We don't even know if Baxa sold all four(4) Valimed units. Didn't CDEx say that they would keep a couple house accounts?
What should be extremely troublesome is that some of the hospitals involved with alpha/beta testing did not even purchase Valimed units . You'd think CDEX offered them a real good deal ta boot.
More aggravating circumstances to add to the items on the dreaded "past history" list. The forbidden list.
Now let's think positive, instead of wondering why Valimed sales have not met expectation, let's post some links about the meth crisis and advertise the CDEx meth gun.
Speaking of which, our on-line CDEx stock promoter, capnmike, seems to be "asleep behind the switch" when it comes to meth crisis/meth gun advertising.
That alone makes me wonder how the meth gun is comin' along? How many did Raiderman said have been purchased so far?
LOL!!!! Has a COI ever stopped these characters before?
And you think Tourville conducted alpha testing for free?
How about Jorgensen, a professional consultant? Did he represent CDEx and Valimed for free?
How about all the parties that observed a laboratory demo which CDEX labeled as a "third party validation". Were they paid?
Was MP involved in COI when he hyped Loch on RB while at the same time consulting for them?
Was there any COI while MP was at WS?
A simple historical review of Loch/CDEX strongly suggests that there is no correlation between a COI and whether a CDEX consultant, like Tourville, was paid for his services.
And you "guys" don't want to look at the past! LOL
I don't blame ya.
So, has DCH purchased a Valimed unit? And how much was Tourville PAID to conduct the alpha testing???
RA, you gone fishin'? eom
This stock is taking off, 5.5k traded already! EOM
Not to mention DD publicly stated the malicious purpose of the advertisement- to financially harm AB.
Gentlemen, gentlemen, gentlemen, of course my question about CDEX conducting a marketing study was all in jest.
If there is any type of humanitarian crisis in the news there is a new concept product that is guaranteed to sale product to their targeted affinity market.
And I believe that congratulations are in order for the CDEX team doubling their product output for the new calendar year.
Let the marketing begin.
Go Malc Go!!!
I should have said "a couple of the Longs", most understand the situation.
It's all too funny! "Longs" just can't figure out why MP doesn't do an IPO.
It's real, real funny watching scamsters act serious.
Speaking of CDEX PP investors....

I'm curious whether the CDEX business plan included a market study for the Valimed product? And I'm talking about a reputable, non-bias marketing firm, not a "wow" count from capnmike posts.
CDEx put all their remaining eggs into the Valimed basket, it would be crazy if they didn't.
I wonder if they've had a professional firm conduct a marketing study for the meth gun?
I wonder if such a study is included in the current CDEX prospectus?
It would be crazy for for anyone to purchase a PP without it.
Well.... crazy, stupid, or a trusting affinity investor.
MM's seem reluctant to drop the Ask. E=1/2MV^2.
Jenn posted a link to an article about WAVX, a company which he thinks is in the same boat as Loch/CDEX- 300 million spent on tech development, not a single profitable quarter in 8-9 years and a clique of loyal followers.
I came across this loyal WAVX poster that sounds amazingly similar to a CDEX loyalist, one that still claims to be "cautiously optimistic":

Whoever wrote that post you just put up, is no one I know. I am not aware of any PMs going around to anyone, at least I never got one.
For all the longs that I know, not one share has been sold in the past two weeks, not one share.
The "other" are in for a great surprise soon, in my opinion.
Do not let anyone influence any of you into buying or selling. This is something you have to do on your own. It is your responsibility. If you win or loss it is your judgement that must make the call.
Much of the anger from the others is because they made the decision to buy Wave and they are in the hole at the moment. They NEED someone else to blame for their decisions. They are not mature enough to accept responsibility for their own actions.
The downward pressure right now is because there are no buyers. To be a real sell off you need millions of shares traded, which is not happening.
I think there is continuing shorting going on and that the market makers are buying all they can at these levels at wholesale.
We shall see. We are either right or wrong on this investment and which ever way it goes it was our OWN INDIVIDUAL decision to buy this stock, hold it, or sell it as a gain or a loss.
I am very excited for the future for Wave. I believe the next nine months are going to be very exciting for us.
I have made MY decision to wait it out and watch Wave grow. I think it's going to be very exciting and I truly believe it is a done deal now, once Seagate starts delivering in the next week or two.
LOL!!! This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode of "bizarro world"
CDEX shareholderrs are demonstrating their confidence in the future of this company by not dumping at 20 cents.
The weak hands were weeded out back when this puppy took a nose dive to 12.
Rightie-o Harry?
"I suspect you ask me the question because of the conflict of interest between MP and a plaintiff of the Class Action. It's ugly, I know, but then it tells the story of MP's involvement in the whole chicanery."
Makes me think that Saint MP has been one of the ring leaders all along, if not THEE Ring Leader.
If you're expendable enough to become a scapegoat it's not likely that you're one of the ring leaders. That leaves out the Boyz.
Noted Physicist, "Dr." Henry Blair was the first scapegoat followed closely by Boone and Baker Jr.
Loch Harris Chairman of the Board, "Dr" R. B. Baker resigned his seat and slipped away under the radar citing "health reasons" shortly after the SEC investigation began.
I never read anything about Baker Sr. calling the shots behind the scenes like with MP. There's lots of rumors about MP behind the scenes keeping things under control and putting out the fires.
While frontmen are expandable and not normally calling the shots, I think Philips getting into the drivers seat was their best option to thwart mega law suits.
lmorovan, did this incident occur before Randy was selected as a plaintiff?:
...remember the incident in 2003 when I posted a conversation that I had with MP? Well, you might remember that MP himself hand picked Randy and called him. What was discussed in the call is not known, but there are plenty of hints that at the time, Randy was kind of semi-hired to conduct a certain kind of public work on behalf of the company, always with a positive spin, no matter how negative the things looked. From a "leader" of an emerging action to hold MP accountable, he sold himself to become a front man for him and the company. And it all happened within days."
I remember Raiderman claimed that he didn't know why he was picked as a plaintiff and never asked the attorney (Cantor?). That struck me as very strange, Raidermen not being the least bit curious who recommended him for the job.
Quite singular.
Drumbah, can you still post on the TRL board or did Dave finally give you the bootski?
Bid: N/A Ask: N/A QUE PASA??? EOM
Oh, I guess Raiderman is only a traveling salesman for the company he works for. The way he was talking I thought he was a founding partner or something.
My mistake.

Raiderman, as executive manager of your growing "organization" why don't you invest some of your spare funds into CDEX?
Give Malc a call, he can tell you how it's done, well at least for a non-profit organization... I think.
Just think Raiderman, in a year your associates will be calling you a visonary. You'll be like Forrest Gump investing in Apple Computers.
High C/ Crow, first, the meth gun uses UVF, Crow, not x-rays. X-rays can't detect meth.
Second, Valimed is nothing more than a COTS UVF with a custom software package taylored for a specific, niche market. A research UVF spectrometer can do many things, Valimed can do only one thing, test meds against the known signatures.
It's not even used to measure concentrations with any accuracy, Configured with a +/- 20% concentration window, it only screens for blatant errors.
Loch/CDEX touted a detection device with a huge stand-off distance operating in real time. HA, ha ha ha ha!! BS!
CDEX continued the BS and even sweetened the dream by talking about using UVF that could detect at 1/2 a kilometer.
Where is anything that has a viable detection range of 2 meters or even 34 inches (wpoteet)? MS
What happen to MP's "hefty priced" pulse laser that allowed detection at "only about 150 meters" (as if it was an apology)? PHD.
Valimed operates at under an inch stand-off in a pristine optical environment "in about 30 seconds". It works like any other COTS UVF. It does not impress me, nor does it impress anyone else that is NOT paid to be impressed.
Any loch/CDEX device claiming to have an "open air" stand-off distance (the original revolutionary aspect of Loch/CDEx claims) has been rejected by the US Army and Navy. All patent applications reviewed by branches of the US Military, including the DOE and DOT have been dismissed as "secrecy not recommended". In other words, they have right of first refusal to obtain exclusive liscensing and REFUSE IT THEY DID.
Why was the Loch/CDEX tech rejected? Well... no one really knows, there's been no reports covering the Army and Navy testing (MP is not about reports). The only thing I heard was an unofficial explanation claiming the footprint/stand-off was not good enough.
What will be the footprint and stand-off distance of the meth gun? Will it work at over an inch? Will it take over 30 seconds? Will the target market be for "miniscule detection" only? Can it compete with other products on the market used for bulk detection? Can it compete with the FirstDefender that can detect 2000 substances and over a million combinations- compared to the meth gun which MP says will ony detect meth when (if) it makes it to market? Will it have all the features of a Motorola Razr
Will it be "like a new Tide"?
Once you don't take conmen seriously what that say can be real funny! LOL
"There isn't one of us investors in Cdex that is sure that we have a salable product."
How on earth could revolutionary technology NOT be salable?
After the Loch Harris scam, the first thing I'd have done as the new CEO is educate investors so they understood what makes the technology unique and revolutionary.
That would have been the simplest defense against scam allegations, but to this day it's still a mystery cloaked in BS. The best defense is the truth and if you don't have the truth on your side baffle them with BS.
No one can answer the question "What makes it revolutionary?" or even has a clue whether anything Loch/CDEX TOUTS has the potential for any significant sales.
Let's see what happens with the meth gun, it represents the only product that even comes remotely close to the orginal claims of Loch Harris/CDEx.
Would you like to place a bet on the outcome of the meth gun Harry?
Easy money. LOL
Yawnnnn. . . . . .
"Assuming a successful pilot test program with MSHP, CDEX expects to begin production start-up in early Q1 of 2007 with first production deliveries anticipated in Q2 of 2007."
Assuming, expects, blah, blah, blah....
Loch speak = CDEx speak = Malcolm speak
Time for a new carrot.
How can people post so inconsistently? For example, take these sarcastic remarks:
"sure this is scam, that's why we're in 22 of the most prestigious hospitals in the US"
or
"we must have fooled the MSHP into testing the meth gun"
Who are they trying to convince, themselves? Why do they continue to admit that they don't know what the heII is going on:
We either have it or we don't."
How can someone truly believe that Loch/CDEx isn't a scam, trying so hard to convince readers, yet still claim they're not sure whether "they have it or they don't"????
It's just crazy. It seems like emotions have wiped out all ability to think rationally.
I thought that one day Raiderman would have an epiphany and his proclaimed uncertainty would suddenly vanish.
"We either have it or we don't"
"A" or "B", which one is it? Hmmmmm..... LOL
"MMs gotta drop the ask if they want to sell any.
I'm thinking that at a nickel or a dime, they might could generate a bit of volume."
Rightie-O. You called it.
Hey Moon Unit, Crow was right again! LOL
Paige, that doesn't look like Japanese, it more closely resembles CloserSpeak. LOL
I thought that CDEx received a small amount of money out of the contract, the majority going to MSHP for field testing?
"The Contract or purchase of our Meth detection Gun..."
I believe it is a contract for testing through MSHP. It is not a purchase, there is nothing to purchase but Valimed units and PP shares right now.
PP shares are the number one selling product. In just one month they've already out sold 12 months worth of Valimed units.
"In it...it states that our contract runs from Aug 06 thru Aug of 07.. now that should show some confidence in our Meth Gun..don't you think?"
No. The Army tested twice and the Navy once. What confidence are we left with from those tests? None.
Did MP disclosed the results of those tests? NO.
Is MP going to disclose the results of the MSHP field tests? He said probably not, we'll know testing is complete when units are "shrink wrapped and ready for shipment." (from the last CC)
No news has always been bad news.
There is no giving these people the benefit of the doubt. That would be crazy, they lost that consideration a long time ago IMO. Just review MP's CEO statements as an example.
I don't trust a word MP says unless it is 100% verified and Timmy... well his just a li'l yes boy- no one to take seriously IMO.
Honestly Xeno, how can it be "the time to call it quits" when there are so many freshly printed shares available for financing and they have the meth gun dangling just out of reach.
Things are right where they want them.
And this just didn't happen overnight mind you. Advertising the meth gun has taken a lot of hard work. Capnmike's been promoting it for about a year now. And yes, thanks to his posts we've all learned that there is a growing meth crisis. What we haven't learned is how well the meth gun works, especially in the field under real world conditions.
The only good news reported so far is that the meth gun can detect large crystals of meth in the lab and even detect a swipe of the powdery residue lining the inside of the baggie. What has yet to be reported is "miniscule" detection in the field- the targeted niche market.
The bad news is that there hasn't been any report about the MSHP field testing which was suppose to have been completed several weeks ago. Why has MP said that we may never see the report?
No news has always been bad news with Loch/CDEx, but that observation requires a historical anaylsis of the company and therefore must be discarded as irrelevant.
" I betcha someone did that just for spite. Prolly one of those damn (spit) bashers!!"
I didn't do it! Ya can't prove a thing!
-Bart Simpson
Damn Harry, you have the indisputable reputation for being the Loch/CDEX "apologist". We can ALWAYS count on you for having an excuse for every single negative comment made about this company. I think you have an obession. Seriously.
You're too intelligent to think that all the negative aspects of this company are in the past. You dismiss the past and are in denial with anything negative in the present.
Here's what I suggest. I think you should toss in a little random bashing once in a while. We would all be shocked!! LOL
Nevertheless, I do enjoy your posts, but like Sanddollar said, try to keep the wind volume down.
Now, forget about all the paid bashers ruining your investment and go take your lady friend out to dinner. It's on Malcolm, but tell him d4diddy will pay him back in the short term. LOL
"...things are still looking forward toward final acceptance of the Meth gun."
LOL!! I will guarantee you final acceptance of the meth gun ... and even "partnering", "selection" and "delivery"!
Now... let me know when you want to talk about SALES!!
Gawd, Harry, you're starting to talk like "them"! LOL
"I own 2 shares! Paid 0.35 cents a piece for'em too. How'd ya like to be in my shoes? LOL"
With commission what was your break even again?
7-8 bucks?
No sweat.
Some quotes (Posted on the TCLB) from the last CC:
After talking about obtaining financing. . ."We are feeling much, much more secure about the financial posture of the company."
Translation: Our highly paid staff no longer has to worry about payroll disruptions in the foreseeable future. The gravy train has been fully stocked, enough to last until the next cattle drive in the fall. Our brilliant hired-hand has rustled up a fresh group of God-fearing, strays. We all truly believe that CDEX's "suite of life-saving products" has a purpose and that it's God's Will for this company to be a success.
"Errr... I don't want to speak out of con...content, but...um, if you know anyone that may be interested in an investment... have-em-give-me-a-call."
". . .Also discussed adding additional board members who can help the company.
Translation: Our advertising committee has been studying the cost/benefit ratio of an additional board member. We have focused out attention on analyzing the effectiveness of each applicant's Bio. We have employed the Capnmike Wow Meter(TM- DiddyStock Ltd.) and the Himanez BS Meter (TM- DiddyStock Ltd.) in making our selection. The name of the new board member will be announced shortly by the Chairperson of our advertsing committee. We anticipate a press release in early March after her return from a Sasquatch safari in Oklahoma.
"Significant number of inquiries" from potential distributors overseas.
Translation: We've been using this line for years and it's always worked well for us because we know there's no way for you to verify this information... Nah, nah, na-nahhhh-na. Um.... besides that, it just makes sense not to divulge this information... why we'd have every message board lunatic on the internet trying to contact them to disrupt our business. I don't think any of our shareholders would want to see that!
Plans to "breach overseas market" this year.
Translation: Thanks to our PP investors CDEX employees are once again fully funded and are no longer twisting in the wind. WE are pleased to announce that one of our staff has volunteered to put in a grueling 30 hour a week in the near term. This underscores the commitment of our staff and has strategically positioned us to send a representative overseas to open negoiations with potential distributors. While he will be taking his golf bag with him, I can assure you that this senior level member of our management team has the ability to take us to "the next level" We fully anticipate to close a partnership deal with a Europeann distributor in 2007 and expect the same success as we enjoy today with our North American market.
"This week began introduction of new medical product in beta testing.
Translation: No one can say that we're "asleep at the switch". We are proud to announce that CDEX continues to maintain its outstanding performance of product development. We have a tradition to never "backburner" a current product development without having a newer, more exciting product to replace it.
To this end I'd like to say, that while the beta testing of our meth gun is proceeding as expected, tesing has not been finalized and we are making changes as suggested by the MSHP. We have not made a decision whether to release the final report. No, actually we probably won't, but you'll know that testing is complete when units have been shrink wrapped and are ready for shipment. (Disclaimer: Use of words such as "shipment", "shipped", "accepted", "selected", "delivered" and "shrink wrapped and ready for shipment" does not express or imply that a sale (as defined by GAAP) has occurred.
Meth gun now has "multiple partners in beta test cycle."
Translation: My Gawd, get your minds out of the gutter!! Now...as I was about to say... we apoligize and our sorry that news about multiple partners is unverifiable. Once again, we will not tell you who our beta testing partners are. It just makes sense not to disclose this information because... well, you know what's happen in the past.
You can once again thank those crazy lunatics posting on the message boards that go by aliases such as lmorovan, XENO and ATXMAN. These individuals are a part of organized attack groups and will do everything in their power to undermine our efforts.
It just goes with the territory that successful companies such as ours will breed anger and jealousy from those that "missed the boat" and didn't get in on the ground floor. They vent their anger by posting on CDEX investemt message boards 24/7 ... and don't even own any of our stock! I can only conclude that they have no life or are "paid-bashers" employed by out competition.
While I'm on this subject matter I'd just like to say that it's not to late. Currently, the open market ASK for CEXI is allowing me to make very attractive PP offers. You can still consider the PPS as "bargain basement prices" and if any of you still have an interest please give me call, this is still a very strategic investment for your future.

Yes, CDEX is a reorganization of Loch Harris. Just reading through MP's CEO statements is enough to make me want to puke.
I never want to run into this guy, I'd be afraid- like RA! LOL
STATEMENT FROM THE CEO
October 24 , 2002
...As an update for our work with the Army reported in the last CEO Statement, his work has taken a near-term backseat to our efforts on the anti-terrorism front, as discussed above. We have one more test to do before we can wrap up our final report and let the Army decide whether the EM-1X warrants additional development funding as a potential fit into the Army’s long term mix of mine detection equipment. While the test is tentatively scheduled for December, we will assure that it does not adversely impact our development efforts on the MSSS and the PSSS. This is a strategic business decision based on near-term needs of the country, potential long and short-term revenues for the company, and long- term positioning for CDEX. We will keep you informed of progress.
NOOOOOOO..... not the dreaded "near-term backseat/backburner"!!! That means forever!!!
Does anyone see the pattern here. With no promising test reports, is the meth gun destined to be "near-term backburnered" for the Golden Widget which has recently been circulating through the rumor mill??
STATEMENT FROM THE CEO
August 1, 2002
This is a short update on several issues. First, CDEX has passed another milestone – in July we received our first “revenues”. The revenue came from the testing contract under the auspices of the U.S. Army announced in my last CEO statement. Under that contract, we are continuing to provide information regarding testing of the EM-1X to the U.S. Army. Pursuant to the contract, we are unable to provide details to the public regarding the testing at this time.
That was after Yuma. Yuma was with Loch.
