New shareholder here--cup and HANDLE loading zone and overall UPSIDE here beyond compelling
Revenues and positive forward-looking events should be very helpful. I think it's realistic that the company is going to let 'nature take its course' for the short-term. GRCK is no empty shell, however getting through these notes in my mind is like getting to a 'clean shell' type of situation.
The 'clean shell' status so to speak will have to come in its own due time. If sooner than later then all the further power and momentum to GRCK's climb. Hopefully with revenues the company will be more-inclined and come with a greater position of strength to any remaining holders to achieve better terms or pay them off.
Many catalysts in the Cooker--I wouldn't be surprised to see an acquisition much larger than Equova sometime in the first quarter 2018. This will not only increase the bottom line--it will be a sign to marketplace that a potential juggernaut in CBD world is in the making and means business!
I like the trading activity here overall .0001-.0002 load-up base looking really solid for Bigger & Better Things
Well said cal mo: all stocks fluctuate. There's no way to value where things really stand right now--just the nature of any/all speculative stocks.
Mr. Strong would be INSANE $$$$$$$$ not to want to take ADTM places especially into the CANNABIS arena. Speculation alone + even a bit of competent forward-looking direction should be able to move this. Good luck to all current shareholders here!
Reverse the word "SCAM" "MACS" and we all should be able to pay for many (Big "MACS") with our ADTM earnings.
I would agree at present the current trading environment here is not very exciting or dynamic--that said, the company does seem to be diligently setting up a solid foundation that will result in an underlying value for shareholders.
IME the current PPS conditions grossly overshadow actual & potential value.
I believe due to multiple unusual factors the PPS here doesn't reflect anything right now other than an extremely pessimistic outlook not tied to any tangible reality whatsoever.
To me, the most important question isn't 'Where's the Bottom'? The biggest question is how well is the underlying value growing here?
I am optimistic that GRCK Management will be successful in addressing the latter question for the investment community especially with a further passage of time and investors identifying the 'doers' rather than the 'story tellers' who are basing promises on nothing more than speculation and a knowledge of human greed.
Best of luck to you--I hope to accumulate a few more at these levels 'to top off the tank.'
I would take that ;)
A 100,000,000 + Volume Day would be a great follow UP to today's action! .0005 is a great steal if you believe this has the potential to be a 10-20x + performer
December should bring-in a much-improved Money Flow pattern and excitement will build as the CBD.co official launch gets closer day-by-day. It will be very interesting to see just how many entities are part of CBD.co right out of the starting gate.
Agreed. Beyond the current PPS, we should start to see the forest from the trees as we approach the New Year. It will be interesting to see the December trading range as the Grand Opening of cbd.co approaches.
As a relatively new shareholder I believe cbd.co on its own is well worth the price of admission. I do not doubt many other positive catalysts are forthcoming--it's only a question of timing. IME December 2017 will open the door to greater speculation and foreshadow powerful material events to come.
Who has the best platform these days to easily trade in pinky-land? Any insights appreciated.
What are the odds that GRCK makes a huge acquisition in the sector by early 2018? I personally think that they have put out feelers at the recent event in Vegas and invariably are having discussions with other players as we speak.
Merger or Acquisition?
Do you see a large Pharmaceutical BUYOUT coming into the picture here potentially in 8-12 months) in the event that exponential growth and revenues are attained?
For kicks, what kind of dollars would Pharmaceutical Buyout bring to the table for shareholders?
I need to do conduct further research--IME it appears where GRCK is tryin to go could = an appeal far beyond the MJ space. If they acquire in the MJ sector certainly the PPS would ignite for quite an extended run.
Personally my strategy is focused on the accumulation of the greatest quantity of shares for the long-haul.
Making a determination about GRCK at this stage IMO is tantamount to calling a winner for the Tour de France in the first 5 seconds of the race. Things are just getting started here--
MEMORABILITY = MANY MILLIONS
THE DAM IS GETTING READY TO BURST...
Ride the wave and grab your potential dollars. This paper tiger is about to get ripped. IME the company is going to make a major acquisition(s) in the arena sooner than later. Speculative value alone ought to put GRCK at .05-.10
It is inevitable that a group of investors or multiple groups are going to put very big stakes here. Not IF only WHEN--
I'm really liking this nice steady move out of the right side of the double bottom. This is coiled for a nice climb--or perhaps even something more-dramatic.
It would nice to see GRCK management promise they will not increase AS above 1 Billion for at least 1 year. This would indicate their utmost confidence in their business plan rather than a share-printing strategy. It does seem that they are positioning to make major moves sooner than later.
I expect a much-faster pace in that this should move in an exponential manner due to the viral nature of such technology. Moreover 'word of mouth' is going to greatly factor in as well. Huge market share and exposure is going to be possible right out of the gates. The technology platform can be used anywhere--this should be quite the SUPER-beta REAL $$$$ test with a huge initial entry into the African continent.
There are many humanitarian aspects as well which Ed mentioned (quite a few scoffed at this) MEC's solution should help to raise the standard of living and afford new economic opportunities for millions of Africans. In about 30 years half of the world population under age 35 will be living in Africa.
Can you imagine the positive effect for all invested stakeholders as such news and stories are disseminated to international news/business outlets?
These people are talking about Same-Day ACH
MEC's capabilities are geared more toward real-time transactions. Money moving at the speed of molasses is very costly for businesses and consumers alike.
--Same-Day ACH sounds great until one looks at the age of the ACH platform and its inherent limitations as a product of the 1970s. There is only so much that can be done with the old horse of ACH.
The MEC revolution is about to be unleashed upon Africa. Major players and those (who would like to be) will be watching...
T=TIME for LIFTOFF!!! ;)
I don't believe the bank in Africa has invested big $$$$$$$ to achieve failure. 1st couple of banks IME are going to be the bridgehead to multiple African countries using and benefiting from the approach.
I am very interested to see the type and breadth of the marketing campaign that is going to be implemented by the bank. My hope is that it is extremely viral campaign and--as such will catch-on like wildfire.
The banks $$$$$$$'skin in the game' is not only for roll-out--it is to capture the maximum amount of 'wildfire' and then capitalize on it in spades. They're not in this for fun or to be a non-profit purposes. This is going to be very, very interesting...
Just think the .082 run was largely based on speculation.
Indications are that the next run will be based on actualities.
The reality is that ACH is basically a monopoly in the United States. However, just like the A-track nothing lasts forever. If the United States wants to continue to compete in the global economy it needs to get away from the insanely archaic ACH system also a product of the 1970s.
Honestly we're still using paper checks with our names with routing and account numbers in 2016. The check has to be recycled through a system for days in order to be verified and finally cleared. Banks are proclaiming how wonderful they are to be able to wire money for 39.00! I'm not talking about a local bank either. Consumers want cheaper and faster however we've been trained to see monopoly ACH as the only solution because it is not the best by far--only the vanilla in-place. They are looking for new solutions and ways to do financial business in Africa--MEC certainly has a tremendous opportunity here.
The reality is that many areas of Africa may well be light years ahead of our financial system in relatively short order. What MEC is trying to achieve in Africa is much, much BIGGER than most of us realize. It's taken years and now significant money--I hope every shareholder is awarded in SPADES $$$$$$$$$$$$$ Due to the turn of events with respect to SeerGate MEC should have global opportunities. This ought to bolster prospects for major deals as the Global marketplace overall is far more-advanced than our 1970s ACH dinosaur here in the United States.
Real-time financial transactions are only growing in speed and demand. ACH is simply days too slow in a world that is moving at the speed of light. Africa is all about INNOVATION!
Time to show Multi-billion corporations operating in Africa like DHL, Marriott, etc. etc. what MEC can bring. This will in-turn will ultimately force them to move away from dinosaur ACH in the United States as Globally it will not cut-it. I am hedging my bets that MEC is going to be able to capture an important role globally starting in Africa. We need to prove our stuff rather than stretch beyond reason and existing capabilities. If the MEC platform can be implemented successfully in even 1 country--then more will inevitably come. According to many releases--we are talking about multi-country roll-out.
I have a hunch that whatever comes out is going to really do wonders for PPS--
The entities outside of MEC are going to do what they're going to do how and when they want. Ed is not privy to all the inner-deliberations nor has he spent the millions to implement a roll-out that may take nearly all by surprise.
BIG, BIG BONUS for shareholders IME element of SURPRISE here which is going to fuel speculation and excitement. Something lacking here for quite a long time.
IMO this issue could very well run to copper this week just based on speculation.
Should actual positive information hit the wires--WATCH OUT for major PPS movement.
When these entities in Africa finally GREEN LIGHT there is no going back--they haven't tested and invested for kicks. This should be a profitable venture for all-involved.
I've attained my desired share accumulation milestone as of today...time for MYEC to move (Ego-Centric thought lol and affirmation for the day ;) !!!!!
Anyone who has followed developments with the partner in Africa know they are following their own timetable and way of doing things. Some of this is the culture or business climate there--some would be due to the need to integrate systems so MYEC's solution can function as advertised.
I would suspect Ed is frankly an outsider in so many respects here. I do not see this as a negative at all. I would hope that MYEC gives away as many 'keys to the car' as they can. In an ideal world they might hope to control timing and implementations--realistically that is not going to happen. I am not running for CEO here--that said I see in the United States a viable road for running transactions for an entity that is doing over 100 billion of sales annually. Corporate entities like or hate it are largely held at gunpoint to status quo ACH system.
I would like to see MYEC become 1,000,000 x more-bold in exposing the flaws and idiocy of the ACH system in the United States. The MYEC system can save entities that live and die by margin even billions of dollars--all we need is 1 big name in the United States to say regardless of the NOW--we are going MYEC's way and dumping ACH. Antique ACH is costing the United States tens of billions in lost opportunity. I would hope that Ed and crew are knocking on the doors of every entity in the United States and educating people about the future of payments rather than expecting status quo players to educate themselves. The status quo players are largely ignorant or complacent about where payments are going. MYEC needs greater EXPOSURE!
INNOVATION isn't welcomed by Corporate Monolith Group Thinkers unless you show them or Pilot program (take them by the hand) and demonstrate the viability and savings directly. I actually believe that MYEC should knock-down the door of a struggling retailer chain and hand them the car keys in a partnership. Have them agree to let MYEC PR the pilot program as many, many startups gain greater capital through exposure. Get the monolithic credit card companies out of the mix and directly embed yourself into a customer loyalty app. Customers would see that by using MYEC rather than VISA/MC they are saving $$$$ at the register or while buying online. This would also serve to bring tens of thousands of new shareholders into the fold. It also would fuel other Corporate monoliths to take note and perhaps beginning to fear that they may be left behind. Corporations run by people are swayed by human emotions of greed or fear.
I digressed--back to African Bank. The overall situation could actually pay-off in spades for shareholders as the financial entity in Africa could do a full roll-out at any time without any advance warning to virtually anyone. So many times momentum in trading is never achieved because companies and CEO's in their excitement and due to external pressures reveal all the cards in the deck without a real strategy or reveal minor details rather than the Huge and Exciting Announcement. The African bank is not beholden to MYEC on so many levels. IME this opens the door greatly to an element of surprise and yes extreme PPS speculation.
I wish I had direct sources as to the above speculation/conjecture on m part on the ground in Africa--I do not. Things may be dull or explosive as we approach August...still have a hunch that some positive events will unfold during August 2016.
I have a hunch that August 2016 or even earlier could be the turning point for shareholders here. It will be interesting to see if this PPS uptick can continue throughout the rest of July. There is actual progress being made toward going 'live' in Africa and it should open doors throughout the continent. I speculate that the banking entity may very well go 'live' before Ed can even announce it. They are operating at their own pace and at their own discretion. I personally believe the banking entity in Africa is further along than they are telling anyone externally.
Keep your eyes out for huge or unusual buying volume spikes as these could foretell an imminent and official roll-out. The bank in Africa is investing considerable time and resources to offer and deliver a comprehensive financial solution to their market. Africa is extremely fertile ground for this type of innovation.
I was watching a program yesterday concerning Rwanda and how older cell phones with text capability are being used to help the medical community there track and prevent the spread of HIV as patients utilize their phones for medical treatment and scheduling. The approach has saved and bettered lives. Likewise, when this goes 'live' it is going to better and change lives and likely bring a whirlwind of positive exposure for Africa and beyond. The largest corporations in the world all are vying for market share and opportunity throughout Africa.
It does seem more and more likely that going live will indeed happen...the only question now would be exact timing? Then bank in Africa is not spending all this time and money for kicks.
8900 more posts to read Wow...what's going on MYEC Nation?
'Better days are ahead' IME if MYEC can start to create an actionable and compelling narrative about where it is headed (Only after tangible milestones are conclusively attained!). Not before! I would like to see Ed get away from Facebook as it is the equivalent of Disney releasing a new 30 second The Force Awakens trailer for each of the 30 days prior to the release of the whole film. No wonder we didn't get a trailer with Han Solo getting knocked-off by his Son before the movie was released?!!!
I personally don't want to hear anymore about Africa (or any other deal) until it is completely finalized (signed in blood) and generating revenue. MYEC management should understand the importance of building interest and trust through traditional PR channels. Nearly all of the information now released through Facebook could come in the form of a Monthly Report which would be both expected/anticipated at the end of each month and prove an overall pattern of forward momentum. These type of changes would enhance investor confidence as well as establish increased visibility with potential business partners.
These changes would also allow MYEC to hone in on strategic goals and locking-down revenue versus focusing on relatively minor details that are not worthy of a PR nor releasing except for on a monthly basis.
Plenty of room for improvement here
No question a solid foundation is being built here that should lend itself to a much-brighter 2016
The BLUEPRINT for MYEC's 2016 success is going to be clear by the end of 2015
Domestic US opportunities may ultimately emerge however MYEC is poised to make a major foray into Global Markets very shortly.
MYEC could soon be positioned within multiple banking institutions in Africa and also attain a higher profile with Multi-National Corporations operating in Africa (and Globally).
If MYEC can demonstrate that it can overcome barriers to entry--other Corporations will want to get on board!
Many of the largest corporations in the world are pouring billions of dollars into Africa endeavors.
Africa is certainly the right focus for MYEC--it will be very intriguing to see what unfolds during the rest of the month.
Patience...will indeed PAY here
'Africa is the new China'
EOM
A couple of additional thoughts:
*GLOBAL revenue should attract GLOBAL investor interest. OTCQB uplist should help to facilitate the above.
Estimated 500,000,000 + mobile phones AFRICAN continent--large ocean of opportunity there.
With the successful execution of revenue-producing deals in Africa and elsewhere MYEC's ability to attract and retain stellar talent should only increase.
Next couple of weeks are critical in verifying that MYEC can move from developmental stage to delivering an incredible and revolutionary system on the African continent.
How can MYEC grow into its share structure????? (hint) GLOBAL revenue opportunities
That does look nicer!!!!
The MYEC pink sheet era is officially over--
Back in 2014 MYEC average daily volume was often measured here in the tens of millions.
It will be interesting to see how much buying volume is going to be generated over the next few weeks.
Tuesday may even be a stronger day than Monday--based on timing of PRs/updates as any timing uncertainty will open the doors to negative speculation.
I will be watching entry points closely on Monday morning in order to 'top off the tank.'
It's exciting to see the GOLDEN CROSS straight ahead.
Very wise decision--for a future billionaire
