GREAT DUE DILIGENCE but we know someone who isn't going to like being trumped.
Can't think of a better ending to this tale. One of the major players buy's the company, trading is halted, and everyone that sold out for a loss is stuck because they listened to so called experts that hide behind a computer.
Well said. For every sell there is a buyer. At the end of the day under 4% of the outstanding shares changed hands. If MSI puts out good news in the next week the same basher's that claim doom and gloom will be yelling to the moon or cooper here we come.
I told you I would if it dropped back to trips. Actually thought it would have been back before now.Still believe that we will get a nice bounce when the Neurosync arrives.
Totally agree that today is ugly but people may want still look at the big pitcher. The total shares sold today represent 3.3% of the outstanding shares.Which also means 96.7% haven't sold. If you sold today someone else bought those shares to make some money. If they don't bring out the Neurosync than it's all over, but giving in this close to the finish line doesn't make sense.
I would guess when everybody else that pre-ordered does in July per their last PR.
I'm already there baby pumper. Whatever that means. This board get's sillier everyday.
I thought we already discussed what the difference between authorized and actual shares.
Thank you but I'm all ready there.
I did and saw a rich man who retired early and made a nice income trading the OTC market. What about you?
Do you know the difference between authorized shares and actual shares? Based on the the movement lately to sell that many additional shares will take ten years.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. Will continue till Only My Opinion becomes something factual.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. An Only MY Opinion is not a statement of facts.
You got it my friend!
People need to stop smoking dope before they put something on this forum. Where in good god do people come up with 5 to 10 Billion shares.
I suspect when the product arrives in July. If it works who needs a demo video just to keep people on I Hub happy.
Still believe the product comes out with some degree of marketing and works as good as Emotiv Epoc. Everyone will be whole.
What part of the company are you with? That said, everything else is SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. Just because you weren't shown the test results doesn't mean they don't exist. We would all have liked a professional video but why would you manufacture a product that doesn't work. Most start up Pinks just sell shares and never bring a finished product to market. This one is doing just that so lets wait and see how large the bump is when Neurosync arrives.
Another perfect example of SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE!
I know we have some brilliant mathematicians on this forum who like to bash every aspect of this company. To simplify for those people lets take a lesson in basic math.Using only one cent as share price, which is easily obtainable, the company could be bought out for 23 million. If they have been involved in the OTC market as traders, they would know that very few start ups ever end up bringing a product to market. Yet a 23 million value for many pinkland companies is still quite common and some that actually succeed in finishing what they started are worth ten times that.Even at ten cents a share, someone that wants to get into the BCI market without doing the work is pocket change.Remember what Facebook paid last year for an App company with eight employees working out of a one room office. (19 Billion)
That point I agree on and am sure that's why Joe Got involved in the first place.
Not defending the Glimmer Twins, but can't remember ever seeing a CEO of any company that gave a squat about their employees or shareholders. They say that Steve Jobs of Apple was the meanest, cheapest guy around. However, if your idea works out, the shareholders make money in the end.
If it works as well as the Emotiv Epoc I don't care if he got it at a garage sale. Plus a deformed Bluetooth still looks 100% better than any other BCI device on the market today.
Using your investigative powers of what happened five years ago, would work well in the real world. We would no longer have a banking system in the US because all the major players would be a piece of $hit due to the numerous SEC charges that were brought against them. The auto industry should fold because they knowingly installed cheap airbags. The list go on and on. Now tell us something that is relevant in 2015.In Pinkland one year is a lifetime and the OTC market is the wild west.People don't care about last month and definitely don't care about 5 years ago.
Another perfect example of SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. A nameless gal who works with another nameless person referred me to a nameless department that is extremely busy doing unnamed things.Let's keep it real people.Facts and Only My Opinion are not the same thing.
There is no alleged bottom falling out.If that was true we would be trading in the low trips. The question of optimism by longs has been directly related to the push back of the launch.Yes there has been major dilution and that has kept the price down.In the end however, this is the wild west of Pinkland and people should never confuse it with the major index's.This is a buyout play not a long term play.
I'm still not sure where people have come up with the idea that Neurosync will be the greatest innovation since the cell phone. I have yet to see anything put out by the company that say's anything except the worlds smallest BCI device on par with the Emotiv Epoc. If it did some of the things people are saying it would sell for $500 not $129. As per investors, they should want to make money on buying and selling the shares, not falling in love with the product. Finally, the target market needs to be the millennials wearable segment. MSNBC business did a test on the Emotiv headset and said interesting function but not acceptable by generation y as a wearable.
Target Market. There has been a'lot of talk about the gamer's and how they will like the Neurosync or whether it will work for them. I believe the larger market is the wearable's worn by the millennials. I think your going to find that MSI is going after look first and reasonable function second. That's why they said it's on par with Emotiv as per function and worlds smallest BCI unit per looks.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. Please show me the link where the company states that it's a groundbreaking discovery ready to rock the scientific frontier. I can only find where they said that it will be the worlds smallest BCI device.
Not sure about the number of OTC companies that do nothing but print shares. But I'm sure it's a high percentage. On the other hand the number of OTC companies that ever bring a finished product to market I'm sure is extremely low.Let's see where MSI shakes out next month!
Thank you for your honesty Stockman. I appreciate that you have voiced your concern as a personal opinion not a scientific fact. We can all agree to disagree, but lets keep the so called facts factual.Nobody will know what the truth is till the Neurosync arrives and the proper software is purchased.I also hope that they include a recommended list of key apps that will work with the Neurosky platform.
EXCELLENT DUE DILIGENCE
I totally agree. Please explain your reasoning and qualifications to say that the Neurosync won't work in the ear canal. Would also appreciate your input on the percent of brain waves that can be captured by BCI devices.Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. There'll be no buyout either.
I agree about getting their act together. The Neurosync works and the rest falls in place. I still believe that they are better suited as a buyout candidate than a long term venture. Especially with the Glimmer Twins at the helm.
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE. Can you provide the link that shows where no one outside the company beta tested the Neurosync.
Let's Do It.
One other question. In that most people feel that 1 cent is not a reach and the 52 week high is .0082 you should at least walk away whole. I know that many people were hoping for more than that and it might turn out that way. However, if you can walk away with your money back at least you would have had fun at the casino called penny stocks.
What did Casey say or did't say that was so upsetting? And did he say it directly to you?
SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE!! Let's start with the first statement about Emotiv. MSI has only said that the Neurosync will be the worlds smallest BCI device. They have not said it will fly you to the moon, cure the common cold or drive your car while you sleep. All that is said is that it should be on par with Emotiv Epoc as far as function.I realize that if you pay $129 dollars for a device it should perform with the same capacity as the BCI brain implant chip that cost thousands of dollars.Another SELECTIVE DUE DILIGENCE is that no device has been developed yet that picks up 100% of the human brain waves. So lets stop with Neurosync being the only one that can't. Someday scientist might harness 100% but not yet. Also, if you are going to ask people to do DUE DILIGENCE on the human brain you may also want discuss the relationship with the ear canal and brain waves. You know the ear canal which helps sounds to be amplified and converted to brain waves. If you want scientific points read up on hearing aids and how they work. Maybe someone like Emotiv will develop a new one that sticks to someones forehead.
