if you are trying to infer that by him voting to expunge felony conviction records in order only to protect his drunken son and then make a connection of him doing something illegal for FFI/KFA then I think that's a long stretch...maybe he's merely voting to expunge felony criminal records to help out Larry Romano....just cuz he steals people's money doesn't make him a bad person does it?

yes but these aren't buy recomendations they are just advertising space for small companies that want to put their story out...i think the money would be better spent repurchasing their stock as far as we're concerned....the info here is basically the same stuff you see on yhoo or NSOL website

at some point whoever has been buying at these discounted levels is going to have a vested interest in seeing it go higher. I think that once they finally have their position filled we can finally start climbing out of the basement.

well one thing is for certain even though pps hasn't advanced,volume certainly has. Which means people are paying attention again and that current developments have become more interesting. I think that with the current plant approval funding it would be logical to assume that more funding is on the way if you had to bet one way or the other.

just so you know I'm not a bear I went in about an hour ago and bought about 8k more shares at .21 when the bid was .20 and then a bit more at .22 to try to keep this thing from becoming a teenager again..if people would go in and defend their share price with buys instead of talk we might make some headway...you know for $22 you can go in and buy 100 shares of stock...if you see them knock it down to .20 go in and buy a 100 at .22..you might lose a couple dollars but its better than letting them take it down another 10%

Does Romano have the money? Everyone has been assuming that he doesn't and now with todays PR it sounds like he does..is he and IA for real or is it some BS job working out of the back of a trailer as Dreamer was inferring yesterday..the guy has been busted by the SEC before for some shady dealings...at this point I'm more concerned about IA than NSOL....

DOC...this is from one of the articles you posted earlier from a KY newspaper that interviewed Rep Yonts and Sparks from KFA...The bill requires carbon-capture-ready technology,Yonts said.That was included in the anticipation of future federal standards to limit carbon dioxide emmissions,he said. The process would use high temperatures starting at about 7000 degrees to quickly break down the coal,Sparks said. A 5 to 6 block of coal will produce about 1 gallon of diesel fuel in 16 to 20 seconds,he said.The fuel would have less than 1 part of sulfur per million,he said. "Everything that comes into the plant is used",Sparks said. The steam from the process would turn turbine generators,which produce electricity that the plant would use to operate,he said.The 16 to 20 kilowatt excess electricity would be sold,he said. Instead of being emitted,the carbon dioxide is continously cycled through the process until it is broken down into diesel fuel,Sparks said. Carbon dioxide might be emitted during an emergency venting,but it would only be an equivalent to that produced by a 5lb block of coal. Which all sounds pretty good to me,as far as being environmentally sound goes...EOM ...

just called Rep. Yonts office about the new plant announcement and evidently the announcement went off as scheduled. Rep. Yonts wasn't in the office so I talked to one of his aides and she didn't seem to have any details on the speech other than that it happened today already...so I am assuming that the grant went thru as expected...evidently this is not earthshattering news to AP wire service...so it could take a few days to materialize...she said Yonts would be back in the office in about an hour...the number is 270 338 0816 if anyone wants to call...looks like you beat me to the punch JOHNBOY just saw your post after I got done putting up mine...so the grant is good? right?
