Big deal. Exploding past .40 on a reverse split doesn't make any investor any money. If you knew this was coming, you were deceiving us all this time. If not, you're simply in the same boat as the rest of us.
They've planned this for quite some time I'm assuming and haven't let us know anything. This is totally slimy. Every stock I've owned that did a reverse split did not proportionately hold their value. Some took tremendous beatings. Perhaps this is going to be the exception. But they know there's going to be new shareholders and have treated us as expendable. However, if the stock dips significantly, I'll pick up more shares and try to play the bounce. Good luck.
Hi Iwrite, Is that investor tour still on? I'd like to ask your take on this reverse split talk. If there is one, I've always seen the price crash hard right afterward. Could pick up cheap shares then. Thanks - Frogs.
I missed your posts too Pink. - Frogs.
Good to hear from you lwrite. Glad for all the shares we can gobble up before she runs.
If it dips, I'll pick up some more shares tomorrow. Seems like it's about time we hear something from ammg. Frogs
You hit it right on the head. I read an earlier post too about your investments and I seem to be on a similar path. I'm top heavy invested in this one. I was studying mining stocks to find another stock or two to invest in when I found ammg and this one is a rare penny stock find. Doing my DD this one impressed me enough to hold through all this turmoil. Kind of like Samuel Clemens saying - Put all your eggs in one basket, and guard that basket. Hope your ammg tour sheds more light on the company's endeavors. I'm still impressed with the mining going from start up to self-sustaining to profitable and expanding exponentially. Again, this isn't a typical penny stock to me. Best to all Longs - Frogs.
Hi Iwrite, I really can't get away then. Trusting you, Pink and the others have a very successful tour. This tour is very encouraging. I made up my mind a long time ago I was in this for the long haul because of the company's fundamentals. And I'm using this stock bashing pounding time as an opportunity to increase my position. Good luck to all us Longs. Frogs.
Glad you're making that tour Panther. Picked up some more shares this week and would very much appreciate hearing how the tour goes. Good Luck - Frogs.
Oh I totally agree. I'm in this long. I've been adding shares for months. Getting frustrated doesn't equal anyone getting my shares from me. Good Luck. Frogs
The growth continues. Mid tier copper producer. It's not like the company doesn't have goals. Hang on longs. Frogs
Thanks Panther. I put most of them on ignore. Holding long. One thing I've finally learned about penny stocks. Things happen on their timing, not mine. I'm in no hurry on this one. I love their fundamentals. - Frogs.
Websites are the least of my concerns. Earnings and growth are what I'm looking for. Frogs.
AMMG website is back online. Don't see anything new at a glance.
Nice post. I'm still accumulating and holding long too.
Interesting posts Pikefreak and Ravens. Their website has always been a joke at best. If they're upgrading it, that would be fantastic. I have emailed IR several times without a response. This company is so frustrating. You have the ever increasing production and revenue combined with a stagnant stock price. You don't even really get a chance to flip it. Yet, I'm still planning to add shares and wait it out. I'm very pleased with imbillclinton's post 2121 that had a list of mining data from the state of Michoacan listing ammg as owners of San Pedro and Jovita. We all need something tangible now. Hope they come out with a barrage of good news and arouse public interest. - Frogs
Thanks for posting that. A great find.
Good to hear from you Nicholi and Frogcheeks. Three working mines now with El Desvan ore being processed at San Pedro. I try to throw emotion aside and look at the big picture. 300 TPD going through San Pedro now, Jovita producing also, and a possibility of more exploration on the mines they already have. The earnings report should be out soon showing increased revenue to that point with much larger revenue likely in the subsequent report. I plan to continue steady accumulation. Frogs
You're right. It's irritating to me.
Right on Nicholi, I'm trying to imagine the revenue numbers if they continue to add new copper (or other) acquisitions and find sufficient new mineral explorations on their current lands to further mine on those. Likewise, I'm adding shares and holding. Frogs
You nailed it Panther. I use the ignore button on some of them.
I understand frustration. I wish the share price was higher now. I'm not here to be a cheerleader for the company. I'm here because doing my DD, I liked the numbers for ammg. Most penny and sub penny stocks are borrowing money to fund their breakthrough or worse are shell companies. This company is run by Adam Carter who has helped other mining companies to great successes. Knowing the background and seeing profits come within one year, buoys me watching the expansion of their mining operations. I wrote perhaps a month or more ago that the next 30-45 days would indicate to me which direction the co. is headed. The new copper acquisition indicates to me that the company indeed is expanding and hence will produce more revenue. My mistake many times has been selling too early. With ever increasing revenue and probably further acquisitions, I've decided to stay in for the foreseeable future. Very few penny stocks I've seen show the possible upside that this one could have. I wish you well.
Thanks Panther, With this new acquisition, it gives more credibility to AMMG. Bashers -what have you to bash. This company went from start up mining to profitable is a year and now has expanded their land. AND there's nowhere to go but UP. They already have the Asian market ready to buy all the copper they can supply. I can't imagine they won't acquire more land with another success. It really is exponential. I need to buy more, not selling any. Let me echo - Go AMMG.
This is the PR I've been waiting for. I wrote some time ago that from there the next 30-45 days would show which direction this company was heading. This new acquisition shows me they're serious. They say they're looking for new acquisitions and explorations and they've done it. This could pump up revenue some 50% when they get it going. And we've yet to hear about the further exploration of San Pedro. More mining there is a possibility. Plus we have an earnings report possibly in a day or two. I'm NOT selling a third of my shares. Good Luck Longs.
We still have the further mineral exploration at San Pedro to be updated on too. They said in their July 8 PR that the exploration was nearly complete.
Right on Supysoscn.
Hey Pink Panther, I went back to the AMMG website and they actually have added some recent news. Not much, but better than the last news being 2013. I wonder if you have any sense of when the IAC might begin. I picked up more .02 shares this week. The longer actually that they wait , the more shares we can accumulate. I also agree with you, the message board has become more contentious. It was more user friendly earlier with people sharing ideas an information generally without so much criticizing of each other. Good Luck - Frogs
Stockweasel. Perhaps you should read things in context. I was responding to a message written by supyoscen about a message by dizzle 96 mocking a dividend and suggesting a 2% dividend would be worthless. Please do not correct me for making mistakes that I haven't made. Read my other posts if you like and you'll find me saying things like - if they do this or if they do that. I have never claimed it was coming or what amount it would be. I agree with you a dividend is very unlikely. And we all, I assume, have been victimized by reverse splits. Good luck all Longs - Frogs
I too would gladly accept a 2% dividend. Unreal to receive a dividend from a penny stock. Never been involved in one and I deal in penny stocks all the time. It would be a great gesture to the share holders and a little something extra for those of us who have accumulated many shares. Also, all this idiot talk of dumping/not dumping, bottom line is the company is ever expanding production in their current mines and acquiring new ones. Next big news for me is their new acquisition. That LOI was signed almost one month ago. If they buy that one and and further exploit the San Pedro mine (with the new mineral explorations) this company is for real big time for me. Frogs, Long and Strong
You're absolutely right supyoscn. I used to flip myself regularly either from boredom or to buy into something else looking to be at a better buy in price. This one, I have been adding to for months. The only time I sold any was some time ago when it went from .065 to .09. Started adding again at .04 and of course, have averaged down considerably. And I won't let go before it pops. For me, this is unlike other penny stocks. One that went from start up in mining to self sustaining and profitable so quickly. Long and Strong
I'm going to be adding more shares Panther. Could be a lot of news coming out soon. Investor Awareness Campaign would be great and of course the mineral results from the exploration of San Pedro are about due and we're still waiting for the finalizing of the LOI for the new land acquisition. Interesting news right around the corner.
If the company is past the development stage to self sustaining and adding acquisitions, growing exponentially. Then it seems the adage it takes money to make money becomes very pertinent to us. And please understand I'm saying if. If there's a surplus of cash after 1 year since the mining started, significant enough to consider a dividend, then I'm confidant the stock price will eventually reflect it. I see no reason why AMMG wouldn't continue adding to their mining properties with new successes. I added shares today. Good Luck To All
Think I'll pick up some shares tomorrow. Too many things pending to remain this quiet. Possible acquisitions, assay report, drilling results, perhaps a dividend. I assume the next 30-45 days will really show us where this company is headed.
I hear you iTechiie. Bottom line is revenue. Well put.
Pathetic, do you beat your chest and watch Tarzan movies?
Thanks Vulcan4. IMO, copper is a very smart play. Selling to China, the world's biggest importer of copper, and the past proven leadership of ammg ceo/president Carter makes this a very solid investment. If we're right, and I believe we are, our ship's going to bring in a boat full of profit. It may take a lot of patience, but I think we're prepared for the wait. Good luck to all ammg investors.
I concur. I've been adding shares monthly. Growth and revenue should be exponential. We could hear something soon about assay report and the drilling at the San Pedro mine. Anyway I'm holding long. I agree with you Vulcan4, strong buy.
