I think they will use the expanded shares to complete the aquisitions, and then do rs
Again the fear is these freaking jackasses might drop something like cancelling of Starbuds this Friday afternoon. Dye should stop hiring and start closing.
A new customer maybe
Contract with US company with 30 billion revenue. That certainly is not Walmart.

Can anyone confirm this
Just saw that Mesa Organics singularly contributed to the .09 increase in eps.
I am assuming Purplebees was not part of that.
I am guessing Purplebees is also profitable. Extraction must be a high margin business.
Edibles company like Medically Correct woul be a great acquisition. Chocolate bars and cookies carry huge margin. You add all kinds of flavor and add some THC tincture. And if they could sell it at licensed Safeways in Colorado. Margins are insane.
Starbucks sells 10 cent cookies for $1.50, and that without THC.
This is amazing. Just how profitable can a pot dispensary/extractor be. Mesa is adding 9 cents eps. They must have done thorough research on Starbuds, and I am guessing that should bring at least .16 eps. Starbuds has 5 times revenue of Mesa. So after Starbuds is brought to the fold, they will already have at least 25 cents eps.
This is why at this phase Dye and company are better managers than Andy. The haphazard process of buying all these companies last year was a bad idea.
We are talking about a company with
currently revenue of 70 million with .25 eps. These guys are researching the books in extreme detail. I want the remaining acquisitions to add 25 million in revenue and 15 cents in eps. By fall, Schwazze could be a 100 million company with 40 cents eps.
No other sector can provide that much boost in revenue AND profit.
This is a great opportunity for Dye to bring a black man/woman to the board, or as a COO.
Social Equity will permeate every business especially if Biden wins there
Mermelstein, is SGRP still alive. What are your thoughts.
Is SCKT the next one to move
Cancelling CO Harvest is a good thing IMO.
They seem to have 3.5/5 review. They probably lost business during riots since they are in Denver. Frankly, closing Starbuds and getting the chocolate bars from Medically Correct should be enough retail for SHWZ for this year; they should then close the deals with Los Suenos and Haupt venture.
Yes, the more acquisitions, the more revenue. But I had always doubted their ability to generate cash flow with these 12 acquisitions. Especially after COVID, and now the riots.
TOMZ is the Invision of this decade. Invision was languishing at 50 million mkt cap before 911. Then suddenly, all the airports required one of its machines until GE bought it for 1 billion or so
TOMZ market is magnitude bigger than INVN. I could easily see this company being bought out for 5 billion in 2025.
Wasn't this report for last year, the one that ended Dec 31.
So what they will be saying for this year is much more important.
Need to follow their previously mentioned business model, I think from Zack's.
2019 1.6 million
2020 6.8
2021 18
What would be a gamechanger is if MGMT says something like
Nobody wants to go to hyperbaric tank for two hours. They demand dermace and it's 5 min treatment.
Consumers are telling us this right now as they prepare to hunker down for extended periods of time. Cannabis retailers have reported major increases in sales since last Friday during the same period when there has been a run on essentials like groceries, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Many stores across the country, including some run by my own company 4Front, saw sales numbers that eclipsed April 20, typically the busiest cannabis shopping day of the year. Clearly cannabis consumers consider this healing plant to be an essential item in their lives.

Reasons to hold SNWV
1. It survived 2008 crisis, albeit at lesser dilution.
2. DFU treatment cannot be postponed like other medical treatment. You might risk losing your foot
3. It has enough money to last a while. They might cut salaries of employees to last longer.
4. No patient would want to stay in hyperbaric chamber when they can have a choice for dermapace.
5. Dermapace is being used off label for venous ulcers.
If you can hold on when/if mdcl goes below 1, you will be owning a future American consumer giant.
It is likely the Carnage will continue until Italy and USA corona curve starts flattening.
That will be around mid April hopefully, the time when the company should start announcing news.
Since the ipo market is closed basically,SPAC may be the only way to raise money.
Why are you fear mongering about raise.
If there was a raise, Schwab woul immediately send a link.
Listen, all the companies to be aquired will be in a much shittier position if MDCL doesn't take them in.
As financial stocks are beginning to get hammered, a mini replay of 2008 is at hand. Pot companies will be last priority for any bank act.
I see Dye navigating this much better than Andy financially. MDCL could go to any price in this bear market, but the small companies many will go bankrupt. MDCL can pick more companies much more chaeply.
Dye knows this better than anyone.
Well you haven't traveled to high density countries, like India, Brazil, Indonesia and even China. Physical stores are opening up at rapid pace
I will wager that economic growth of countries will be proportional to the habit of shopping outside, not inside.
If you shop inside, AMZN will be the sole beneficiary. If you shop outside, you drive, you shop, you eat outside, etc.
I would like to live in an outside world. The network effects of outside vs inside is much bigger.
SGRP growth will come from rest of the world, not US.
Does SGRP HELP Costco and Walmart move and replenish stuff from shelves, or they just do initial design of the shelves and leave the merchants to do the rest. If the former, then SGRP will do better in times like these. If latter, then it is a wash.
It is still not clear how they get their revenue.
Thanks for the reply.
So the VTIQ shares trading now at 14, when the merger happens, how will it proportionally trade if NKLA market cap is 4 billion.
IOW, 2500 shares of VTIQ now will be how much and what price in NKLA
Thanks again
Does anyone know what is the REAL market cap of this company, including .w and .u. When it becomes NKLA, will the mkt cap remain the same.
Thanks
One thing that will certainly happen is that patient s don't want to stay in clinic hospital for long. Hyperbaric could take 2,3 hours. Dermapace will do it on 15 min.
They can't avoid the appointment either since it is diabetic ulcer, something you don't want to postpone your treatment.
COVID-9
Can Sanuwave shockwave help in lung perfusion of the Corona patients.
Looks like some people here are more loyal to Andy than to their own portfolio
Of course, Andy was great for MDCL. But he could take the share price to only 4 bucks.
Plus the news this morning is excellent. You need the cunning and scheming of Dye and company to take this company to a new territory.
Also, I think this is just the beginning of acquisitions. Dye has a lot more contacts outside of CO.
Yes, bigly. Wall Street likes these kind of guys.
Also, they sorta gave an update on acquisitions. First half completion is still their goal.
Now the air has been cleared, I feel much more bullish.
That was a given.
Andy led the company to where it is today.
Now MDCL has a corporate air to it.
Start fresh with c suite execs. Investors might do better with these guys.
And yes, no Medpharm in my opinion.
A mohawk cut young guy with an MS degree from whatever university doesn't actually bring a CEO gravitas. I personally don't want Medpharm in the deal. Too much future expenses in research.
Viking 2 years ago had a miniscule mkt cap. The reason Amrn has huge mkt cap is because they have been trying different trials since early 2000, diluting lots of shares, finally hitting bulls eye last year.
SNWV should save money by cancelling ME conference. No reason to take a chance with corona.
Should communicate virtually.
This is my opinion, and my opinion only that Andy Willams is not part of this new company. I think Andy will be running Medpharm, which I think is not part of the new company.
There is absolutely no reason to not mention Andy and Medpharm in the presentation.
Maybe this is a good thing for investors.
Dye and co don't want to allocate funds for Medpharm research, which can go to hundreds of million dollars. Cannabis curing Alzheimer sounds sexy, but Biogen has spent hundreds of million dollars and still has not passed any major hurdle. Biogen is a biotech company, but am talking about the money spent.
Yes, it is a hedge fund. Even holding 5 q would be great. But they upped their stake in APTO AFTER a massive gain.
Opaleye has 11% of SNWV.
https://fintel.io/so/us/snwv/opaleye-management
What about Andy.
Sorry but this is not news put out by the company. It is just BS attending virtual BS conference.
Dye is really making investors doubt this company.
It shows a high of around 6 some five years ago. Has there been any reverse splits.
I think that the
News has several positives.
Breakeven by this year, although in CC the were saying by midyear.
Funds for hiring.
5 million buck investment for a 20 cent stock is not to be scoffed.
Placement number eoy is still 300.
What is your 1q, 2q, 3q, 4q 2020 projection, how will it justify your 3,4 dollar valuation end of 2020. 4$ is 1.2 billion market cap.
All the transactions are due to close between March and June of next year.
Ok, now I see. Will keep quiet for now

Maybe they will get 500000 revenue from Bolivia, and 20 million from other 40 shithole countries later.
