Curtis dumped 500 000 shares late march...?
Picked up this info on Yahoo board, not verified though...
Those are basic requirements.
Management history, especially for a public company, is essential.
Not the case with MDOR...and for any company!
Only problem is CEO...
Totally agree !
Everything is in the hands of MDOR.
They have to issue a 10Q within 1 week to the SEC adressing the latest financials (that will be bad, and we will know if MDOR paid cash the first installment for note repayment (500 k$))
They also wil have to adress an update on the SEC investigation, Magog plant status (the Magog plant was emptied from all its production equipment)
Adressing the status of board of directors ( is it fully in operation) and the status of the new CFO (is he on board and working).
It's been a while we haven't heard from Gluesick, is this a symptom that SEC is on his back as well ?
IMO will take a while for the sp to start going up, too much downward pressure because of lack of credible very short term good news...
If MDOR was any serious about developing this business in the US, they would have a delegation in these conferences and would build a recognition in the industry.
I believe they intentionally avoid to go there in order not to be exposed to international expertise.
This :No production...no uptrend...
Magog has been emptied of all its production equipment,
Hudson producing only Tire Derived Fuel.
Big payment ahead for the next 8 months, 350 K$ plus premium, company trying to pay in shares but has to get volume and high sp... with almost no revenues...
and you expect the SP to go up only because you play the fanfare !11
TA good at explaining the past, not at justifying concerted pumping just like you do...
By teh way, we're better off buying at the bid and let your "group"do the chearleading and buy at the ask, FREE RIDE !
Impressive you got it all !
Yes Florida by the sea !
Nevada corporations are there because of the corporate laws overthere making it almost impossible for anyone to sue the CEO's.
If you check a little bit, many fraud companies are incorporated in Nevada for this exact reason...
Magnum d'or is the only shareholder of Recyclage Magnum Canada, and not the other way around, legal stuff..
As for the mailing adress, who cares...
Wake up and pinch yourself !
Look at SEC filings !
MDOR was incorporated in Nevada, you are producing mailing adresses that are not even valid by now : Magog is now an empty building, and mailing adress is in Henderson Nevada.
I would guess mid 2008,
This Chad could have another carreer replacing the Shamwow Guy !
Did you notice the sales prediction, he said they were currently producing powder, knowing that they don't even produce powder as of today.
Sure hope the SEC have a look at it.
Does anyone know :
a) Is the new CFO on board and working
b) Is the new board of directors operating
c) Will next 10Q be on time, expect bad results
You have 15 min and want a good laugh...

Logik, shake harder, no volume !
It will be my pleasure to watch this company work as professionals...
A for a useless response, my be because of many useless posts...
Is Don the one putting on PR after the fact ?
Very impressive...
What about firing Don instead...
I don't think company liquidating,
just don't know what the hell they do.
And of course no one in this dog will confirm anything.
These pieces of equipment went somewhere.
The guy from Colorado said some buffing machines were expected soon, I would'nt be surprised the Magog buffers were traveling now to go there.
No idea about the other pieces of equipment, maybe same thing.
Would'nt it be more simple if MDOR was transparent instead of hiding information that are material ?
Which questions are not valid ?
Totally agree that concentrating equipment in Colorado would make business sense, with canadian dollar at par with us dollars and not transportation costs to get tires to the plant.
However, isn't this a material piece of information about the company that would require filing to SEC ?
They did announce at the end of March that powder production was starting in Magog, according to my source it has stopped (almost no equipment left), but for how long ?
Always difficult to get any information from this Company.
OK, let's try to be objective :
a) could you tell us if MDOR is under SEC investigation ?
b) in your opinion, is it positive for any company (including Goldman Sachs ) to be under invertigation by the SEC ?
c) Does MDOR have certified accountants ?
d) Did MDOR ever announced 130 M$ worth of contracts with NSS ?
e) What were the sales il last Quarter ?
f) Did Chad curtis dilute this company by allowing himself millions of shares ?
g) Did MDOR ever announced 15 M$ in financing with SIMCOE ?
h) Did the company ever announced they moved all the equipment plant from Magog to another location ?
Just answer these questions for a second, post the answers and there you go, you will have to call yourself a basher.
I did not have anything to do with all of the above, MDOR did it to itself.
Next 10Q filing coming...
They have no accountants as of now ( that they would dare disclose )
Only revenues are TDF and tipping fees from Colorado
They don't have anything else to try to revive this dog...
It's a pump with a concept : charting... the new panacea, and of course, charts don't lie ! LOL
I would respectfully remind you that it is the SEC who is bringing the word fraud up in its investigation...
Go ahead and sue SEC
You know nothing about this case,
Why would you have such a sound advise...
Are you saying that in addition to getting exposed to usuals business risks, it is usual to be exposed to fraud ??
Investigation started Nov 30 2009, MDOR did not disclose
Dwight Flatt (fraudy Curtis buddy) lost in US Court of Law to prevent SEC looking into his accounts, Former and actual auditors dropped their support to MDOR.
SEC is now examining transactions,
Any possibility criminal charges issuing from this ????
How are you supposed to know that much details on a quite secretive SEC investigation ?
Which individual(s) ???

Under is a link indicating exactly the nature of the investigation as being rule 10b-5
http://www.leagle.com/unsecure/page.htm?shortname=infdco20100414a96
Here is the excerpt under Background
In addition, a letter addressed to Mr. Flatt from the SEC which accompanied the subpoena at issue and is attached to the Motion to Quash, indicates that an investigation into Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc., has been launched regarding possible violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 19(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5.
The following is a link to Wikipedia explaining 10b-5, remember you will be transferred to Wikipedia, and this site only explains that 10b-5 rule is `

But managememt does...
Wrong you are
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&symbol=MDOR&java_vm=sun&java_vm_ver=1.6.0_13
Especially not the 36 500 shares at 0,271 !
Good luck to you anyway, you'll need it
Nobody's preventing YOU to buy at the ask ...
No trades at ,39 ?
Why would that be...
Unfortunately,
These are the best I received for now.
I know from pictures on MDOR site that there was piles of tires outside where the tire ramp was, and that there are none now.
I was expecting pics of equipment being shipped out.
Maybe I'll have more convincing ones later on,
but apparently the plant is now empty.
I do believe they were producing in Magog, there is a bunch of videos showing it. What volume were they producing, apparently not enough to be profitable.
