I think we've maxed out our DD. All we can do now is wait for the updates and hope our research is right! Wait til the money starts flowing in. The pps will move up really fast. Traders shouldn't place to much emphasis on what the pps is doing right now. Wait til updates come and then worry about how the stock moves. We have no reason to believe there is dilution right now. Just because someone gets out on the bid with a couple hundred thousand doesn't mean there is dilution. If decided to sell my 1.5 mill on the bid what do you think the pps would do. Right now everyone is just speculating and buying here and there. No real bid support right now because there is no reason yet. No reason to spread fear when you have no proof of dilution. That's just my opinion. We have a winner here imp.

Part of me thinks it might be GEAR but I also feel like there could be something else Peter has up his sleeve. I've tried to research some of the things Peter has done and there really isn't a lot out there on him. GEAR seems like the ideal candidate imo. Bringing GEAR public is long overdue. I can see GEAR blowing up with great products being endorsed by pro athletes. Ramping up production of products and getting into retailers would be huge for GEAR. Everyone has seen what putting a product in Walmart does to a stock. Would love to see GNC or Vitaminworld pick them up after the merge. Would be huge! So much potential here if we are right.

Averaged down a little more today. My shares are locked until we get to a penny. This could go from here. Expecting lots of updates and news to hit soon. Buy all you can right now at these prices. There will be another MMJ boom this year. This stock has the potential to be a life changer at these prices.

Just my opinion nothing more. I feel like if there was enough value to IPO there has to be a considerable amount of revenue coming in with one helluva business strategy to go along with it. Not to mention the future endorsements from pro athletes to come. All the publicity and press should get the buying going, pumping the pps share way up!

The average cost to IPO a company is like $500k. Usually a company gives up between 20-25% of their equity just to become public. This is the main reason I think GEAR will be rolled into VHMC... I'm sure GEAR is making enough money to sustain all the business cost, but to spend that much cash for an IPO is crazy. Especially when you can for this route via merger! This is a easy winner if you follow all the bread crumbs. The CEO wants shareholder value to increase as much as we do. That's why I think there will be minimum dilution, if any at all. If we are correct here and GEAR is the merging entity this stock is going to go bonkers. No one in management is showing their hand here. Makes me think a lot of the shares being bought by strong sales hands that know where this is going. I'm looking forward to one helluva ride when these updates start hitting!

I agree. All my DD leads right back to GEAR being the entity they we acquire or merge with. Peter wanted this to trade on a larger exchange. This could very well be a huge opportunity for everyone here. Own a stock that has a product being endorsed on national TV. Would drive out PPS through the roof. I'm excited about the potential here. Well we are all entitled to our opinions an yes I was very proud of my trade. I used $8000 of my profits to pay my little cousin's hospital bills. Take what you can get when you can get it. I bet if you raked in $40k off one trade you would be proud of your trade also. That's why we play the pennies cause you can make some serious money when you are right.

I can't event fathom a $1 right now. Holding 1.5 million shares. It would be nice but I would never make it to a dollar with all these shares lol. It happens all the time though. It would take set of brass balls to hold all the way up there and not sell a share lol. I will definitely have some freebies if it decides it wants to go to the Nasdaq or something crazy like that lol.

Yea I agree. This one has some nice ingredients for a really good run. Just load and hold for now. These prices are a steal right now. This is a guaranteed double from .005 down imo. Only time will tell. Impatient traders will sell and then buy back in when news hits. We get stronger with ever churn of these large blocks of shares.

I agree it won't take much buying pressure to get us back over .005. I wish those traders didn't get spooked last week and crash us down at the bid. We could very easily be over a penny by now. We get the right news or filing and we will knock down a penny in no time. I'm excited to see who the new company is and how the roll out the business plan.

I bought in between 4 and 5 cents and sold around 3.50. Man it was truly amazing. There will never be a stock like that one again. The CEO claimed he had bonds worth a lot of money from Venezuela and somewhere in the states. I bought and held through some tough times because it had the craziest stuff going on with it. The CEO even had an alias on another message board that would leak out info on news and future events. Truly the most entertaining stock you'll ever see lol.

Fingers crossed. I've been apart of a couple huge mergers. CSHD was by far the best one to date. I bought in the stock with $500 and when I cashed out I was over $40,000. How's that for some profit. If I remember correctly that was like my 5th trade ever. Every since then I've been hooked. Rufus Paul Harris might have been a stinky CEO but he made a few millionaires. I need a few more of those in my life about right now lol.

I would think by the end of February we definite get some updates. The last filing had an end date for officers due and business expiration date at the end of February. Updates before than would be awesome and greatly appreciated lol.
