my bet 99% espi will be cashflow + after 1q results of this year. They absorbed a lot of their stock compensation losses. Their NOL is in the millions for 2012 stock gains which means they wont have to pay income taxes for a while they are cash flow +. this time next year esp sitting on 10 mill in cash at 3 bucks a share!!!! staying long esp and buying more. Long term real investment!!!

I believe there overhead is in preparation for a 50 million dollar 2012. Overhead will not increase, just the revenues. He prepared Espi for a tremendous future. Thinking long term people.... Small cap stock by end of year 2.00 average a share is my estimates if esp keeps increaing revenues like this.

Maybe for 1Q 2012, not for 4q 2011. Im just hoping cash flow +, since they have been eliminating all of their debt now for long term success!!!!

Dont forget all the margin calls investors are getting, being forced to sell the stock. Also at a time with no buyers around. Once this closed under 5 bucks, margin requirements for any holding is dcth changed. I believe this company is now undervalued, and a screaming buy at these levels.

So basically we have a double in rev from 2010 to 2011, and double in rev from 2011 to 2012. For example, 6 million to 12 million, then 12 million to 24 million. Minimum 100% growth year over year.
And this is not including the middle east, or any additional business that can surprise.

for Distribution of Petrochemicals to the Middle East, Northern Africa and Russia

(the "Company" or "ESP Resources"), a manufacturer, blender, distributor, and
marketer of specialty chemicals and analytical services to the oil and gas
industry, announced that it has signed a Reseller and License Agreement
("Agreement") with a Bahrain-based petroleum trade company, BPT Americas, LLC
("BPT "), as the sole authorized reseller of all of the Company's petrochemical
products in the Middle East, including Northern Africa and Russia.

BPT, which maintains a representative office in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain,
supplies materials to clients within the represented areas in the oil and gas,
chemical and petrochemical, corrosion protection, power generating, pipeline
construction and refining industries. BPT has extensive relationships with
several of the national oil companies located in the Middle East and Northern
Africa.

The Agreement is for an initial term of one year, with a five year renewal
period. Through this Agreement, testing is already underway of ESP Resources'
entire petrochemical product line to Tatweer Petroleum-Bahrain Field Development,
a joint operating entity between a major oil and gas exploration company and the
National Oil and Gas Authority of Bahrain. One of ESP Resources' senior field
technicians has been stationed in Bahrain for the past sixty days to oversee
testing and expects a recommendation for the use of the Company's products to be
submitted within the next thirty days. In addition, further testing of the
Company's petrochemical products is expected to commence in the countries of
Oman, Kuwait, Yemen and Saudi Arabia in the next six months as a result of this
Agreement.

"We expect the initial financial impact of this contract with BPT Americas to
boost our sales by over 15% based on the interest level generated to date by this
partnership," stated David Dugas, President of ESP Resources. "As testing unfolds

Go to yahoo finance and check out key statistics on espi. Thought it was pretty interesting that the market cap is 20% lower than the enterprise value. Usually the market cap is 20% higher than the enterprise valuation. Another key stat showing we are undervalued here at .16. My average price is around .12, and Im accumulating more here. I feel like its only a matter of time till next earnings report, and this baby takes off again with positive report.

I usually don't participate in these boards, usually just read. But I can confirm that LNGT's CEO Battis is going to seal a deal
with General Dynamics to manufacture the Dazer Laser. Originally, they planned to manufacture the weapon themselves in NJ, but manufacturing/infrastructure upfronts costs couldn't compete with the ability for General Dynamics to be up and running and achieve scale at a lower cost
