1. What is the significance of getting the Watermarking patent and what affect it will have on the revenue?

2. Have Destiny gotten and rejected any buyout offers?

3. Have we reached the MPE minimum and what is the revenue expectations for the 3rd Qtr? (we know you don't like to state the numbers, but can you give the range? %% growth? )

4. How is the Clipstream adoption coming along? Have we reached any milestones, considering the short period of time?

5. Have you hired or very close to hiring a marketing/sales executive?

6. Are there any 500 Fortune Co's are already using and happy with Clipstream, although you cannot yet named them?

7. Has the company taken steps into licensing the watermarking business and using this outside Destiny's main products, namely Clipstream and Play MPE and Surveys?

8. Do you plan Clipstream to be used on full length films/videos in the future, and not be limited into advertising or short video clips?

9. I see Destiny is using Warner Bros movie trailers to showcase the clipstream survey services.
- Do we have an agreement with them?
- Can you comment on any development of future video distribution with them?

10. Are there any companies currently using clipstream that can show how they are using the tech?

11. Will there be an option for users to buy the software and host videos on their servers - therefore not having to pay for 'minutes'

12. When will you be ready to launch Mac Clipstream?
