Based on 2 millions, it means $1000 per person to finance it by 2000 shareholders,

or $2000 per person to finance it by 1000 shareholders,

or $4000 per person to finance it by 500 shareholders,

and so on...

The dollar amount derived from each shareholder could be much less if there are some shareholders ready to finance a lot more. It would be interesting to have some sort of survey to find out.
