Do any of you guys want about 50K shares at the current price?
Come on Empire, get on the ball and find out what gives with your big star. AND LET US KNOW!
I apologize for not being clear, I was just asking the whereabouts of mr. snipes at the present time.
investingstockmarket said, "So I don't know where you are pulling that info out of?"
Did you happen to notice that I was merely asking a question? Not pulling or putting info. But thanks for responding.
Is snipes in columbia now for filming? If he is, he can remain there until filming is complete without any additional penalty from fed. gov. imo.
has filming started on Havanna Heat?
Oh my God! If a movie, any movie, about the great Ronald Reagan is made, it will most certainly be a huge money maker!
You should spend more time buying and less time posting. Just my view.
been playng golf all morning, 75 degrees, gees how do you guys stand living up there?
well, so much for nice and steady!!!!
I just spoke with a local air conditioning specialist in my area about the aquastar system. He was not informed of this type of system about to come to market. I gave him the aquastar web site and asked him to investigate the claims of efficiency using water instead of refrigerant gases. I asked him to study the diagrams of the system in particular. Well he just called me back and said that he had reviewed the diagrams of the aquastar system and that he was going to contact the company for more detailed information. He is very much intrigued by what he has seen. As to the efficiency, he gave me a technical answer along the lines of it had something to do with the differences of the compressors, makes sense. He said the system on paper looks good but wanted answers about the actual size of the units inside and outside of the building. Bottom line is, he is going to want to become a dealer in these units when they come to maket if they work as advetised! Just thought I would share this with everyone.
p.s. I am not going to post his or his company's name as I didn't ask his permission to do so, but his is a major company in a major metro area in Atlanta, very hot climate!
normally no news is good news, but in light of the fact that anything positive that could have, and should have transpired at the show would most certainly have produced a good press release, no news has to be bad news.
I have no doubt that the pps will rebound, but unfortunately, I think it will have to go into the .02 area first. I will not add more until it gets down there. Just my opinion.
Looks like we all were victims of our greed. Obviously this was a pumping scheme and the selling that you see now is the ones who got in at .02 to .03 and are and have been cashing out at our expense. We have bought into the "dream" of this hitting big time, and it doesn't look like that will happen.
What a revolting development. Well, I will not buy more until it drops back to sub .02. I really hope it doesn't go that low, since I already have a huge position, but this looks like it's going much lower. The only thing that could stop this slide is a good pr from the company, IMO.
Quinn, what is your take on this drop in price? Please don't tell me that shorting explains it. I mean, the book value is .08.
where is quinnradio?
burtonjay, if you don't mind saying, what is your cost average? I have been buying lately, and have a buy order in now.
Gee stushy, you said one at .065 then the .02. And then you said if this drops to .005, you are going to buy more. If you believe your own self about the .02, why would you wait on a tiny drop? I know every little bit counts, but if it doesn't drop, you could be left chasing. Point is, you sound like a pumper without a clue when you post such irrational statements.
I like your thinking, I agree in full. But the problem is, will we get that 200% day?

tungtung, as to if we can make the goal, I think it will be a close call. But remember, if the target is surpassed, all ebitda in excess of the target will be multiplied by a factor of 2.5, so a decent payoff would be possible. I have held the view for a while that it would be impossible to achieve the target ebitda, because we would need such high numbers for the last 2 qtrs. But upon researching the drug shorages, I see that the only thing standng in the way of smashing that target, is just being able to turn product out of the door. It is apparent that the demand is there, but they need to really step up the production and shipping. I haven't even went though a third of the shortage list and already it's easy to see that app is a major player in the market for some widely needed drugs. And I might add, most of these drugs are expensive, and most likely highly profitable. I will post additional links both here and on yahoo.
I didn't ask you to go there and read the crap postings. I don't care if you don't go there. But for anyone interested in cold hard facts that could be huge for apcvz, those postings that I made there under my ralph_0100 id are very well worth reading. And by the way, due to error 999, I had to create an alternate id, which I divulged upon the first post. There are many, many posts that I don't want to copy and paste here, so it would be more simple for anyone who is interested,(guess that doen't include you), to go there and read them.
hey guys, too many links too go though posting here, but go to the yahoo message board for apcvz and read the postings by ralph-0100. you will be pleasantly UPLIFTED!
I would imagine that a big stockholder would be welcome on the film set. And as I slowly accumulate, I am beginning to feel like a major stockholder in this company. I will refrain from telling actual numbers, but it sounds huge.
Looks like maybe back to .09 today?
Also, here is a point to remember. On the morning of aug. 4 2010, this cvr pps was taken up about 37% in just a few minutes on around 2 million shares. So don't you think it is possible for someone with the deep pockets to come in at the end, or even sooner, and move this to the max. payout level? I think it is. Last year, there was a ONE DAY gain from .22 to over .89. My point here is that this moves suddenly and moves a high percentage, I for one don't want to be caught chasing a rapidly moving target, so I will hold until the last day.
Unique situation here, seems that our fate is in our own hands. We don't have an entity or majority holder to control the cvr price, only the individuals, many of whom certainly do not read this board. However, my calculations of the effect of the cvr price on adjusted ebitda, does still hold true. We just now don't have anyone but ourselves to bid up the price. And I don't know if we as individuals have the financial stamina to gut this out. After all it is as always, every man for himself.
I don't have the exact figures in front of me, but roughly, it goes something like this. With continued earnings in line with forcast, the ebitda will fall short of target by about $140 million. That's if there is no change in cvr price between now and expiration. It would take an increase of .86 price per share to make up that shortfall, or a price per share of about .95 pps at expiration. That would still get us no payout in june 2011. However, if the cvr were to reach just about $1.65 at expitation, the payout in june 2011 would be $1.75 per share. That is nothing to get excited about for sure. If though, the exiration pps of apcvz were to be $ 2.00, the payout in june 2011 would be $2.62 pps. That's more interesting. And IF by chance the cvr pps at expiration were to be $3.37, the payout would be the max. of $6.00 pps, well worth waiting 6 months for!
Keep in mind that something good could happen to earnings between now and then to even narrow that estimated shortfall, making it much closer to target. Those figures just given are as accurate as I can make them, someone else on this board may tweek them a bit if they want. Also, as always, the above is MY CALCULATIONS AS I SEE IT, all just my own opinion, do not buy on the basis of what I think, do you own research.
A footnote to this; Is it possible that some hedge fund is looking at these same figures and waiting to drive the price up at the end, buying all they can? If that were to happen, it would most likely be occuring late and fast IMO
Please note that accordingly, the final price per share does not have to reach $6.00 for the payout in june 2011 to be the max. of $6.00.
