You are clueless. No time-frames were given when the LOI was announced. Has the company made any announcement saying the deal is off. No. Why are you assuming it is off. Call the CEO and ask him 1 simple question. Is the deal off (YES/NO). Please post his response.

people where were in for 2 years took advantage of the huge bid. you sell people dumped, i say people accumulated. Nobody is spending 75k (1.65 ps) unless they are confident they will be able to sell higher.
