Missed yesterdays action looks like some one needed
Christmas money....odd given the over hang is so lite.
Maybe the MM's just want to shake this off under .10
governments can't manipulate spot prices forever as the presses have ramped up around the world. It will reflect in physical, I suspect the Goldmans of the World are quietly loading.
Isn't that how it always works.
windough this float is small and getting smaller
all the time.
Like to see news get out in Q1 as profits roll in.
We're still ahead of the cure here.
Exactly, Ken still runs Hemiwedge and continues to put 100's
of 1000's into this new venture minimizing dillution and buying on the open market. Seems to me his actions speak to the reality of where we are heading. Our 1st full quarter is almost in the bag, will be nice to see the growth in Q4 and though out 2013.
How many of these crappy, over promising paper printing pimp penny stocks match up to us?
Frac it baby frac it....haha
anyone reading this do your own DD don't trade on my enthusiasm.
The 5,000 at .13 is my standing sell order
I put it in several months ago as a year end target when I increased my position. I own 100's of 1000's so 5K aint going to make me rich....:)
I often do this to watch MM activities. Just a targeting barometer is all.
Jason why does the Homelandforensics.com site have product for sale if there is no product available? The site hasn't been updated since 2011 and stil has pivx email addresses.

You were looking for funding have you found it? What spin out ratios has the BOD approved?
Obviously these questions are material so why are you here discussing this topic...seems to me we should see it in updates, filings and PR's?
Last time this idea got toughted it moved the SP as you see this chatter is not having that affect and will not IMO.
No offence but Wen should be updating share holders not you.
Form 4 Filed Insider buying the 52 week high!

Fracking: It’s Good for the Economy…AND the Environment
Good news for Fracing. Anyone going long term should listen to this!

sorry wrong board
Friend called me on the road today and said he was going to
pick up 100K shares at .10 I suggested chewing them out below the 52 week high of .10 until years end. Old timers wanting the tax loss or .03- .06 centers seeking profits may look to exist so no need to over pay IMO. (I know Centers is not a word but I like it so I'm stickin with it:)
We will see profits soon and have waited years so lets clear out the overhang so the next level sticks and runs.
You want to be the Chairman?
I sipped a little more last week.
Looks like you're chuggin today.
.10's look all but gone?
Just read a Drillinginfo article about activity in South Texas
where HIIT is based.
The jist is: the Boom in is On in South Texas and possibly has decades too run... This article confirms what Matt told me 2 years ago about the fracing / drilling services space we were looking to enter. Looking forward to watching this one grow.
Ha you're funny!!!
Company already deployed those assets they just bought soooo
I suspect Chickerings old Hemiwedge clients could be a knockin and the revs will be rockin.
Like your restrain today, maybe time for someone else to buy?
Just one more hiit man you just can't resist!
Those financials don't reflect the assets we just bought.
STP power division brings another revenue stream for 2013.
Future looks good here.
55% gross margins are Solid!
Given the upward growth projections and new management structures that margin will most likely take a bit of a hiit but this company now has profits against it's 26 million carry loss foraward. We are officially the real deal and Brent appears to be as well. I would like to see us expand into the Bakkens and possibly pick up some assests as well. Might as well get on both sides of the business in my opinion.
Cheers

Maybe that wealthy investor that partnered on STP will step in
or has been steppin or some of his buddies....one never knows but I do believe the MM's are doing this right for long term share holders.
Bit suprised as well, I'm good as long as the fundamentals
continue ahead of the SP....
aye aye....we have ground this .07-.09 level for
nearly 4 months good foundation for next support leg.
Know you don't like charts but many do.
Friend / investor brought it up to me from the website.
Anyone shed light on this?
"We have gathered important internal information on marketplace needs, including more reliable down hole equipment from our discussions with customers, consultants and industry personnel. We are currently evaluating a few strategic development projects including the development of down hole logging tools which we believe could help customers determine whether cement jobs performed in connection with drilling and completing oil and gas wells were performed correctly and are safe".
TIA
Regional access confirms Whole Foods is on board now lets go National.
You're right they have been oddly quiet.
The equipment we purchased has been deployed.
3.3 million market cap, if we HIIT our numbers this should have a market cap of 30 million by years end. 8K should be out soon time to put eyes on a real company with real growth.
Key here is managements discipline to minimize dillution.
all just my opinions as you know
Million dollar credit line says a lot!
This type of service company always has accounts recievable.
These penny stocks are always under pressure because they need operating capital but we don't so the usual manipulation will not apply here in my opinion.
Now we need to watch it grow.
Nice move to the 52 week high today. Like to see us move up and consolidate in the teens.
Funny, knew you would pick that up
that's why I capitalized it for ya!.....haha Let's become some of the "rich folks" he hates. That's the best "revenge" oops there I go again, sorry.
Turn on the TV all you hear is Frac, Frac, Frac
Right place right time as I see it. Picks N shovels.
Numbers should be out soon and then we can begin to look
Forward.
Ed Ward scissor hands, this is just plain bloody.
I know some here don't like charts but this one
sure looks good!
Thanks for putting this on my radar Windough!!!
Now we know why there's been excessive downward pressure.
Once again No Dillution to share holders the assets are secured by the note holder...no brainer financing IMO
Management continues to run this like a real business not a Penny Stock play. Good for us!
I suspect our assets now meet or exceed our market cap...slow and steady works for me, just keep winding this up.
News: HII Technologies, Inc. Announces Purchase of Assets for its AES division
Press Release: HII Technologies, Inc. – 50 minutes ago....Email
HOUSTON, Nov. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- HII Technologies, Inc. (the "Company"), symbol OTCBB: HIIT, an oilfield services company located in Houston, Texas, with operations in Texas and Oklahoma, today announced a major purchase of water transfer related equipment for use in its AES oilfield frac-related water transfer services division.
On November 8, 2012, the Company purchased over a half million dollars of assets, including 10+ miles of above ground high-volume water transfer pipe, numerous trucks, trailers, manifolds, road crossings, fittings and related equipment. These assets have been immediately deployed by AES to service expanding relationships with existing and new customers in shale, limestone and other tight oil unconventional reservoir areas.
Matt Flemming, CEO of HII Technologies, stated, "We purchased this equipment at very favorable pricing in order to expand our rapidly growing AES water transfer division addressing current customer demand. If purchased new, management estimates this equipment would have cost more than $1.2 million and we believe represents a great value for our stockholders."
The equipment was purchased under court order in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding. To finance the purchase, the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary AES issued a 10% secured note to third party investor, which note is secured by the assets purchased.
I know a few waiting on financials
Then we need to get the word out past the 26 of us following here.
STP should be buying generators soon as well
these customers need power and we are there....perfect fit IMO
$700,000 savings on these assests
great buy....These assets have been immediately deployed by AES to service expanding relationships with existing and new customers in shale, limestone and other tight oil unconventional reservoir areas.
Watch this!
We need to advance the science and recycling of water and this little company will be on every buy list.
