Translation: We've been using this line for years and it's always worked well for us because we know there's no way for you to verify this information... Nah, nah, na-nahhhh-na. Um.... besides that, it just makes sense not to divulge this information... why we'd have every message board lunatic on the internet trying to contact them to disrupt our business. I don't think any of our shareholders would want to see that!
Plans to "breach overseas market" this year.
Translation: Thanks to our PP investors CDEX employees are once again fully funded and are no longer twisting in the wind. WE are pleased to announce that one of our staff has volunteered to put in a grueling 30 hour a week in the near term. This underscores the commitment of our staff and has strategically positioned us to send a representative overseas to open negoiations with potential distributors. While he will be taking his golf bag with him, I can assure you that this senior level member of our management team has the ability to take us to "the next level" We fully anticipate to close a partnership deal with a Europeann distributor in 2007 and expect the same success as we enjoy today with our North American market.

Translation: No one can say that we're "asleep at the switch". We are proud to announce that CDEX continues to maintain its outstanding performance of product development. We have a tradition to never "backburner" a current product development without having a newer, more exciting product to replace it.
To this end I'd like to say, that while the beta testing of our meth gun is proceeding as expected, tesing has not been finalized and we are making changes as suggested by the MSHP. We have not made a decision whether to release the final report. No, actually we probably won't, but you'll know that testing is complete when units have been shrink wrapped and are ready for shipment. (Disclaimer: Use of words such as "shipment", "shipped", "accepted", "selected", "delivered" and "shrink wrapped and ready for shipment" does not express or imply that a sale (as defined by GAAP) has occurred.
Meth gun now has "multiple partners in beta test cycle."
Translation: My Gawd, get your minds out of the gutter!! Now...as I was about to say... we apoligize and our sorry that news about multiple partners is unverifiable. Once again, we will not tell you who our beta testing partners are. It just makes sense not to disclose this information because... well, you know what's happen in the past.
You can once again thank those crazy lunatics posting on the message boards that go by aliases such as lmorovan, XENO and ATXMAN. These individuals are a part of organized attack groups and will do everything in their power to undermine our efforts.
It just goes with the territory that successful companies such as ours will breed anger and jealousy from those that "missed the boat" and didn't get in on the ground floor. They vent their anger by posting on CDEX investemt message boards 24/7 ... and don't even own any of our stock! I can only conclude that they have no life or are "paid-bashers" employed by out competition.
While I'm on this subject matter I'd just like to say that it's not to late. Currently, the open market ASK for CEXI is allowing me to make very attractive PP offers. You can still consider the PPS as "bargain basement prices" and if any of you still have an interest please give me call, this is still a very strategic investment for your future.
