MDOR.OB 8K this information with the SEC so its fact in my opinion which is very bullish for long share holders.
Financing for the turn key plant was procured through the manufacturer (Artech Recyclingtechnik Gmbh), while shipment and start-up costs are being borne directly by Magnum through a non-dilutive conventional financing arrangement.

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

Joseph Glusic, President of Magnum, stated: "We are now accelerating our presence in the growing `Green Market' using our licensed patented technology. With the commencement of shipments from our new Crumb Rubber Plant, Magnum will have a fully functional and wholly owned operating facility in North America. Yes very cheap. The funny thing is there was never that much selling to drag it down here it was more like the bids just disappeared. I mean this was trading with large spreads either do to market makers or shares are scare or not many buyers.
I like proof, this is proof and I like when they add proof time in time out in their press releases (like photos)
Now available for occupancy, the facility, located at 2935 Rene-Patenaude Magog (Quebec), J1X 7J2 is comprised of a 98,000+ sq ft mixed use building located on approximately 10 acres of land in Magog, Canada. The facility will accommodate production lines for both nuggets and buffings. Magnum has received substantial support in its efforts in locating the facility in Magog from the Royal Bank of Canada as well as the Local, Federal, and Provincial Governing Bodies:
and this is more important than most people would understand just reading the press release this is big time
Thus, MDOR will continue developing new compounds, file new patents, and produce products for the rubber powder it manufactures. At this time applications outnumber the amount of available raw material to produce them, thus creating a considerable supply gap for quality recycled rubber powder.
This is going to be big time. Magnum's proprietary "GREEN" technology provides a one of a kind solution to all of the challenges in eliminating Stockpiles of Scrap Tires and Global Waste:
MDOR.OB is a solid company that provides data, references, links to verification on their press releases. This is a very transparent company.
Then it seems that you are the only one who is going to miss out on this one, not that we want people like you involved anyway
ASUS=NO PROOF NO CREDIBILITY ONLY HEARSAY. That's all you have as I have read plenty of posts that you used to talk to this Petar V. guy all the time to only go post on a public forum LOL. Your posts showed that you were 100% PRO SLJB and pumped this Petar V guy up all the time in my opinion. Your posts are traceable on here and you were a 100% pumper in my opinion I have read them. I'm done with you have a good day.

ASUS=NO PROOF. Show links right now to prove he was involved other then being an outsider and only talking calls for one month as an IR of which you know this cause I read you were with him at his office and house. If he is a scammer and involved then why is he not listed on any of the OSC Hearings or Court Hearings?
Your personal vendetta's have ruined your credibility on ihub in my opinion and these types of false & unsubstantiated, accusations will only create costly ramifications on your end in my opinion as this is an out right lie

LOL all you have are public forum posts. This subject is dead and you have been proven wrong once again as you have no proof to show he was involved or this Mr Curtis being a scammer LOL. No names of Magnum, Officers, or Individuals on the OSC or Court Hearings related to SLJB.
my opinion as this is an out right lie.
ASUS=NO PROOF. You have zero proof and no facts or links to back this up. There are zero members involved in MDOR.OB which is a fully reporting company that are listed in the SLJB allegations with the OSC Hearings. Everyone on ihub knows you have a personal vendetta with this Mr. Curtis in my opinion, even Art2gecko has relayed this as well on the public forum. LOL
I called and found out they are working with Magnum to help field investor calls and queries. Good news is they were not given stock nor funds. I would presume they are getting their name out there and this is the company to do it with peeps.
Adding MDOR.OB and yes art the key word today is the tangible which means tangible assets as in a $19 million Crumb Rubber plant with huge green technology. Funny thing is the market cap is still under $8 million but not for long.
Joseph Glusic, President and CEO of Magnum was recently in Canada to arrange for the orderly arrival and transfer of equipment through Canadian Customs. According to Mr. Glusic, "This marks a major milestone for our company, in that we can now see the tangible results of our many months of efforts to procure our first Wholly Owned Crumb Rubber Plant. With this plant, and other ancillary equipment continuing to arrive over the next several months, Magnum will begin to produce nuggets, crumb rubber, and ultra fine rubber powders."

The Interstate 91 leads directly into the states of Vermont and New Hampshire and is close to the states of Maine, Massachusetts and New York.
About Magnum:

8. MDOR Market Summary. The MDOR process provides several varieties of recycled rubber products of variable sizes based on customer specifications and proposed end use. Generally speaking, the size and purity of the end product determines the market price for that specific product. The patented process that MDOR utilizes produces the finest rubber powder (microscopic) available to the market.
Based on current research at the University of Chemnitz, it is estimated that the current annual demand for fine rubber powders is on the magnitude of 2 million tons. Current production is less than 260,000 tons, leaving 87% of the market unfulfilled.
Furthermore, studies show that the current growth rate for rubber powder products is expanding at a rate between 6% and 8% per year. The growth has been driven by the growing popularity and demand for “Green” products throughout the world.
7. MDOR Availability of Waste Materials. Statistics compiled by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 2004 indicates that 290 million scrap tires were being generated annually. Moreover, 275 million tires were estimated to be in stockpiles around the country. The report further indicated only 80% (approximately 230 million) of the scrap tires generated annually were being consumed with the balance being stockpiled around major metropolitan areas, creating serious environmental ramifications.
Similar numbers are true for the rest of North America, Europe, and Asia. In the United States, 48 states have adopted laws or regulations specifically dealing with the management of scrap tires. The vast majority of states have placed bans on whole tires from landfills and placed serious restrictions on the stockpiling and long-term storage of used tires. Regulations in Europe are much the same, and to some degree even stricter.
Since July 2003, no whole tires were permitted in European landfills. This restriction was further expanded in July 2006, to preclude shredded tires from landfills altogether. Another popular use for scrap tires in the U.S. is burning for the BTU content of the material. Not only is this an inefficient use of the scrap material, but it has recently come under very close scrutiny due to the hazardous emissions and other negative impacts to the environment. This same practice has been nearly banned in all European nations.
Stockpiling scrap tires is not only aesthetically displeasing, but they also create health and fire hazards. According to the EPA: “Tire piles, legal or illegal, pose two major health threats: pests and fire.
Disease carrying pests such as rodents may live in tire piles. Mosquitoes also breed in the stagnant water that collects inside tires. Mosquitoes can carry deadly diseases including encephalitis and dengue fever. Fire presents a second concern. Scrap tire fires are difficult to extinguish, and can burn for extremely long periods of time. Tire fires release thick black smoke and can contaminate the soil with a hazardous oily residue.

”Management is of the opinion, as a direct result of the existence of problems relating to the consumption of scrap tires, Governmental Agencies will welcome the Company’s process for recycling these waste materials into consumable “Green Products.”
