I see things equally. Even doubled my position since last pr and uplisting.

Actually, how you see things will not affect the PPS that much. It is how majority and the CEO see things that matter.

Every decision the CEO make will have trade off between employees compensation and shareholder value. If the CEO put common stock share holders behind everything else, the stock will not move up very much for a very long time, since they will continue reporting negative profit from reinvestment into the company and inflated administrative cost.
