Continued cleanup of SS will not only send this flying, but also show that this company means business and believe in their future - especially if they buy back shares!!
Your last statement was in one of the PR's
I work for the one of the world's largest companies, and the emphasis they put on proper company mobile usage is enormous. All it will take is one large contract - and the rest is history!!!
Any response Louie?
I would not scrap it and let this clown win (that's what the clown want to happen). There are a lot of people out there who enjoy the chat, and has the capability to "read between the lines" of what Arne is saying. Again most people want Arne to basically divulge the Company on a chat board.
It is in AWYI's best interest that some things remain quiet now for the good of all!!! Being quiet does not mean no productivity - which is what a lot (including you by your own posts) believe.
The point is that he was filing, but he ran out of income due to economic downturn. It's just that simple and happened to a lot of Companies.
But you go on to make comments like" one must not lose sight of the fact that what he is doing/saying now is what he said three years ago.so for him to continue with nothing substantial (at least something) he will be looked at as the boy who cried wolf...."
As if Arne had a say-so regarding the hand he was dealt with the downturn. You make it sound as if he had adequate resources, but just stopped filing or working on his plan intentionally / purposely.
Man you always say this - but you never say that he was making succesfull moves until the economic downturn (which affected Companies a lot bigger than AWYI). Your posts are biased and one-sided to serve your purpose.
The best way for Arne to shut that clown up is to make it happen. And when he does, IMO, that clown will be gone forever.
So he can have is 15 seconds of fame now. We won't see him / her for long.
Thanks for "Warning" me!!
The prob is that most imo don't understand cloud computing and potential here. Revenues will change that tune.
The fact of the matter is this: "you guys" post you opinions - then you guys are proven wrong with facts. Then the posting stops for a couple of days while you attend to the stocks you pump. Then you come back and repeat your posts - hoping that after a couple of days the rebuttal facts are forgotten.
Is the buyback going on now?
Buyback would be nice and would no doubt ice the cake here!
And AWYI was entitled to all Syrei assets after the first closing. Go back and read the filings.
Yes sir - glad I got in at these prices!!
Yep - cloud computing is the future - especially for small-to-midsize businesses who need computing (server) infrastructure but not at that point where they want to personally invest in getting the infrastructure. And being that cloud computing services are accessed over the Net, companies are no longer geographically limited with regards to accessing these services.
Buy / Sell Ratio is bananas!!!!
Again - go back and read the filings. Arne had the right to claim Syrei's revenues after first closing.
I've already provide proof to you on this subject so I consider this debate closed.
Finally someone who posts about "Cloud Computing". Thanks you! For those who understand the concept - this is going to be really big and have "reocurring profits" and low maintainance once you spend the one-time costs to buy the servers, etc.
Gonna get really interesting here.
Also - you did say that the first closing was 2M in your post that I'm responding to here.
You don't know your facts.
Again - know your facts. The first closing on Syrei was completely finalized - so quit making false statements. Also, the Syrei deal was not a mickey mouse filing - Arne had the right to claim all Syrei's revenues once the first closing was complete - which it was.
You don't know what you are talking about.
He was not financed in "good times".
Even if it is true what you say (and I repeat "if"), he was able to get financing before economic downturn - who says he can't get it now.
Your "off topic" post was in response to my Florida acquition post (post# 39524). This is why I made the comment.
IMO - but I apologize.
No longer speculating. I'm wating on public notice.
The Florida acquisition should be on-topic as this relates to a previous acquisition that AWYI tried to make.
There was no payment associated with the first closing. Check your facts.
Don't know what point you are trying to make here.
Yes - I questioned the Florida acquisiton if I remember correctly - but IMO the timing was not right for that due to the fact that again, IMO, he needed to focus on the acquisitions he currently was working on at that time.
Now is the perfect timing to go for new acquisitions being that AWYI has new legs. What could be a better time than now???
You can play with the semantics - but its really obvious what you are here for.
What about response to post #39513?
You repeat it over and over and over without stating that its your opinion - you have an agenda "IMO".
do you know for sure it is? You must being that you have posted this about 40 times now.
I go by Arne's statement that he was not involved with the previous "crew".
Here you go again with that. Can you come up with something more original instead of repeating nonsense.
What you are failing to recall / state is two things:
1. Mason Media share an office with Arne in DC.
2. Back in 2007/2008 Syrei was willing to be acquired by Arne - Arne just could not make second closing payment due to economic downturn and loss of financing.
3. Back in 2007/2008 Mason was also willing to be acquired by Arne - and again I site economic downturn and loss of financing.
And you are giving the impression that these guys would not be willing to be acquired now?
You are the one that's blind!!!
Even if he PR's his trip he couldn't say much - other than things are proceeding on track. Why waste a PR on that and give the "impression" that this is a P/D. Only PR solid news. Everyone should just be patient IMO.
Arne would not be wasting his time on getting back to reporting status if he did not think it was worth it.
Well that's what you say. you are obviously entilted to your OPINION!!
You are saying this stock is dead based on one day of trades.
If you know what Arne is currently doing, you would not say that it is dead. Do your DD.
Considering all of the circumstances that Arne has faced, if you were in his shoes please tell us what you would have done differently or to improve the Company?????
