It probably doesn't trade on the German stock exchange. I'm not even going to look, I'm just going out on a limb here.
You just went there again? And we were all starting to forget the past....
Ah ha! Now we all know who wrote the PR!
Don't try to link me to that PR, I have enough on my hands dealing with this board, lol. I wouldn't do anything like that.
My name is something I got when I was a misguided kid a half century ago.
I doubt it.
Good work Sherlock, I'd have to concur with that statement.
I did sticky it....and then another mod removed it.
None taken, I think we're all having a little fun after a long day.
You're our resident researcher, we're expecting your best effort here.
I'd say the professional is the one who wrote that PR and posted it on a German forum.
Looks like another forum post to me, keep researching please, just don't expect us to pay for it.
It says Marketwire in the heading, wouldn't that be the source?
Lol, just saying.
But how will you sell it? It's not easy to sell right? LMAO
Looks like you might get more than $1 a share after all, lol.
Are going to buy some MXGD in the morning?
Yeah, I just did several searches and don't see any news from Market wire or any other source. Hmmmmm
Just being realistic. You asked and I gave my opinion. Just going by the typical pinky chart bud.
I think getting above a penny or two would be amazing, a $1 though...come on man...
Indeed it is bad. Especially if people bought on a certain person's recommendation or "research", they are likely to sell when that person sell announces his or her sell. IMO
One thing to point out on your chart is the lower amount of volume today compared to the last two up days, always a good sign in terms of consolidation. Higher volume on a down day is very bad and usually means more than consolidation took place.
Here is what my research discovered...

Do what you want, I find it amusing how all your research didn't find these tid bits of info until you sold your MXGD shares.
First time I've heard anyone say that about MXGD, fairly liquid stock. If you're trying to chase the bid that's one thing...learn to sell into buying pressure if you want out so bad.
You do realize this is the MXGD board right?
Pennystock news report I stumbled on...mentions MXGD. If it wasn't interesting I wouldn't post it.
Thanks for reminding me, lol....
That is impressive, last week this time I think we had 67.
I really don't care to argue with you, nutsack. I said you can buy premarket by accessing the ECN. It is possible, not through a retail broker like E-trade. You cannot access the ECN using the common brokers.
When the Securities and Exchange Commission forbade ECNs from providing brokerage services in the late 1990s, XXXXXXXXXXXX set out on its own and focused on catering to high-volume retail investors.
Commissions from providing customers with sophisticated trading platforms have plummeted in recent years, in some cases to less than a penny a share. <<<You have to want in a subpenny stock really bad to pay a penny per share commision pre market....
False. It's complicated but possible.
An electronic communication network (ECN) is an electronic system that attempts to facilitate (for market makers) or eliminate (for individual investors) third party orders entered by a client's brokerage to be executed in whole or in part. ECNs network major brokerages and traders so that they can trade between themselves without having to go through a middleman. The advantage of an ECN is that it displays orders in real time, whereas on the NYSE, most investors are limited to only viewing the best bid and ask prices. (For related reading, see Direct Access Trading Systems and Introduction To Level II Quotes.)
If you learn how to access the ECN you can buy OTC's pre-market.
Electronic Communication Network - ECN
An electronic system that attempts to eliminate the role of a third party in the execution of orders entered by an exchange market maker or an over-the-counter market maker, and permits such orders to be entirely or partly executed.
Just show up early and have charts ready from past FLD's and pretend to be Monk. I'm sure everyone would love to meet you.
True story, EIGH is now listed on the Pinksheet site as "Grey Market" tier on the company info tab. Shocker.
Same as I stated in post #1114.
Or they could file the last two years audited financials all at once like LOC% did on Oct.28th and then file a 10-12G/A. I do think something is going on with UNVC, not excactly sure, time will tell. If the action continues on Monday, this could be a winner.
Financial Audits: SEC qualified audited financial statements for your last two fiscal years.

I looked at Pinksheets and don't see anything since 2007 until the last 10Q, filed for the quarter ending Sept. 30th, 2010.
