reverse merger coming through!!!!!!!1 w00t
...otherwise I wouldn't be interested in this stock.
Looks like the management is playing their cards right on this stock.
Raise your e-hand if you got in at a $1.70/share?
*raises hand*
nah...not yet. It's supposed to be in select GNC stores though....
it might not be on the shelves in your area yet. But you might be able to order a sample or a case on their site.
last i heard the drink retailed for about the same as a snapple or a POM...about 2.50-3 bucks.
its actually some good stuff. The guys running the biz are some old hats from pepsi co.
All they're trying to do is advertise for their product.
I think you guys need to check out their website and order a sample.
http://www.drinkpurple.com
It has nothing to do with the NASD...its the company.
I knew ONMC wouldn't deliver. That was obvious.
I just hope I'm wrong.
nah...not yet...but SOON! haha
OH SNAP!
..we rich now beeotches! haha =P
speaking of bidwacking....look at the shorts.. :\
lmao...umm...the price closed at $10.01 because of the reverse split.
Breakthrough Venture is moving into this one...Their short-term goal is to get a nasdaq listing.
purple's on it's way to pluto today....weee
it doesnt take 239402348 days to change a ticker symbol...
it takes at most a week...
lol...
so what's going here? Why the delay with the ticker...?
yeah i did. i go by the place a lot now.
It's not a bs building either. If you wanted to rent the office space, I'm guessing rent would be pretty darn high. Nice area. No ghetto-ish areas for at least several miles. If you didn't know ISDR was there, you still wouldn't know if you drove by it.
Bonds.com Group, Inc. Engages After Market Support, LLC To Pilot Its Passage Toward NASDAQ Listing, Liquidity And An Institutional Audience!!!!!!!!!
fantastic news today after the market closed!!!!! =)
not really a huge run...BDCG just recently R/S their shares.
But now that the ticker has changed, things are starting to look a lot better. BDCG is a Keating play.
If you like BDCG, check out PPBV...PPBV is a nice company with a good product. Tasted it the other day btw..
thats...odd
maybe I'm wrong... ?
I think you misunderstood...
I had more than 100 shares to begin with...and for the longest time it was IPORXZ and just yesterday it changed to BDCG.
hey blue...I got one for all you penny stockers..
BDCG (Bonds.com Group, Inc.)
Could see $20/share within a 2-3 years time. Main competitor = OptionsXpress (OXPS)
lol....you forget that it was a 29:1 R/S....If you purchased 100 shares or more before the split you get special treatment. If you just purchased 87 shares, you dont get special treatment. lmao...
As for PPS...Bonds.com's biggest competitor is OptionsXpress, and it trades at $24/share. Bonds.com projects to be the main leader in the industry within about 3 years time. So long term, you could potentially get $24/share or more.
Pension Financial...yes
zecco....
basically Chase Bank
oooh oooh look at my pic
its effing shweet
/sarcasm
jk haha
finally got the newly issued shares in my acct..
looks like this company is doing things right. =)
I'm not someone who's going to go AWOL quite so easily, but I've been corresponding with David Feldman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_N._Feldman) on the topic of 504 Offerings which is what this company is attempting to do. Feldman's most recent book on reverse mergers explains 504 Offerings quite well. I emailed Mr. Feldman in order to better understand this particular situation regarding WRII and 504 offerings in general. So as not to keep you guys out of the loop, here is what he had to say:
"The problem with 504, as I pointed out in the book, is while it is totally legal, it is more often than not being used by questionable or shady characters to avoid disclosure obligations before having public trading. Indeed 42 states now prohibit a 504 offerings from taking place in their state, if that gives you any indication."
"...my general advice to clients is to avoid getting involved in 504s unless you research it enough to find something redeeming about it."
If you want to know more about 504s, you should pick up his book. I know you can buy it on Amazon at a reasonable price. =)
you absolutely read my mind with NXG...I have that one in my portfolio.
If you like NXG, check out GSS. GLTY
haha
the truth will set you free my friend
YOUR RADAR????! lmao
ah...thats what i thought.
it says:
"...upon the consummation of the Merger: in exchange for each share of Bonds.com Holdings Common Stock outstanding as of immediately prior to the consummation of the Merger we will issue to such Bonds.com Holdings' stockholders (other than Dissenting Stockholders) 6.2676504 shares of our Common Stock, for an aggregate of 57,542,704 shares of our Common Stock;"
well my broker passed it on to me...so I dont know
well ok
well...some people are just slow. I'm guessing thats what this is all about: procrastination, booze, and boobs.
if a reverse split were in order, i believe WRII would have already done so. There are 701mil outstanding shares. Compared to other companies out there just starting off, that's a lot. It must be that many for some reason... ... ... at least, that's what I think.
What we need to hear about is: 1. the company's plans to reregister as a reporting company as Susnar promised in his interview with Wallst.net, 2. the progress of the company's debt restructuring, and 3. an 8-K outlining the company's business model.
I'm not sure but I've been getting a lot of spam about SCEY (SUN CAL ENERGY INC). I've watched this stock since June of 2007, and it's been up and down consistently... seems a little p&d-ish to me.
finally someone made a board about this company. I <3 PPBV...anybody order a free sample?? =)
