WHAT??? I've never posted even one message on your board.
WHAT??? I've never posted even one message on your board.
And why are you here??? Your reason that WTM is not a security, but it's just TO track "breach of security" software is very lame.
That is what all type of security alarms do. That is why they're being call "SECURITY"
It is not an ATTEMP it's a done deal.
The only reason some posters, who are not invested in DSNY are spending their valuable time bashing Destiny here is because they're to buy DSNY and the lowest possible pps.
Well it's now, or never again... lol
The developing tech co's, including those that you own don't show
ANY profit - just a huge loss while they're developing their technology and their valuation is MUCH higher than DSNY.
As you said yourself Destiny has two products PLUS the Watermarking, which is in itself a VERY HOT product.
Security is the BIGGEST issue and in the entire industry now and that is what Destiny is offering. Watermarking is so big and so valuable that Steve wants to keep it under wraps until all the patents in place.
The patents are practically are already granted, all we need is to translate them into multiple European languages.
Just take a look at the chart. On 2/20 the pps plummeted to the same $0.80 pps. The next day it went way up.
Now we made a gigantic double bottom. There is nowhere to go, but UP! This co is NOT going bankrupt!!! This is the bottom and we have much better situation then in February.
This sell off is a total capitulation and usually after such capitulation the stock is going up. Just Destiny intellectual property worth more than today's pps.
The good thing is that they have figured out how to track the active participants. That would help with the MPE revenue this qtr.
The Market Research Co's also want Clipstream, but with the new security feature, which will be ready in May.
"Clipstream is like Honda" - not a bad prospect!
Brook, you're exaggerating. There are no bugs in Clipstream.
Each market wants some additional customization. Developers want to add one custom feature, otherwise there are no problems. This is a minor adjustment and there are well over 150,000 developers. It's not a small market.
The positive is that the management finally are hiring additional tech personal, sales personal and the sales exec.
BlueSM,
I think your points are valid and you've phrased them well.
English is my second language and most of you can express your thoughts much better than I can.
How about, if you guys come up with the list of recommendations/
constructive criticism and all of us, who would agree with those, send a letter/emails to the CEO, CFO and to the board of directors?
We should send them simultaneously to achieve a strong impact.
Perhaps someone else would have a better ideas. I'm all for it.
BlueSM,
I agree with you on all accounts.
"I'm happy they're not rushing into a RS and getting a Nasdaq listing without having big contracts to back them up."
At least we know that they're expecting large sales (in plural) within a couple of months before getting to NASDAQ.
"Why wasn't a senior VP of sales search enacted months ago?"
Good question!
"The patents including the watermark and plaympe still make this stock worth more than the current price."
Right!
It also sounds like a small software adjustment for the developers will ramp up the sales in this segment of the market.
And the new Security Pack will show immediate revenue increase in the Marketing Research sales.
Re: Senior VP. He's actually will start working on Destiny contracts earlier. Full time at the office in July.
Silicon Valley office is already open and active. They're hiring additional sales staff.

Thanks to whoever will be asking questions.
See post #10230.
Fantastic chart! Thank you for posting, MrGoldenR.
Welcome to the board!
Technical indicators:
Bollinger Bands are over 60% narrower than normal. The narrow width of the bands is indicating the low volatility as compared to DSNY's normal range.
The bands have been in this narrow range for 21 bars. 21 bars in this narrow range is a very long time.
This is often a sign that a market may be about to initiate a new trend.
Usually in the Bullish BB's squeeze the longer the narrow trend lasts, the more spectacular break up to the upside had been observed.
Since mid-March DSNY's stock price has been making higher highs and higher lows - Bullish sign. The 20MA stopped pointing down and became flat. The pps moved above the bottom band by close to 60% and has attempted to brake up the upper band. It's normal to make a couple false moves before the real trend up is emerges.
When the price decisively breaks through the Upper Band ($1.26 and up) it'll start a new upward trend.
Other bullish indicators:
MACD is moving up, the bars are in positive range.
The pps crossed up 20 DMA.
The Chaikin Money Flow is also positive.
All we need is one good news and/or positive future indications from the CC.
S&P just posted a new report and is rating Destiny BUY/HOLD.
You're welcome, Brook.
This sight is showing the total number of shorted shares, but only for two weeks. I've been told that this list is not including the naked shorted shares that may be traded by some privately held companies.

I don't think this one will give you this data:

Good for you! I believe if we give some more time for the Clipstream to gains speed we all will be very happy.
Very nice, considering we have not gotten any news yet.
Those, who's been watching Level II could've seen how CSTI, PUMA and ATDF were trying to push the stock down, but their low bids were consistently taken out.
Good to see this change!
I totally agree with this your statement:
"Well, I'm glad we both have other, hopefully better, things to do, the main thing is a belief in Destiny's potential, the rest is nitpicking."
...but you have violated it by bringing up TRXC.
The amazing part is in the pre-split TRXC was $1.95, although the float is much higher than DSNY's, it has 8M in debt, operating margin is -1,554.37% (!) and the insiders are giving themselves millions of shares, etc.
This one is just another good example of how GROSSLY UNDERVALUED Destiny's stock is.
So lets adhere to "do not do any more nitpicking" and stop trying to compare our orange to any other potatoes.
Thanks for the recommendation, brook. I took a look at a few of them. Found only one, with a similar pps, but much higher float, where insiders are giving themselves LOTs of options for a tiny fraction of the current value and the fundamentals are including:
Operating Cash Flow (ttm): -6.43M
Levered Free Cash Flow (ttm): -4.83M
vs Destiny:
Operating Cash Flow (ttm): 639.87K
Levered Free Cash Flow (ttm): 505.20K
I don't have the time to look up for any more, (many of them are sub penny stocks), but I'm sure it would be VERY HARD to find even one that would match Destiny.
TOUCHE, thunder!
Brook, Re: Valuation, if you think it's fully valued, why don't you name a few other co's with the same Fundamentals and rich IP and current money making product with no debt, low float, insiders buying with this type of valuation?
That would justify your statement.
OK, perhaps you, Brook, BlueS and a few others are genius researchers, but, I'm pretty sure, there are hundreds of others who didn't know about DSNY.
I also disagree with you on one much more important point:
IMO Destiny has never been overvalued, it is presently GROSSLY UNDERVALUED.
Destiny already has two products, which practically don't have any competition (as much as some were trying to prove otherwise).
One of them is already under a contract with several Fortune 100 co's.
Destiny has developed a ROCK SOLID engine and will keep introducing new products using it. No wonder they've been adding
Developers and another significant fact: they're looking now for the FULL TIME QA Tester, who's key responsibility will be "apply testing plans to ensure high-quality products". http://tiny.cc/ddyqdx
I think this fact is pretty much tells us that Destiny has a rich Product Pipeline in addition to the rich current Intellectual Property.
As you've well summed yourself, the recent developments are all pointing to Clipstream's successful design.
Besides: Destiny has No Debt, Low Float and Insiders are buying.
ALL THAT and the stock is now below $2? = GROSSLY UNDERVALUED!
This very well may not have been, as I said: one can make their own conclusions.
Good observation. It could be just a coincidence, but the updated list of questions was posted 50 min before the closing at 3:10 pm. The volume started increasing and been accelerating as the time was near closing.

I wouldn't knock HTFBS. After all, many of us (including me) would never know about Destiny, if it wouldn't be for them.
They've also never said to sell Destiny.
Good answer.
Just got response from the CEO: "Thanks, I'll work off this investors questions list."
I'm sure this question will cover all Mac related items.
All great questions. Here is the updated list:
1. What is the significance of getting the Watermarking patent and what affect it will have on the revenue?
2. Have Destiny gotten and rejected any buyout offers?
3. Have we reached the MPE minimum and what is the revenue expectations for the 3rd Qtr? (we know you don't like to state the numbers, but can you give the range? %% growth? )
4. How is the Clipstream adoption coming along? Have we reached any milestones, considering the short period of time?
5. Have you hired or very close to hiring a marketing/sales executive?
6. Are there any 500 Fortune Co's are already using and happy with Clipstream, although you cannot yet named them?
7. Has the company taken steps into licensing the watermarking business and using this outside Destiny's main products, namely Clipstream and Play MPE and Surveys?
8. Do you plan Clipstream to be used on full length films/videos in the future, and not be limited into advertising or short video clips?
9. I see Destiny is using Warner Bros movie trailers to showcase the clipstream survey services.
- Do we have an agreement with them?
- Can you comment on any development of future video distribution with them?
10. Are there any companies currently using clipstream that can show how they are using the tech?
11. Will there be an option for users to buy the software and host videos on their servers - therefore not having to pay for 'minutes'
12. When will you be ready to launch Mac Clipstream?
Right. Since I didn't hear from anyone so far, here are the questions that I've compiled:
Please feel free to add:
1. What is the significance of getting the Watermarking patent and what affect it will have on the revenue?
2. Have Destiny gotten and rejected any buyout offers?
3. Have we reached the MPE minimum and what is the revenue expectations for the 3rd Qtr? (we know you don't like to state the numbers, but can you give us the range $$ or %%?)
4. How is the Clipstream adoption coming along? Have we reached any milestones, considering the short period of time since the launch?
5. Have you hired or very close to hiring a marketing/sales executive?
6. Are there any 500 Fortune Co's are already using and happy with Clipstream, although you cannot yet named them?
I totally agree with you. It's not this QTR revenue that will move the stock up, it's what the CEO has to say about the current and future Qtrs., Clipstream adoption update, etc.
Wall street is always looking 6 month ahead.
Have you noticed that this Qtr Report is scheduled earlier than usual?
Always a good sign.
Usually it's been on the 15th or later.
I was thinking the same thing, Brook, but you spelled it out really well.
"PlayMPE and Clipstream is BIg time green (something that is not talked about enough) and of course the Company and Management of Destiny, can not be more Ethical than they are."
100%!!!
