LOL- the SEC has a file for cumulative fails to deliver and there are NO fails on PBLS which means NO NAKED SHORTS out there.. imagine that
http://www.sec.gov/foia/docs/failsdata.htm
either all those shorts that certain people sweared by have covered, or they never existed.. this is definative proof..
http://www.sec.gov/foia/docs/failsdata.htm
is that certain company in bk proceedings, and if so, is not this "asset" something the creditors can claim?
I have never before seen a fully reporting small company where the CEO, CFO, and all officers and directors are NOT major shareholders. Nor have I ever seen a small reporting company where the major sharehoder cannot be identified as a person. I consider this a major red flag. What is TK holdings hiding? What do they bring to the company? What business experience do they have? What other companies have they built? Why would the officers and directors focus their efforts on a company they do not have a large ownership stake in, and does not have money to pay them? What is their compensation, and where does it come from?
so what would be the total cost to get to production, and based on what they have now, how much yearly revenue would they expect. lets assume they pay for the cost in shares at .025 as they did for the property. Then figure out what their costs would be, since the management team would probably need about 75k each, etc.
Can you do that for the board please?
the way i see it, they paid $175,000 for what should be one half of their yearly revenue.
If 1/2 of their yearly revenue is worth $175,000, then in my opinion, the company should only be worth $350,000
The market cap on this company is 11 million or so.. I believe it is very overvalued at this point.
it is public knowledge. They have issued 9 million shares for the property.
so how did they pay for these leases?
they haven't set a record date for the split.
LOL.. blinder?? did you own temp- stick?
i've been watching quite a few of the china deals that do the split to get on nasdaq, and it seems that at first the splits (the actual split along with the announcements) were not greeted well, and there was a buying opp for a week or so, but as time went on, the buying opp was shorter lived, and with gfre, the announcement itself propelled the stock, so I think that the street has recognized the trend.
I expect to see this trade at 10x forward earnings somtime in the near future.
I do not think you should be so sure that the stock will be lower than it is now post split.
Btw, I was a stockbroker for 23 years, with all the supervisory licenses, and will probably get back into it sometime early next year.
I'm glad he sold..
who wants to read questions like "what do you think it will do today?" everyday?
paul, and others did get threats.
The nuremburg trials showed that "i was doing my job" isn't good enough. How you "protected" was wrong, illegal AND unjustifyable. Having a job does not put you above the law OR common decency.
Michael vick hired huys to hang and shoot the dogs.. did that make it OK? A hitman kills as part of his job, does that make it OK?
Did you have a change of heart because they didnt pay you any longer or because you realized that you were involved with a criminal organization? Your answer will tell all about your soul.
Looks as if pbls failed to list phoenix oil and gas as an asset, which, is still listed as theirs on the Nevada secretary of state's site, the attorneys for the debtors have been notified that this asset exists and is recoverable. You heard it first here. those attorneys have also seen certain 8-k filinigs that mention phoenix oil and gas, and will be making the neccessary filings to recover this asset.
Oh well.
so, in english, too far too fast... for now..
GFRE on a bit of a pullback, could go low enough to buy.
what kind of questions do you ask and why???
the bayou bozos will get theirs.. I have heard some very interesting items that will nip the next scam in the bud.
no one on any board owes anybody anything.
I just want to see what kind of answers I get. Are they answers that you get for a pink sheet scam, or the answers you get for a fully reporting company with a viable business plan that can justify its market capitalization that is "in good standing with the SEC" whatever that means.
BTW, the Ibox is wrong and understates the outstanding shares by 400 million shares or so. Is that intentional?
can you please show me, a prospective investor in this ground floor opportunity, how their current and probable production justifies a 12 million dollar market cap. at 15x earnings, this means the company should earn more than $1 million dollars to justify upward movement from here. You appear to be very knowledgeble on this company. So if you can show me the current and probable output and profit margins for the next few years that will show these kind of profits, i would be most happy.
Please effectvely show how the company will earn this money in order to induce me, and many others, to invest here, since being a reporting, real company , we all know the only metric to make an investment decision is earnings.
Thank you so much.
can someone do a DCF analysis for me on the company's current and probable production and how that translates into a "ground floor opportunity" with a $13 million market cap. This of course would not include the additional shares which needed to be sold to pay for the acquisitions and fixups. They would clearly need to be earning $750,000 to 1 million to deserve such a valuation.
Thank you in advance.
I think Shelby was willing to buy them at $2.00 per share. He might still believe.
thats like calling OJ and asking him hows the search for the real killer is going.
to get the write off, the brokerage firm you hold the shares at will buy the entire position fof either $1.00 or .01, if I remember correctly.
you got that right, but I think it should be $2.50 at this point. 8x earnings plus the book value. BTW, the yahoo board is very active
look for catwalk to do other deals.
I will post when i know more.
GLTA.
GFRE files pre 14-C.
on the way to NASDAQ... still at less than 3x earnings, trading right around book, 30 mill cash, very little debt.
good find.
This is excellent, it paves the way for a NASDAQ global listing, institution involvement and better liquidity.
You had to be off the wall to buy this thing in the first place, and you obviously didn't know the ABC's of investing. I guess PA thinks after the BK he can ease on down the road, you know, that's just human nature, but I think that would be dangerous. There are many who will act so he feels threatened.
It is scary to read that stuff.
this is what you get when you can google "list of MJ songs"
there are some out there who attempt to make money by buying the .00001 deals and hoping for a pop.
Sometimes they can pump it a bit and make some money, sometimes not.
i doubt you will see 15x earnings, more like 10-12x i think. still good though
read the yahoo board
How can anyone still believe in a company with a CEO that turns down a $.10/share offer for this company(even though we all know there never was a legitimate offer)????
i think he made a career with those guys, its the least he could do.
i have no idea, it should trade 8 to 10 times annual earnings in my opinion.
they might or might not announce they have applied, but If you see a 14-C filing you will know they are on their way. Why wait? its at 3x earnings now and growing..
This is where the bk will get sticky. If the debtors are smart they will concentrate on the stock fraud, re: stock issuance.
they just need a RS to be NASDAQ, they are in the process of applying now.
they can.
I hope they try to peirce the corporate veil
ty ty ty..
I figured it was about that, depending on whether they had to do a 14-C filing.
any idea how long it takes for a chinese BB to list on nasdaq after making application, please site your sources if you can. ty.
"slap the ask"? that tells me alot about you. I have heard only 1 other person in my 26 years of involvement in the market ever say that, and that person is involved with pbls... very very interesting.
