicosan. Otherwise, some unscrupulous merchants would take advantage of the current shortage and start marketing imitation Nicosan just for a quick profit. Meanwhile, gullible buyers (or patients) would bad-mouth our product and hurt our reputation. It would defintely help for the Government (preferably the Public Health Authority) to make sure that a media communication of some sort be used soon to make the public aware of this important issue. I believe that we have a moral reponsibility to see that this is done.
Just can't wait to see that we can START the engine and get the manufacturing facilities up and running again!!!
No sentence of any duration would make up for all those lives lost due to the lack of Nicosan to treat SCD.
Professional momentum traders might have a clue.
Once we can show good EARNING figures, we'll be damn surprised by how fast instition funds can pump it up! Believe in P/E! Believe it, longs!
We're the patient bunch. Time is on their side. Being intellectuals and all, they may be granted longer internet time in their cells...
When you pass the gold broom to our CSO, you'll officially initate "The Million Dollar Sweep Stick"...LOL!!!
Could it be his strategy of diversion and distraction?
