As soon as dilutors stop selling, the pps has a tendency to drift higher, since the pressure of selling into bids is removed. Hope Magna won't come back next week or replaced by insiders for early Christmas shopping needs.
My actual intent was to build on your scarcasm to question why our education system can create business people that leech hard-earned money away from the middle class without consequence.
Just stopping by, and I have to agree with Yankee here.
If IVXX is selling like hotcakes in CA, how come no one is buying TRTC stock? The reason may be:
(1) These dope heads at CA have just enough money to buy dope/medicine.
(2) These products are sold as IVXX LLC. and no one knows about TRTC. This is so called "sheltering the company while manage it at arm's length". So we really need to thank TRTC management for not putting TRTC share holders at risk of being shut down while diluting the heck out of it with no new buyers any time soon.
Because its rate of increase can never exceed his IQ's rate of increase. It's just unacceptable.
Can any regular here explain why TRTC, within only three years of existence, can incur so much accumulated deficit? Can anyone provide a comprehensive itemized list of what they spent that 40+Mil on during the 3 years in operation?
Unfortunately, that may not be true.
I was one of the first 10 employee of a company that went thru the IPO process in 2002-2005. In the span of ensuing 10+ years, their share price merely doubled from their offering price. The problem? The CEO believe in company and employee first, shareholder value last. They kept on expanding and acquiring asset overseas and never made significant profit.
Investment is an exercise in solving a difficult optimization problem: How do I obtain maximum return with my investment in the minimum amount of time?
Unfortunately, this exercise includes risk assignment phase that would unavoidably make you a pessimist. You always need to be aware of the worst case scenario and assign risk accordingly.
Only cheerleaders and manipulators spew out one-sided analysis daily on this board.
IMO, the PPS went up because:
(1) Dilutors and insiders took a day off selling shares.
(2) A pump piece claiming TRTC PPS may be near the bottom:
http://www.techsonian.com/blistering-penny-stocks-in-the-news-romarco-rtraf-terra-trtc-clean-cctc-kaya-kays/12593037/
That chart is what supposed to look like that when there is no ongoing dilution, a slight pump, and low volume. Next time we can look for indication of dilution using Friday's chart as baseline. Note that dilutors are willing to sell at bid price when volume is low and cause pps to decline and volume to increase.
Please don't. Save your money to buy dilutors and insiders' shares when they come back next week and to soften the blow for all of us.
IF TRTC can be more transparent with shareholders, there wouldn't be any room for rumors.
Also an advice to TRTC. Put out PR about what you have accomplished, not what you plan on doing and have no idea if you can even succeed.
Isn't that 300k suspiciously close to the missing amount reported from land purchase for $10? Accounting magics?
As a share holder, I want to know all financial and monetary relationships between all business and non-business entities that is involved with TRTC explained by the company itself in details not by unknown internet persona here.
Is TRTC's financial even audited by a third party accountant?
Acquiring a piece of land for $10 and reported $300,000+. Until now, no one knows the true story, except for wild speculations on this board. Maybe an accounting anomaly?
Ambiguity among multiple business entities allow more freedom and flexibility for creative business accounting and CFO like Michael James to do his magics. No wonder he was handsomely rewarded.
TRTC has a very questionable beginning. No one knows what its relationship with NBPlants truly is, besides what's known in public?
Go to respective web sites and see if you can figure it out? Edible garden and NB palnts have the same physical address. They are selling each other's products. When you invest in TRTC, are you investing in EG or NBplants' operation? Where does NBPlant's profit go?
If you can figure that out, see if you can figure out the relationships between TRTC, BLUM, and IVXX.
Like I said, I don't know much details to even start a conversation on this subject. Therefore I try to avoid calling it true or not true.
Since you are calling it true based on "published" information, you must have some detailed information on the subject matter.
So please share with us what you DON'T know about the subject and would like to know. After all, one truly knows a subject when he knows exactly what he doesn't know.
I guess the phantom Newsweek article didn't help either?
After the announcement of two extra licenses, the stock dropped 30% in 5 consecutive sessions to the current level. The dilutors are highly coordinated with PR releases.
However I am not sure if it will happen at this level. If not, this could mean controlled dilution with low watermark set at 0.10-0.11.
Since LATF is still part of MJIC US non-reporting companies, the buy volume could be coming from block purchases of MJIC index.
A few more to add to the list:
(1) Negotiating with Indian tribes http://indiancountrytodaymedianetwork.com/2015/02/16/proceed-caution-warning-tribes-wanting-grow-medical-marijuana-159208
I just don't understand why all these high-quality praise of TRTC could not increase BUY interest to the stock to counteract daily barrage of Magna dumping?
There is no scared retails.
Simply not enough buy interest to counteract magna dumping.
Another round of dumping coming at 3:30.
I am sure whoever was dumping shares the past few trading days will start dumping in earnest today. We drop 30% since the news of getting 2 permits. Guess how much more the pps will suffer after this news?
Right, according to some here, we loyal longs will give them whatever they need to build out NV. Someone please step up and buy up all dumped shares.
How do you know it is not TRTC that is selling shares? Milking shareholders' money for the next round of bonus? Christmas season is fast approaching.
You didn't account for the dilution that company needed to do to finance their NV build-out. This is going to put a constant sell pressure on the PPS. Unless the pumpers ratchet up their game, we are going to see continuing declining PPS.
$50M/Q is a vast overestimation. Multiply that by half, subtract out Nevada tax which I bet is extremely heavy on the sale of semi-illegal drug, finally subtract out the cost for raw material, labor, and administration. Not sure how much will be left for increasing share holders' value.
As a startup, their focus will be on expansion and less on building share holders' value, which means we won't see any net profit any time soon.
If TRTC is selling each IVXX product at a cost, the more they sell the higher the accumulated cost is. And the more dispensaries carrying them, the worse the next quarter's earning become.
This is very likely because, at this stage of the game, they did say that they are building brand and not strictly to make money.
Truth is making thing popular is often done at a cost (e.g by giving them away initially.)
TRTC is using a lot of investors' money to take the high road.
It's like raising a princess, you go bankrupt while she is looking mighty fine.
A nagging question is, instead of waiting, why haven't they set up operation in for-profit states (CO, WA, AK) and make shareholders money already?
Make us wonder who sold yesterday and why?
I see the point of selling off shares at 0.18 - 0.19 that were bought at 0.08. But after 50% drop at 0.13?
Long investors are not the enemy. It is the company not cooperating with the longs is the real issue here. (e.g. toxic financing and no transparency.)
The usual result of a chaotic system is the explosion of imprecision. No human devices and ingenuity can combat that, unless you can come up with a close-form equation that describe and thus predict its dynamic.
But if you can do that, you should go help Elon Musk's spaceX launch their Rocket properly and make millions' dollars, instead of wasting you talent here manipulating TRTC's stock price.
Stock PPS is like a Ouija. Instead of a few hands on it, you have hundreds if not thousands of hands influencing its movement. Even Manga will not be able to predict where the Ouija will go, because this type of dynamics is a classical chaos (extremely non-linear discrete event system).
Please spare us your useless predictions.
What do all these PR releases from TRTC have in common?
(1) Negotiating with Indian Tribes,
(2) A phantom article in Newsweek,
(3) Initiating a pay effort to lobby for future MJ license in NJ.
On the space of real numbers, you can multiply a number by 0.5 infinite number of times and it still stays above zero.
Until they put out a PR saying toxic financing is finally over, the downside is still nearly 100%.
Are you ready for sub-penny or worse?
